chapter 6

We searched every road that goes towards the amusement park and finally reached amusement park to search for them. Sudha and me were asking every person inside have they seen these two kids by showing there photos in our phone but everyone was denying. We both went opposite sides and searched for them, every shop, every playing places we searched everywhere but no one had seem to see them. Finally I and Sudha get tired and it's already 9 pm and 10 pm was the closing time. I was crying hard inside my heart but was very strong from outside. After a while when we both didn't get them and met infront of rollercoaster a person said that he saw them before sometimes it was nearly at 8.30 pm they wanted to ride rollercoaster but they didn't have money. And said that there was a security office I can go there and announce for them to get kids. Then Sudha and I rushed towards that place but like a miracle when I entered office I saw Aarav was seating on a chair and crying and a police officer was trying to ask name and address. I  got my breathing back by seeing him. I ran towards him and hugged him tightly after two minutes I said " How dare u guys leave home like that, do u guys want your mom to die?"  Aarav was crying severely and said  "I'm sorry mom, please forgive me". Then I hugged him and said "don't leave your mom like this again otherwise u will never see me again". Sudha asked " Aarav where is Adwiti?"  O yes when I reached there I had only seen Aarav, where was Adwiti !  Then Aarav said when they were walking around unconsciously they left hands and he didn't know where she is. Then that police officer who was standing there said " yes mam your son is here to find her sister, how can u be so  careless that u left your child like this?" I said sorry to him. But  really that was my fault, then I started crying again thinking about where could be Adwiti. Then I left Sudha with Aarav and went with the police mans towards every corner of park and searched for Adwiti. I could not able to hold my tears but I was acting strong from outside after a search of 30 minutes Sudha called and said that Adwiti was back at security office. A good person take her there, after hearing this I rushed towards security office and then Adwiti came running towards me, I was never that much happy in my whole life. That time emotions were very complex but my heart was happy. Then I hugged her tightly then Aarav also came running towards me and we had a family hug. I asked  her where were she ?  She said after leaving hand she was crying and reached at the back gate of the park there were some people among them there was a nice uncle who asked her about family and bought her here. After listening her story, a person who was in formal dress comes outside and said "I'm a  secretary at civil department, working under IAS officer, we are planning for modification of amusement park at that time your daughter came, our sir asked her and bring her to here". Then I replied " I'm really sorry for trouble, it was my mistake but I'm really grateful to your sir and you". He said it's fine but to take more care  of children's in future. I wanted to thank his sir then he said that he was signing some documents inside the office and to wait and went inside to ask him. I said if he was busy then it's ok but he said Mr. IAS officer  wanted to say goodbye to Adwiti . The while he went inside  Adwiti was praised about him saying,  that uncle was very nice he took me in his arms, he was  very handsome and mom I want you to invite him our home for dinner. I said "okay drlng I can invite him, but he is a busy man how can i disturb him". Actually I had already listened about this officer, somedays ago my colleagues were talking about him saying he was newly appointed here and was a good person, and I also needs to thank him bit it depends on him if he interested or not. At that time I got a call from  Shakuntala I was just saying her that I found babies that time a tall figure, wearing a suit came out from the office and Adwiti ran towards him saying uncle and he take her in his arms. When i got to see his face I was stunned and I felt that the time was stopped. It was a imprinted face on my mind...
