Six months later,The rose buds they planted started to blossom. They made the place like a beautiful flower valley. "Hari, look at there, those birds looks so cute" Karthik exclaimed gazing the beautiful birds. Harini smiled and took him inside the garden.In those days she found several improvement in his health. She consulted a ayurvedic doctor to treat him as she never had any hope in the treatments given in the hospital. She thought that will destroy his health more. Now she felt that she took the correct decision.Meanwhile Harika, Varsha and Adhi became very close friends. Harika and Varsha started practicing in the same hospital. Adhi too worked in the IT department of the same institution.Harika felt delighted seeing Varsha and Adhi's bonding. She understood the depth of their relationship. They both were like made for eachother. Every night she used to call Harini to discuss about her entire day. But Harini never revealed about Karthik's treatment with Harika.Days passed with same happiness. "Harika it's getting late, come soon" Varsha shouted. "Coming!" Harika rushed out of her room. They got ready for the grand celebration organised by their institutions. Many celebrities and companies from different countries were invited for that gathering."Hey! You're looking so cute" Varsha complemented making her blush. "You're looking cute too. Ok let's go, Adhi will be waiting for us" she replied and they both left that place.They reached the destination in next half an hour. Adhi was already waiting for them in the venue. He received them both and they three entered into the hall.It was really a very grand party and the arrangements were mind-blowing.They have attended many parties on different occasions in their life but that seems more grand then anything else. The institution they working has its branches in several countries. Not only in medicine they also ran several other organisations along with that.They have gathered all their employees and other top business magnets to celebrate their silver jubilee.They all had an amazing time at the party. They participated in few events, danced and had a lot of fun throughout the evening. The best part was the fact that everyone was happy with the celebration and there were smiles all around them.Harika noticed few people there and was keen to know about the competition. She eagerly went into the gathering and found it was a quiz event.She decided to join that event and enrolled her name for that. She was asked to play it with her mobile, she eagerly participated.Questions poped-up on the screen and Harika started giving her answers. First round ended and Harika was qualified for the second round. They announced that third round will be the final round and only two people will be selected for that.She played with more concentration this time and she cracked that round too entering into the final round. Varsha and Adhi cheered her up making her more excited.She was asked to wait in a room for the finals and she will be compete with the another finalist. When she was waiting eagerly, her eyes widen seeing him there.She gazed his face and she couldn't believe whatever happening there. It was six months as their eyes caught eachother like this. She stood there with her eyes locked with him with lots of memories. He stood frozen as he was so happy to see her again. But at the same time he couldn't look at her for a long time as he was probably feeling guilty.The moment where they were together and those beautiful days were they both never felt any hurdles and all her beautiful cute act flashed in his mind and all those emotions of love and togetherness occupied his mind. His moistures eyes made the environment more annoying. Harika cleared her mind and decided something. She stood up and walked towards him, stood opposite to him gazing his face but this time her eyes contained no emotion and she casually shook her hands with him. "Best of luck" she said with confidence which brought a intense smile on his face. "All the best" he replied shaking his hand. All he could think was "I know how much you are hurt and I don't know what am I going to do to make up for it". His eyes spoke what his mind wanted to and Harika clearly understood his thoughts but she completely ignored it. They both were asked to take their respective chairs which was placed opposite to eachother. They both sat there facing other. The final round started and Harika concentrated on her game but his attention was completely on her. He gazed her face whenever she made that beautiful expression finding the right answer.After that they announced that Harika won the competition. He applaud the most and looked her with a beautiful smile but her face remained cold not showing up any emotions. She left the place and found Varsha waiting for her outside."I saw the entire game on screen. Congratulations!" She hugged her with a beautiful smile to cheer her up. Harika smiled and they both left that place.Varsha took her to different events to divert her thoughts. Finally she succeeded. Adhi, Varsha and Harika had their food together. "Varsha, I want some panner tikka, will you get it for me?" Adhi asked like a kid making both of them laughed. Varsha left that place to bring what he asked."Harika! See your face, I think your cheeks also having ice cream" he laughed pointing out the ice cream on her cheeks. Harika tried to wipe it with a tissue but she couldn't find exact spot."Let me help" Adhi said and he helped her to clean that from her face. Harish crossed that place and he stood rooted seeing them both together."What is he doing here? Why he is sitting very close to her?" He clenched his fist. He never doubted her but at the same time he don't want to see anyone near his girl. But at the same time he doesn't want to create any issue there so he left the place calmly.Harish's eyes spotted Harika once he entered into the venue. He purposely attended that party to see her. He followed her everywhere she went in the party and admired seeing her actions after a long time. He participated in the quiz and he played with determination to meet her face to face.His soul attained it's peace once his eyes caught her. The moment she caught him, her eyes reflected her unconditional love on him. He was overwhelmed with happiness but his blood started boiling once after seeing Adhi with Harika.He doesn't like to see him moving closer to Harika. He left the place and reached the hotel where he was staying but his entire mind was occupied with her thoughts."Harika, are you ok?" Harini asked when she was talking with her. "I'm ok Mom" Harika replied but she knows that she was not. "Your voice seems more dull Harika. Are you tired?" She asked with concern."Yes mom, a bit. I danced for a long time in the party. So I'm feeling sleepy now" she replied."Ok dear, take care and have a good sleep" Harini said and ended the call. Harika's thought revolved around the day's happening. "Why did he came here?" She thought, "it's none of your business" her subconscious warned her.She too though that's right and it is none of her business to think about some stranger in that late night. She washed off those thoughts from her mind and tried to sleep. Finally she succeeded and sleep slowly consumed her.
