The Librarian and Her Alphas: Chapter 14
The Librarian and Her Alphas: An Omegaverse Reverse Harem Romance
âOh, Damon!âLena cries, arching her back as I thrust into her. Iâm fucking her hard, spreading her ass cheeks wide so she can take every inch of my thick cock in her tight pussy. She feels incredible, and the way she moans and cries with each thrust makes my length swell inside her, ready to knot her.
âYou take my cock like such a good girl,âI growl, pulling her head back by her hair.âCome for me, Lena. I want to feel you tighten around my shaft.â
Her orgasm hits her hard, and she screams, her pussy clenching tightly around me. It feels too good, and my own orgasm races down until I erupt, knotting deep inside her and spilling my load. I tilt her head back again and sink my canines into her pale neck, marking her. She climaxes again at the sensation, hot tears spilling down her cheeks as she cries.
I wake with a start, sitting upright in bed with my heart pounding and my chest heaving. Drenched in sweat, I realize I have the most potent erection Iâve ever woken up to, and itâs almost painful.
Every night, these vivid dreams of Lena tease me and remind me of her. And each time I wake up, Iâm left with an empty bed, a hard-on, and a longing for an omega who doesnât want me. Iâve never been this affected by an omega before.
The dreams, as much as they turn me on, worry me.
They could mean many things, but I know thereâs only one very real possibility.
Lena is my fated mate.
Thereâs no denying it anymore. And now Iâm hell-bent on changing her mind now. I glance at the clock on my nightstand and see that itâs just after one a.m.
Knowing itâs useless to try and get back to sleep now, I throw the covers back and get out of bed. The bathroom light is bright against my eyes, but I squint through it and wash my face, trying to wake myself up further. Iâm restless and on edge, and I know that the only way to wind down after that dream is to see Lena.
I need to check on her and make sure sheâs all right.
Max, our go-to tech guy, had done some sleuthing and figured out where she lives. Itâs a cute building in a good neighborhood, and any anxiety about her safety eased when Max showed me what he found.
The roads are quiet as I drive toward the part of town where Lena stays.
The moon is hidden behind clouds, and dappled half-light peeks out now and then as the clouds shift across the sky. This time of night is my favorite, so I donât rush, enjoying the smooth drive of my sedan on the open road.
Lena lives about thirty minutes from the city. When I approach her apartment building, I park about a block away so she doesnât recognize my vehicle. As I leave the car, I notice the night is calm, and the air is crisp, with a slight chill.
I stop across the street from her building and hide in the shadow of a nearby tree. Looking up to where her apartment is, I see the light on. Itâs late, and I figured she would have gone to bed by now.
I wonder if I should go up and see her, thinking she might like the company, but movement out of the corner of my eye catches my attention and derails my train of thought. There, creeping out of what I suspect is Lenaâs bedroom window, is Gunnar.
Heâs in wolf form, jumping nimbly off her balcony and onto the grass below. I squint when I see that his dick is out, the purple head leaking with cum.
What the fuck?! I shake my head. Unbelievable.
I know Iâm not in the right either, having come this far to check on her, but Iâm going to have a seriously stern talk with my pack. We did not agree to sneak into her bedroom in the middle of the night and take advantage of her. I want her to come to us naturally, not because we break into her house. Part of me canât blame Gunnar for his actions, Lena is a delectable little snack, but Iâm also annoyed that I wasnât the one to be in her bedroom.
Gunnar slinks away into the trees, and I turn to watch him go, but standing just a few feet from where he disappeared is another person.
Alarm goes through me when I see this second person.
This strange figure is tall, dressed in all black, and wearing a long jacket. They are also watching Lenaâs window the way I am.
Could it be Max? I shake my head. No, the height and build of this stranger donât match Maxâs. Not to mention, he wouldnât be hiding under dark clothes and a long jacket.
I donât recognize this person, and unease sinks into my stomach as I duck behind the nearest tree to avoid being seen. The stranger continues to watch her window as if they are looking for movement inside. They stay that way for quite some time, barely moving as they keep watch.
Pulling out my cell phone, I quickly take a picture of this person. Could they be someone from Lenaâs old life, perhaps a member of her old pack? Or could they be some kind of stalker, someone who saw her at the library or the store and followed her home? I donât like either option, but I hide behind the tree again, wary of giving my position away.
I peek from behind the tree again, hoping the stranger has left. Instead, I see they have turned away from watching Lenaâs window and now seem to be looking my way. I stiffen, wondering if I made any noise that caught their attention. I keep still, ready to kill if he comes my way.
Their unnatural stillness and focus make me wonder if this person is another werewolf, lending credibility to my theory that they could be one of Lenaâs old pack.
Eventually, after what seems like an eternity, the figure turns away from me and walks down the street, avoiding streetlights and sticking close to the shadows of the trees. I leave my hiding place and watch as they walk away, worry churning in my gut.
Who the fuck are they, and why were they watching Lenaâs apartment? Were they waiting for someone else? Or were they waiting for Lena?
Either way, I believe Lena is in danger. A low growl rips from my chest at the thought.
No one will harm her. If they do, Iâll kill them.
I settle in across the street for the rest of the night, determined to keep watch so that I know sheâs safe. The night is long, but Lenaâs safety is my utmost priority, and I will make sure no harm comes to her.
