Past Grudges, Understandings and New country [Part 27]

Ananya's Pov:-

Whole dinner time he was silent and not like himself I bet everyone noticed it especially my mother in law as she was giving me questioning looks. What am I gonna tell her that I rejected your son's love for me and pushed him away that's why he is like this.

After dinner he straight away went towards our room and I indulged myself with Kirti to clear off my mind. Almost about two hours later I entered our room and saw it was dark only my side table's lamp was on. I silently went towards closet area and changed my dress after taking a quick shower.

I came outside and did my skin care and laid beside him, he was back facing me which made me sad as he always scooped me in his arms whenever we slept. Sighing sadly I too turned on other side and back faced him, I will make everything fine between us Kunal.

Sometime later, I was still in my thoughts when I felt his arm wrapping around my thin waist, which isn't that thin now how it used to be. Thanks to him only, he makes me eat a lot of food and also junk food, he says he wanna see me healthy and fit.

I smiled as he pulled me closer and said in his sleepy voice, "you are late today, where were you? I was waiting for you". "was busy with Kirti and making her sleep" I said and he hummed and snuggled into my neck. I was in his arms and I want to be in his arms forever, he is my comfort and I find peace in his arms.

Next morning, I woke up early and carefully came out of his hold and took a quick shower and wore a simple saree and went downstairs and did puja and rushed inside the kitchen. The cooks were shocked to see as Drishti bhabhi or Dhara bhabhi is the first one to come to the kitchen.

I never made something special after my pehli rasoi just helped bhabhis to cook but today I wanna make something special, for Kunal. Kehte hai na mard ke dil ka rasta uske pet se hoke guzarta hai. I got to work and told the cooks not to help me just pass me the ingredients.

After half and hour Dhara bhabhi walked in and gasped, "aaj suraj kahan se nikla hai ki Ananya nashta bana rahi",she mocked me but I didn't mind it. "nothing just wanted to make Kunal's favourite dishes today by my own" I said directly as there is no point in hiding it.

"hmm hmm thats good today Kunal may over eat after knowing you made his favourite dishes" she said and I nodded. "should I help you with something" she said but I politely denied her. "No bhabhi tysm but I am almost done" I said and she nodded and proceeded to make fruit juice for Atharv bhai.

Everyone was seated at the dining table and I started serving the breakfast I made. "is there something special today Ananya beta?" Papa ji asked. "umm no I am just happy and felt like cooking for my family" I said and he nodded.

"but all the dishes are Kunal bhai's favourite seems like he made you happy last night" Soumya said forgetting elders are also sitting with us. I coughed and Kunal choked on his food. She is always like this all blunt not caring about others but these few days she was very silent but finally seeing her old self makes us feel good.

"Well I mean maybe the surprise date he was planning" she said and Kunal spoke, "It's nothing like that Soumya I am very busy to go out on dates". I sighed internally as he went back to eating. I too sat beside him and started eating my food.

Everyone complimented me and mummy ji even called me in her room later to gift me something. I feel so happy when everyone praised me but I wanted his words too which he didn't gave me. After breakfast there was still an hour for him to go office so he went back to room.

I too came inside the room with a cup of black coffee for him. He was going through the file on the study table and I went near him and kept the coffee on the table. "Kunal your coffee" I said and he hummed. Oh god why is he behaving like y/n from ff where she gives silent treatment to her cold husband.

I sighed and held his wrist to stop him from flipping pages, "Kunal why are you doing this", I asked and he looked at me and sighed, "Ananya I am doing my work and let me go through this file it is really important I swear I ain't doing this purposely" he said and got out of my hold.

I don't know why but I don't like when he ignores me it happened before too when I didn't even love him "You are doing it purposely I know" I banged my hand hardly on the table knocking out the coffee mug. The coffee spilled on the table specially his important file and he stood up immediately.

"WHAT THE FUCK ANANYA? DIDN'T I SAY IT IS A IMPORTANT FILE" he yelled at me and I felt scared he has never yelled at me lie this before. He immediately started cleaning the papers, "let me help you I am sorry it was a mistake" I tried to take the file but he yanked my hand.

