So , for a break

I headed towards my peaceful place

I sat under the same night sky

To make myself feel okay , though inside I was  dry

Glaring at the stars

I think of a world which is beyond these inhumane bars

Where everyone is equally treated

Female or male , or LGBTQ are warmly greeted

Where , a home feels like home

Even if a girl child is born

Not those typical mourns which leave young one's heart torn

To be born as a girl  , its not her fault

Skinny , chubby , fair , or dusky everyone is trolled

Why pink is for girls and blue for boys ?

When god created us ! Who are you to treat us as toys ?

Barbie doll or kitchen set ?

Sports ? Thats not for you my Li'l  brat

For them I have always been a scar

That they wanted to erase , since my birth , as they were the people in power

With time , my body grew tough

But my soul has already given up

A suicide letter is what they wrote

After when my soul was bought

If someday you find that letter

Do keep this in mind , things were never better

It's not one or two ,

but this whole society , who led me through

Questioned my body type

Laughed , when I got dusky skin colour not like their fair tribe

If one's skinny

They say - Why don't you put some weight  mini ?

Hawww you got pimples on your face ?

Seems like someone's getting fond of sour food these days !

Thick thighs , a bit chubby ass ?

For aunties its more like  - beta do workout , its a matter for stress

No guy would marry you , ! PLEASE SHUT UP ! its a humble request

But , no this society won't let you stay ,no matter  how much you protest

Oh ! Don't wear short skirts , or tank tops

You ain't so strong to fight these lustful dogs

These creatures , teach us

To dress , express , sit , talk , walk accordingly

And if someone harrases you , do report your parents timely

What would parents do ? Report police ?

Nah nah , they would blame girl for all the lease
