Chapter 305
Twins Secret (Tiffany)
Chapter 305 The Ex-Husband Comes to Seek Attention Again "Well, I think it's a good thing you cut ties with her instead of dragging it out. People like her are never satisfied. I'm not trying to badmouth anyone, but she really is that kind of person."
Isidora spoke bluntly, without any sugarcoating.
Aiden knew this well, so he didn't defend Dorinda and chose to remain silent.
Isidora could tell he hadn't completely moved on from the relationship.
She cleared her throat and touched her neck. "Could you get me a glass of water?"
Isidora's words broke the silence in the hospital room.
Aiden nodded and went to get some water, only to find the kettle was empty.
"I'll go get some hot water outside," Aiden said and left the room.
"Okay."
Isidora then continued scrolling through her phone on the hospital bed.
After leaving the Owens Mansion, both families had been bombarding her with calls and messages, criticizing her. No one cared about Isidora's situation; all the blame was placed on her, accusing her of being immature and making a big deal out of nothing, leading to a divorce.
But it was Brock who cheated.
Isidora looked at the messages with a sarcastic smile and blocked them all.
What surprised her most was that even her own parents sided with Brock.
If they liked Brock so much, they could be a family with him.
Isidora had no intention of going back or staying with Brock.
Their marriage was definitely over.
Just as she thought this, the last person she wanted to see walked into the room.
This time, Brock came alone, looking annoyed, clearly not happy to be at the hospital. "What are you doing here?"
Isidora asked coldly, not welcoming Brock at all.
Brock sneered and slowly approached the bed, staring at Isidora with a cold gaze.
"Isidora, I didn't expect you to go to such lengths to get my attention, even staging a car accident."
Isidora was so angry she laughed.
She had a car accident, and he didn't care. Now he was here, making baseless accusations.
She couldn't believe she once found this disgusting person attractive.
"If it's such a bother, then leave. I don't need you here."
Isidora found Brock's presence repulsive and didn't want to see him. If he hadn't come to annoy her, she wouldn't have wasted her breath. People like him should stay away from her forever.
Brock still thought Isidora was playing hard to get, trying to draw his attention. He spoke with an arrogant attitude, "Isidora, do you really think I want to be here? My parents heard about your accident and made me come. I bet you staged this just to keep me around."
He finished, looking at Isidora smugly, as if he had figured her out.
Isidora was so angry she laughed again.
She had never seen someone so shameless!
How had she not noticed how annoying Brock was before?
"Brock, I told you to leave. If you don't want to go, then who's the one clinging now? Please, I can't stand clingy people anymore."
Isidora's words completely broke Brock's composure. He couldn't believe she dared to speak to him like that.
"Do you know what you're saying?" Brock shouted in anger.
"Of course. Now, you just need to do one thing: sign the divorce papers. Brock, you seem to be dragging your feet. Are you in love with me and can't let go?"
Isidora knew Brock's personality well and that he couldn't resist a challenge.
So, as long as she said this, Brock would definitely sign the papers and bring them back.
Sure enough, Brock got even angrier and spoke more sarcastically.
"Do you think I can't live without you? Isidora, you're overestimating yourself."
"Don't worry, I'll bring the divorce papers tomorrow. And don't come begging me to get back together."
Brock secretly hoped Isidora would ask him to stay.
But Isidora just shrugged indifferently.
"Make sure you remember. Don't come back saying you forgot, or I'll think you don't really want to sign and want to stay with me."
Isidora knew how to push Brock's buttons. Her words made him lose his patience, and he turned to leave.
"Fine, Isidora. Don't expect me to come back."

Isidora was glad to hear that and didn't try to stop him.
As Brock reached the door, someone else opened it first. Brock and Aiden came face to face.
Both were puzzled about who the other was.
Aiden walked in and asked Isidora, "Is that your friend?"
Isidora shook her head and said, "Ex-husband."
Brock, standing at the door, quickly turned back.
"Isidora, are you rushing the divorce to be with this guy?"
Brock accused Isidora without hesitation.
Isidora laughed instead of getting angry, crossing her arms and looking at Brock with interest.
"Brock, do you really think everyone is like you?"
"What is your relationship?" Brock clenched his fists, veins bulging. He didn't know why, but seeing another man near Isidora made him furious.
"Is it any of your business?" Aiden asked impatiently. Before Brock could respond, Aiden continued, "You're her ex-husband. Isn't it a bit much to ask these questions?"
"Shut up! Isidora and I aren't divorced yet. I haven't signed the papers, so she's still my wife. And you two, are you really having an affair while we're still married?" She gave a wry smile, clearly amused but exasperated by Brock's accusation. What was this?
He was the one who cheated, and now he was accusing her. It was absurd. Aiden didn't hold back either, rolling his eyes at Brock and muttering, "You're crazy."