"ENOUGH, MISTAKE? YOUR ONE SILLY MISTAKE WILL COST A FORTUNE TO MY EMPLOYEES CAREERS" he again roared and this time his anger intensified. I stepped back as he came closer to me, "tell me Ananya is this a mistake or your stubbornness to get my attention", he said his voice utterly low and dangerous.

"Ananya I.. ", he sighed and he raised his hand and I immediately shielded my face to protect myself from him. His words didn't come out of his mouth nor did his hand touched my body, I slowly brought my hands down from my eyes and saw his stunned face.

I know he would never do that to me but still I am scared, "Ananya why.... you know... I would never do that you.. I.... I" he was speaking but his words weren't clear. I just rushed towards him and jumped in his arms hugging him tight. He immediately wrapped his arms around my waist protectively.

I sobbed in his arms and he just stood there and rubbed my back as his other hand caressed my hair. after sometime I pulled away from him and looked into his eyes which held nothing but love for me.

"I am sorry for ruining your file" I said he sighed, "I am sorry for yelling at you" he said and I shook my head. "No it wasn't your fault and beside you have full right to be angry at me as I get angry on you" I said and he chuckled.

"Fine I am angry on you but just remember one thing Ananya, I am not like your dad, please don't think that I will ever hurt you well atleast not physically and if I hurt you mentally which I would never but if in case I do just wear my boxing gloves and punch me right on my perfect face"

he said and I chuckled and nodded, "so are we good now? please never ignore me" I said and he nodded and kissed my forehead lovingly. "okay so now I need to go to office to backup this file and restore whatever I can" he said and I nodded and he picked up his file, phone and keys.

He went near the door but again came back to me and kissed my hands and cheeks, "today's breakfast was really really very tasty, please cook often" he said and hurriedly left the room leaving me all flustered.

I need to confess to you soon my hubby, you need to know how I feel about you and how special you are for me.

Drishti's Pov:-

I was in mummy ji's room helping her in cleaning the jewellery closet. She is rani sa and she has so many jewellery. She was passing me the boxes and one by one and I was keeping them open on king size bed to brush them.

"keep them properly Drishti", she said and passed me another huge box but it slipped through my hand and fell down splitting open the box. the contents inside it scattered and i bent down and started picking them up. "dhyan se Drishti" she said and I nodded.

I saw many old pictures of her with her family, I saw a young boy too beside her who looked almost like her, maybe her brother. I picked up all the photos and saw still one near bed. I picked it up and turn it to see the photo and I was shocked to see the person in that photo, "mummy ji.. what is this?"

I asked and she looked at me and her eyes widen, "Drishti.. that.." she trailed off as her eyes fell on the picture in my hand. "Did.. did you know my mother from before?" I asked her as I again looked at the photo, there were two smiling faces and the young girl in the picture is non eother than my mom.

Mummy ji came near me and made me sit on the bed and took the photo from my hand and caressed the man's face lovingly. "Yes I knew you mom from before.. she.. she was my brothers girlfriend", she said and I was shocked to hear it. My mom and her brother but my mom had a love marriage with my dad.

"my.. my had love marriage with my dad so.. so how?" I asked she sighed. "Your mom and my brother were highschool lovers and this didn't fit well with your dad who was my brother's bestfriend" she said and I was shocked.

"Then.. how come my mom married dad?" I asked being curious and I can see her expressions turning said and tears welled up in her eyes. "Your dad was jealous of my brother and he started creating differences between your mom and him and he succeeded in it and your mom left my brother and he was heart broken" she said and a tear slipped her eyes.

"After few months your dad wooed your mom and they both came into relationship which my brother couldn't handle, he tried explaining his point but your mom just ignored him, he loved your mom too much that he... that he took his own life, he committed suicide" she said and more tears slipped her eyes.

