Chapter Twenty Six

ANDREW'S POV

"Chocolate ice cream tastes disgusting."Pierra commented her face scrunched up in disgust.

"That's why it's for me and not for you."I replied taking the ice-cream tub from her hands and digging in.

"You're the only guy I know that actually loves chocolate."She retorted picking up her vanilla and strawberry ice cream tub.

"And you're the only girl I know that actually hates chocolate."I countered and she stuck her tongue out at me.

"Look at us being the perfect couple. We have to balance each other out otherwise we would always be fighting over then last piece."She rationalized and I had to agree with her.

We did make a perfect couple, always complimenting each other and filling in the gaps.

We were currently at Ned's tattoo parlor cuddling on the couch as we ate ice cream. I had actually been working, a girl wanted a vine made of her getting her first tattoo when Pierra texted. She asked me what I was doing and what my favorite ice cream flavor was. Thirty minutes later I was done working when she arrived with the ice cream. It had started melting so instead of heading over back to my place we started on it right at the tattoo parlor.

"Guys it's only ten o'clock in the morning and you're having ice cream."Ned commented as he came from the back with a happy customer in tow.

Ned was really good at what he did, my ivy vine tattoo was enough testament of that.

"Haven't you heard of dessert for breakfast?"Ivy asked and Ned shook his head at us.

"You're a bad influence on him."Ned said and Ivy sat up holding her hand to her chest.

"You take that back."She demanded forcefully but you could tell she was only joking.

"Jeez sorry, you're the best influence on him."Ned corrected and Ivy nodded.

"Damn right I am. Right baby?"She asked turning to look at me.

"Of course babe."I replied and she grinned quickly pecking my lips before cuddling back to my side and picking up her ice cream once more.

Ned made a whipping sound with his mouth before chuckling and heading back to his work. So what if I was whipped? It was the best feeling in the world to have someone who loved me as much as I loved them.

My relationship with Pierra had grown exponentially ever since we confessed our love for each other and had sex for the first time. It was great, mind-blowing, amazing, fantastic and all other big words that described just how good sex with Pierra was. I thought that our heavy make out sessions and pleasuring each other orally was as good as it could get but I had been so wrong. Pierra's body was made for me and the freak in her made sex with her phenomenal. She was always ready to try out new things and she was so freakishly flexible yet for some reason broke a sweat climbing stairs but when it came to sex we could go at it for more than an hour at a time.

The door opened and my friends walked in making noise as usual.

"If it isn't our favorite celebrity couple."Cliff commented when they noticed us.

It was a sarcastic compliment as they always liked to tease me how I was dating a celebrity as Pierra was a famous influencer. You wouldn't even know that Pierra had such a huge following online with how humble she was.

"Ah, the three musketeers. Nice to see you guys still follow each other around like ants."Pierra retorted and I snorted a laugh.

"You've gotta stop calling us that."Alfred defended taking a seat on one of the stools in the waiting bay.

"When you stop being such spoilt brats I will."Pierra replied with a fake smile.

They were fighting like siblings and I found it cute. All my friends got along with Pierra and it made things easier for me. There was nothing as terrible as dating someone you're friends didn't approve of but I was glad I didn't have that problem. Pierra had experience growing up with three brothers so she could handle herself when they got a little too bratty as she liked to put it.

"Wow ice-cream at ten in the morning, I like how you two don't care for healthy eating."Cass commented taking Pierra's tub from her hands, scooping up some and shoving it into his mouth.

"Look at you embracing our unhealthy lifestyle, welcome to the club Cass. Any more takers?"Pierra asked looking at Cliff and Alfred who were quick to reject her offer.

"It's a beautiful Saturday and we're hanging out at here at Ned's. We're so lame."Cliff lamented.

"Sorry we are not cool enough for you Cliff, why don't you tell us what you what to do big boy."I asked.

He chucked a crunched up paper at me that I easily caught and threw back at him, hitting him right on the forehead.

