Atharv Pov:-

After that little moment of ours we were interrupted by a knock on door revealing a maid who asked us to come down as guests were leaving. We met her parents and they apologized to me and dhara for her sister's ill behaviour to which dhara said them not to bring her again in her life, she is done with her for good. I apologised to dhara for my behaviour that night and she forgave me with a promise to not keep anything to myself and I promised her that I will tell her soon.

But please dhara dont judge me or hate me after that because he did and eventually took her side and blamed me for everything and sent me away from my family, I dont want to lose you and I wont let you because you are mine and will do anything for your except to leave you. After having dinner we were in our bed she was scrolling through pictures of today smiling, I so wanted to cuddle her right now but I couldn't it was always her who initiated any physical affection, whether it be hug or cuddle.

"I look good in this picture hehe, saree isn't that bad see" she showed me her phone and I saw her picture she looks so beautiful. "beautiful" she blushed and turned off her phone and kept it on side table and I looked at her in hope that she will hug me but she didn't and pulled blanket up to her neck and closed her eyes, what my cuddles won't I get them today, I was staring at her when she said, "sleep atharv stop staring at me" I coughed and got closer to her.

Fighting with my thoughts I pulled her closer to me and kept my head on her soft soft chest, wait she wasn't wearing ugghm ughhm. I kept my hand around her waist snuggling more into her chest making her gasp, "ath...atharv I....I haven't" "I know I can feel it" "wh..what" I looked up to her and smiled sheepishly, "the softness dhara I can feel it" I whispered causing her to blush hard, she closed her eyes and said, "okay okay now sleep" I chuckled and snuggled again and drifted off to sleep.

2 DAYS LATER

Ananya Pov:-

oh god what is the problem with this man, is he the female lead of a ff, why does he always has to ignore me and give silent treatment like them. I was with the other family members doing sargi as its karwachauth today, well my first one. We all are missing drishti bhabhi and it is evident on karthik bhaiya's face he is missing her the most. Papaji and other men were present too. Kunal came downstairs rubbing his eyes, "why we all are up so early hm what happened mom" he said and mom twisted his ears earning a yelp from him, "today is karwachauth young man and here your wife is keeping fast and there you are sleeping"

He looked at me and I smiled but he glared at me what the hell ever since puja day he is glaring at me and ignoring me did I do something, I dont remember doing anything ugh this man will make me mad. He just sat down with other men and we started our ritual and after completing it it I drank maybe a gallon of water because why not can't drink or eat anything now. "dhara beta as its your second karwachauth help out ananya and tell her about everything okay, it should be done by drishti but as she isn't here you have to okay" dadiji said and she nodded smiling.

I was curious how come its her second, it isn't been a year of her marriage, "bhabhi how come its your second karwachauth" she smiled before replying, "ananya last year karwachauth was on 13 november, 3 days later from my marriage day and this years its today 7 november so its my second" "oh wow bhabhi how was your 1st karwachauth got something special from bhaiya" but her smile vanished and she looked down.

"he wasn't home, he was on business trip" she said lowly. poor dhara bhabhi it might have been so hard for her without bhaiya but atleast now bhaiya is there hehe to lighten up her mood I said, "bhabhi its celebration time then its your and bhaiya's 1 year marriage anniversary, there will be grand party then" I chirped and she said, "no no its okay"

But papaji said, "ofcourse there will be grand celebration after all its their first anniversary" he said looking at atharv bhai but he just looked away, his face expressionless as always atleast karthik bhaiya and kunal are lose around family but he is a tough nut to crack I guess. "ofcourse karthik and kunal its your responsibility okay" they both nodded and later mom asked us to go to rooms and have some sleep.

As we got back to our room I pulled kunal's blanket but he pulled it back, "kunal whats the problem why are you being like this huh" i said pulling the blanket but he pulled back with much force causing me to stumble and lose my balance which made me land on him which widen my eyes. He looked at me and the closed his eyes again, "get off form me ananya and let me sleep" ugh enough of this man, I feel like pulling my hair out but then I got a idea after all its your ananya.

I sat on his stomach properly causing him to cough a little, I removed the blanket and swiftly threw it on my side and pinned his hands down on bed, yeah bold move I know but I am bold huh and he knows it too. I leaned closer to him and whispered, "what happen hubby, why are you being a female lead hmm" He visibly gulped and said, "why do you care now huh go and talk to naksh and ignore me" what is he talking about talk to him and fuck, HE IS JEALOUS, this made me smile, he is jealous.

