19 Enemy

“I have some questions about your enemy list,” Chelsea said. Everyone was over at her house doing homework. She had finished her homework, so she sat at her computer and reviewed the notes Danny and his friends gave her.

“Anything to distract me from this essay Lancer assigned,” Danny said, pushing his papers aside.

“Cool,” Chelsea said. “Is the Box Ghost really an enemy? Or is he more of a nuisance?”

“The second one,” Danny said. “He messes around sometimes, but usually doesn’t cause much damage.”

“Okay…” Chelsea said, skimming the list of enemies. “What about Walker? He has a question mark by his name.”

“Yeah, Walker and I have a bit of an understanding,” Danny said. “He still wants me as his prisoner, but he’ll leave me alone as long as I don’t enter his area of the Zone. I send him prisoners on the regular, so I think he’s happy with that.”

“So is that where your enemies go after you fight them?” Chelsea asked. “Walker’s prison?”

“Most of them. Freakshow is with the Guys in White. Pariah Dark is held in his magical casket, which Fright Knight guards. Stuff like that.”

“Hmm…” Chelsea tapped her chin with a finger. “What about the really powerful ones like Undergrowth?”

“They leave us alone of their own accord. I guess they know I can defeat them, so they don’t want to try again.”

“Makes sense.”

“Any more questions?”

“Not right now. You should get back to your homework.”

“Aww,” Danny complained.
