“You have an appointment with Keith tonight?” Alice really didn’t expect Apollo to make such advances.

“Did Keith agree?”

“Yeah, he agreed,” Apollo said. Since he ignored Keith’s calls and texts, finally, Keith texted. ‘See you

there.’ This had to count as an agreement, right?

“Then, I’ll go with you. I can postpone going to Cliaria.” Although Alice wanted to deal with the

Wolands, Apollo was more important than that right now.

eavesdropping outside the private room, he had heard that Alice wouldn’t fall in love with him no matter

“Daddy, you’re home,” Caroline saw him and greeted him immediately, but she looked unhappy.

little girl was upset.

me?”

able to see her for two days.

If her father was good enough to keep her mother around, her mother would definitely not leave.

Ethan’s breath was caught in his chest, the little girl was getting more and more savage.

coming back for the next two days?”

“That’s right, Mommy called and said she won’t be seeing me for the next two days. I don’t think

Mommy wants to see me anytime soon.” Caroline felt so hurt that she was on the verge of crying.