"Good shot babe."Ivy cheered while Cliff just scowled at us.

"Thanks love."I replied kissing her forehead.

"And I didn't mean you're not cool enough for me. I just meant its a Saturday and we should so something more fun."Cliff explained himself.

"Like what?"Alfred asked.

"I don't know, anything but sitting here all day like we usually do all week is not my definition of a fun Saturday."Cliff whined.

"Just to get you to shut up I may have a suggestion. A new hotel in town just opened their rooftop swimming pool and I was asked to do a promo shoot for them, I turned them down as I don't really do places but if you wanna go we can, it's free entry for you as you'll be with me and half the price on drinks."Pierra suggested and Cliff jumped up in excitement.

He took Pierra away from my arms, pulling her in for a hug as he swayed with her.

"You're the coolest girlfriend Andrew has ever had."Cliff commented excitedly.

"Dummy, she's the only girlfriend he's ever had."Cass countered and Cliff chuckled nervously.

"Thanks for that you guys."Pierra replied patting Cliff's back awkwardly and he put her down.

"So do you want to go?"She asked settling back next to me.

"Heck yeah."Cliff exclaimed and the other two nodded.

"Babe?"She asked turning to me.

"It's not like I have video and pictures to edit so I'm definitely going. No way I'm leaving you fools alone with my girl."I replied and everyone cheered excitedly.

"You don't trust me around your friends?"Pierra whispered so only I could hear.

"No I trust you, a hundred and one percent. It's these guys I don't trust."I assured her kissing her temple.

She smiled in contentment and I was happy I was able to ease her worry. Trust was a big thing in every relationship especially more for us considering the history of our relationship. I loved that my friends got along with my girlfriend but they sometimes said things without thinking and even though they didn't have the ability to break our relationship as we had no secrets, they could put a dent in us and I would not tolerate that.

Ned resurfaced from the back pulling gloves off and tossed them in the bin by the door.

"Ned we're going to a rooftop pool with half priced drinks, wanna come?"Cliff asked.

Ned thought about it for a second before nodding.

"Weren't you just complaining how busy you are today?"Pierra asked.

"Well yeah, even more reason to go. I am the only tattoo parlor around here so I can easily reschedule and besides half price drinks sound pocket friendly."Ned reasoned and Pierra hummed content with his reply.

"Guys not to be a party pooper but how are we going to get there. None of us have a car as Cass crashed his and the six of us in an uber or public transportation does not sound fun at all."Alfred asked and we all went quiet thinking abut what to do.

Cass had crashed his car into a tree after attempting to drive drunk. It was totally fixable except his parents refused to cover the cost so he was saving up, which was coming up slow as the boy liked to spend and had no saving bone in his body.

"Pierra any chance we can borrow your brothers car. It's a seven seater."Cass asked with a cringe probably already knowing the answer.

Bishop did have a cool car. It was a Subaru Exiga with a supersize panoramic glass roof, theater-style seating, with rear passengers sitting a little higher than those in front. See, cool car.

"He's not even at school so that's a no and even if he was it would definitely be another no."Pierra replied and their faces fell going back to thinking mode.

Suddenly Cliff jumped up excitedly startling us.

"Did I just get the best idea or what? You guys go get ready and we'll meet back here in an hour. Bring your swimsuits, I'll bring the car."Cliff announced running out of the parlor before any of us could ask him what he was up to.

"Would you look at that, plans coming into play. You heard the man. One hour and yes I'm looking at you Pierra."Cass pointed out.

"Just because I'm the only girl in this little group doesn't mean you get to pick on me. I'll also have you know that I'm very time sensitive, so I'll see you in fifty five minutes Cass."Pierra retorted getting up from the chair and holding her hand out for me.

Not wanting to be asked twice, I got up while picking my bag up in the process. Taking her hand, we made a very dramatic exit.

"I love your friends."Pierra commented with a chuckle once we were a good distance away.

