Chapter 255 Plenty of Time

When Henry came in, he didn’t shut the door. Therefore, when Nova arrived at the door, she saw Kelly

and Henry having a romantic atmosphere.

Kelly’s smile froze in shock, but she soon adjusted herself and said smilingly, “Nova, you’re here. Come

on in!”

Kelly looked at Nova in vigilance. How much did she hear? She tricked Nova at the party. If Nova came

to confront her again, the good image she just created would be dashed again.

Henry shot Nova with his fierce glance, which had mixed feelings.

Nova had heard Kelly explaining to Henry about the party. She didn’t care about what Henry thought,

and she had a lesser will to bring the topic up.

She looked at Henry and said with all smiles, “I heard that Mr. King would be working overtime tonight,

so I came to visit my cousin. I didn’t expect Mr. King would put work aside for my cousin. Sorry that I

interrupted you.”

As she said so, she put the bouquet on the table.

She felt even happier. Henry must be displeased with Nova!

She held Henry’s arm and continued what Nova started. “Henry, I’m just a little injured. Don’t come to me

so often. If I am a hindrance to your work, I would feel so bad.”

Nova saw their intimate contact and produced a mocking smile.

Henry wanted to pull his arm out, but, as Nova was present, he directly acquiesced in Kelly’s behaviors.

He said gently, “You’re more important than work.”

Nova was rendered speechless.

Kelly showed surprise in her eyes. Henry hadn’t been so tender to her for a long time!

time together in the future.”