"you are jealous" his head snapped towards me and he had a scowl, I am not jealous huh and of whom that fucker" I left his hands as I traced my hand on his chest in a slow manner his breathe hitched, I love the effect I have on him. "you are jealous kunal accept it and dont worry, I was annoyed by him and just was doing a formality talk, dont be sulky because of that mere thing" I teased and he said, "I.am.not.jealous, and I dont care" he said and I smirked, "okay then I will ask him to meet me at cafe so that I can know him better and maybe eventually like him and---"

I was cut off when he suddenly flipped me and now I wads looking like a small cat and he was looking like a tiger ready to pounce on me. He leaned dangerously close to me which made me blush, his nose was touching mine and lips just mere centimeters apart, "dare to talk about other men and I will literally fuck your brains out at the spot" oh bhai koi ac chalado, itni garmi kyu hai.

"dont talk about other men and dont talk to that naksh am I clear" I was tongue tied still processing his previous sentence. He caressed my cheeks making me come out of my shock, "Am I clear ananya, no talking about other men, you are mine" I nodded senselessly my full focus was on his face he looked so hot with jaw clenched, eyes darkening with every word. "I feel like kissing you" he said and I snapped out of my bubble, "what" "your lips look tempting" he said tracing my lips with thumb.

He leaned in closer and I closed my eyes is he going to kiss me, but I felt his lips on my forehead and I opened my eyes and met his, he was looking at me affectionately which made my heart flutter. "I wont kiss you until you want me to, remember slow steps" I nodded and he laid beside me hugging me, "and I dont get jealous I just dont like someone eyeing what's mine" I am his? He called me his. Am I important to him, is this real

I shook my head and looked at his face so calm yet captive, Am I falling for you kunal, is it okay for me to fall for you. I dont want to feel those horrible things again knowing I am the only one feeling this.

Author Pov:-

It was evening and everyone was ready and was waiting for moon to come out. "ugh I feel so hungry bhabhi" soumya said and dhara replied, "should I ask the maid to serve you dinner hmm " "no bhabhi I will eat after my big surprise" she said and karthik asked, "what surprise soumya" "umm you will know in few minutes". everyone was curious when they heard a familiar voice, "dadda" everyone looked in the direction of voice and saw kirti running towards karthik, everyone smiled in happiness.

Karthik knelt and hugged his daughter tightly, "my princess I missed you so much" he kissed her all over the face causing her to giggle, "dadda, your beard ticklish hehe, chachu" she ran to kunal and he picked her up twirling her around then they heard another voice, "kirti beta dont run you will fall" everyone looked and saw drishti coming with maids behind her with her bags.

Karthik Pov:-

Everyone gasped hearing her voice, she was looking so beautiful in her red saree and those black and burgandy shade hair, gosh she is an angel. She came and took blessings of dadaji and dadiji, dadi ji kissed her forehead, "oh my drishti thankyou for coming back we are so happy" she smiled and went towards papa and mom and touched their feet as papa gave her blessings and mom just scoffed, "why are you here again huh" mom spatted angrily.

Drishti gave a small smile to her, "this is my house too mummy ji, my husband lives her and so does my whole family so please refrain yourself from taunting me now because I have had enough of your taunts" everyone's eyes widen in these 3 years its first time drishti replied to mom and it did made me proud I know my mom can be too much sometimes.

She met everyone atharv, kunal, dhara, ananya and hugged soumya, "thanks soumya for helping me" what going on when did they become friends, soumya touched her feet making us all shock, "I am sorry bhabhi for all those tough times I gave to you during past 3 years, I was just angry on you because I love mami ji and karthik bhaiya a lot and I didn't find you suitable for him as mami ji didn't like you I too started disliking you, but I was naive and I am sorry I have realised my mistake" she apologised and that made us all smile

"its totally okay soumya I know you and know you are not a bad person its okay and now I am happy you accepted me s your brother's wife" she smiled and said, "ofcourse why not when bhaiya loves you who are we to seperate two love birds" she gave a teasing glance towards me ugh this brat. Drishti cae towards me and smiled, "how are you" "never been these better before thankyou" "i missed you" "i missed you too" i held her hand and kissed her knuckles to which everyone hooted except for atharv and mom, well atharv isn't a type to do these stuff and mom just leave her.

"romance badme ke liye bacha lijiye bhabhi please chale terrace par chand nikalne wala hai" dhara said and we all nodded and went to terrace. The moon was out and it looked beautiful not more than drishti, the ladies did the ritual till then I played with my kirti, how much I missed my baby. After their ritual we all stood in front of our wives and they did their ritual and I made her drink water, I was happy and shocked that she kept fast all these years and is keeping it today too and even travelled from kasuali to come here.

She was here with me and now I dont want anything, just wanna go in our room and hold her in my arms and have a peaceful sleep. My peace is where drishti is, I love her and this time I wont mess up I promise.