"They are your friends now too which is great because you actually handle them better than I do."I replied looping my arm around her shoulder and pulling her closer.

"Sometimes I feel like I married you with three kids."She said with a sarcastic hint in her voice and I laughed.

"Welcome to the family."I said kissing her temple as we turned the corner to head to my hostel building.

When we got to my room we took a shower and I was not happy about how we didn't get to have shower sex as Pierra was invested in making Cass swallow his words. Pierra had a bunch of clothes at my place so she packed my swimsuit and her bikini in the same bag. We were about to leave after we both got ready when Pierra stopped me.

"Since we're already headed there why don't we do the promo shoot together and split the pay."Pierra suggested.

"I thought we were going to have fun?"I asked as I hadn't really planned on taking all my gear, just one camera.

"Yeah we are but it will only take like an hour then we can have some real fun. The money is good, trust me."She explained.

"It's not about the money. I just don't want to take this from you. They gave you the job."I resisted and Pierra smiled.

"You're so cute when you try to be thoughtful but seriously babe I want to do this with you. If it makes you feel any better you can blow all the money we make on spoiling me."She said with a laugh as she moved around the room gathering up all the equipment I'd need.

I liked how she knew me well enough to know the difference between what I needed to a video shoot and a photoshoot.

"It's a deal."I replied with a smile even though we both knew I would probably end up saving all of it.

Pierra was raised so right that even though she had enough money to live an extravagant lifestyle, she was very low maintenance. I did like to spoil her once in a while but not with expensive gifts, Pierra wouldn't like that anyway. I did small things, like helping her with her ambassador work, buying her favorite snack, taking her on impromptu walks and picnics and just planning random simple dates. She was the best girlfriend ever.

After we were done packing everything up Pierra helped me carry some of my stuff as I also took the drone with me. When we arrived back at Ned's fifty minutes later everyone was there except for Cass. He arrived ten minutes later looking like he had run a marathon.

"Who's the girl now?"Pierra asked as we got into the white Toyota Wish Cliff had managed to borrow for us to use.

"Get that smug look off your face."Cass grunted but Pierra's grin just got wider.

Cliff was driving so Ned took the passenger seat. Cass and Alfred took the middle seats while Pierra and I took the back seats. All our stuff was in the spacious trunk.

"Cass?"Pierra called out with a mischievous look on her face.

"Yeah."He grumbled probably already knowing Pierra was going to make fun of him and he was right.

"You prefer pads or tampons?"She asked and the whole car burst out laughing.

"You're the worst. I was five minutes late and its because....." He tried explaining himself but came up with no reasonable explanation.

"Don't pout Cass, you'll smear your lipstick."I said joining the teasing and Pierra gave me a high five.

"You two are so perfect for each other, I should know I am after all the one who pushed Andrew into making a move."Cass commented.

"And we will forever be grateful. Also as a thank you for your effort I will give you a thirty minute break."Pierra offered.

"You can't be serious."Cass lamented.

"Take it or leave it."Pierra challenged.

"Fine."Cass grunted sulking in his seat.

True to her word Pierra was on his case thirty minutes later but let up once we got to the hotel.

We all made it to the rooftop and while the guys immediately went to the pool Pierra and I found the manager so we could get to work. It was always fun working with my girl and the promo shoot was no different. We got aerial shots with my drone, close ups with the staff and the guys having fun in the pool. To wrap it up Pierra modelled around the facility is her cute two piece bikini that had me drooling.

After we were done working we joined our friends in the fun and it was a beautiful well spent afternoon. For lunch we had their special of the day which was fries with different toppings. Since Pierra wasn't drinking she agreed to be the designated driver so the rest of us could get wasted. I didn't drink much, only enough to get the right kind of buzz going.

Pierra's phone rang just as we ordered another round of drinks and she excused herself to pick the call.

Hanging out with my friends and girlfriend had to be the best way to spend a Saturday and nothing could ruin that. Well except for Pierra coming back with a tear streaked face, clutching her phone in her hand.
