Laura’s face was frozen completely when she heard this.

Bill was standing at one side, and he took a few steps back as he was losing his head out of fear.He was terrified of being implicated.

After Laura was stunned for a few seconds, she felt that Tom might just be scaring her, so she scoffed.

"You called the police? Whatever.I didn’t do it anyway.I’m innocent! Plus, if those things online are real, then it’s not fake news and there’s no defamation!"
