It was really very important to clear everything between us. I could not run away from it anymore. So I asked "what do you want from me Mr Aditya Roy?". I looked straight in to his eyes. Again I repeat "I know I left you that time, but the reality is now we broke up, I don't know what do you want actually.....but I have nothing for you". By saying all these I looked for his reply. His expressions were sad. He said "I don't want anything, I just want to be  friends with you". His words were sincere. But how could I be friends with him. Before I could say anything I got a call from Sudha. She called me to participate in game with Aditya. Aditya was interested so I took him to play ground, where last event of the function was happening. This last event was three legged race (where students had to bind their leg with their guardian and had to run). When I went their Aarav was standing and looking at the others, because everyone were participating with their father. The only thing that I couldn't grant to my child. I knew a kid's feelings who was craving for father's love. Aditya was also with me and realised Aarav's pain. I went to him and said "Aarav". He turned towards me and said "mom you are here, I was waiting for you". Then he saw Aditya and said "Hello uncle". Aditya patted his head and said " hello big boy, why didn't you call me after that day? Am I that bad!". I didn't understand the things between them. Aarav said " sorry uncle, everytime Adwiti was so excited to talk to you that I don't get a chance". I said "you guys called him behind my back?". I was surprised to know that my kids were talking to someone behind my back that I didn't know. Before I could say anything Adwiti came running by saying "uncle". She ran into his arms and surprisingly he also happily took her and said "hey, little angel...Look I kept my promise then where is my gift!". Adwiti said "I don't cheat people, I prepared a nice gift for you". By saying this Adwiti kissed Aditya on his cheek. I was surprised seeing all this, when I was trying so hard to keep everyone away from him .....in other site they were very attracted to him. I pulled Adwiti towards me and said" when you guys became so close?". Before I could say anything Sudha said slowly "Smruti don't be mad I will explain everything at home". I also didn't want to make situation uncomfortable. So I said "okay". Then I participated with Aarav in three legged race in first round. We won first place but due to a stone my feet started to bleed. Aarav was so sad thinking that he wouldn't be able to participate in next round. I said " don't worry I will be ok and we will participate". Then I went towards washroom after bandaging my wound. It was very pain full to walk. but at that time something embrassing happened.