I never knew about any of this, "I am.. I am so so sorry mummy ji, i never knew about this and I..", I was apologizing but she cut me off me saying, "why are you sorry, it wasn't your fault and I should be the one who should be sorry"

"I should be after all what my mom did so bad---" she again cut me off, "no please don't bring her up its all in the past and both of them are no more in the world so just let them leave in peace" she said and I nodded.

"Also I am really really sorry for treating you the way I did, I should have welcomed you with open arms as my daughter knowing you lost your mother at such tender age but I was just too mad about my brother's death and when I got to know you are her and that bastards daughter I just lashed my anger on you", she apolosgised and wiped her tears.

"It's okay mummy ji, its all in the past now please let's just forget it and now I am really happy that you excepted me and I got you as my mom", I said and she nodded. "okay now just leave this and get back to work" she sad=id and there she is my bossy sasu ma back.

After sometime we were done and were keeping the boxes back inside when he read someone at the door, "can we come inside" there they were peeking inside the room. Mummy ji nodded and they both came inside. Dhara gave a big box of maharani haar to mom and said, "here please keep it with you my closet is almost full with jewellery boxes"

She nodded and kept the boxes inside and removed a big box and kept it in front of us, "today I am in a good mood so it is a golden opportunity for you three pick any one maharani ring you wan for your self" she said and we nodded and picked out ring for ourselves.

"also this earrings for you Ananya, you really cooked very tasty food today" she said and gave a beautiful pair of earrings to her. She smiled and thanked her for it and we all chit chatted for some time and it felt so good.

After dinner I was standing in the balcony feeling the breeze as I was thinking about today's day. Dhara told us that tomorrow she is going on her honeymoon trip so that means we cannot celebrate her birthday with family here.

But that's okay too because finally Atharv and Dhara are doing good in their relationship and so do Ananya and Kunal. I am happy finally we all are happy in our marriage life. I was in my thoughts when I felt him backhugging him.

I leaned back into his touch as he placed soft kiss on the side of my head. "what is my love thinking?", he asked and I said, "nothing just feeling the breeze" I said and he hummed as he proceed to place sift kisses on my neck.

"Kirti slept?", I asked and he said, "yes, I told her we are going Japan for out trip, she loves Doraemon and Shinchan and thought to take her to their land".

"woah she might be so happy, I would also love to go there with you both, so when are we going?", I asked. "well we will go after Atharv and Dhara come back from their trip, as you know Kunal is also very busy so someone needs to be here" he said and I hummed.

He again snuggled his face into my neck and started placing kisses there, But before things could accelerate I turned around and stopped him, "We should sleep". He smiled and picked me up in Koala style and brought inside the room, "was planning to sleep only Mrs Rawal"

He said and laid me on the bed and he himself laid beside me hugging me tight, "today Kirti isn't there and you wanna sleep?" I asked as he chuckled, "yeah today morning you were walking like duck and didn't want you to walk like that tomorrow again" he said and I glared at him and he pecked my pout.

"fine fine goodnight", I said and snuggled in his chest, my happy place.

Two Days Later

Dhara's Pov:-

I can't believe where I am standing right now, I read the sign 'INCHEON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT', oh my god!!! I am in South Korea breathing same air as my favourite actor and idols. I hugged Atharv tightly and kissed him on his cheeks.

He chuckled and held my and we walked towards VIP exit guarded by two body guards and followed by two staff who are carrying our bags. I was shocked when I saw Enhypen members also exiting the airport.

Sunghoon and Jay were not wearing their masks and were looking so handsome. I know they are younger than me but who cares. I am a k-pop and k-drama fan and it feels like fucking dream come true. We exited the airport and sat in our car and the driver started driving.

I looked at the korean guys outside and smiled but then I heard him clearing his throat, "you better stop smiling at them and focus on me before I get jealous" he said and I giggled. "I can't help I have always admired korean men and now I am gonna ogle at them", I said and he grumbled under his breathe.

But then he smirked at me and said, "you better embrace yourself for what's coming for you" he said and smirked again. Gosh that hot smirk makes him look so sexy, I am very very excited for our next few days all alone here at my favourite place.
