After that incident we both started out being friends. She hardly mingle with people but I felt more exhilarated when  she accepted my friendship.And that really helped me to understand her fully. We had time to get to know each other, find common interests and figure out our common interest.Most importantly, she opened up about her past. I was really shocked to hear her story. She said that she lost her entire family just before she joined the college. That truly taken me  aback."What happened to your family?" I asked with concern. "They committed suicide" her tears were uncontrollable and her voice was shaking, I held her arm giving her hope, "just let out all your sorrows from your heart. I'm here to help you! Don't stress yourself by keeping that within yourself" I hope my words created some changes in her heart.She gazed my face with a glimpse of hope in it which made me feel alive."I'm not from a very rich family background Karthik. I'm from a very normal family. I never seen my parents happy in their lifetime. They both loved eachother and they got married very happily.But that happiness short-lived. My father loosed his job and my mom started working. But once after my birth, she was advised to take rest and that brought another trouble to my family.My dad tried his best to find some job but all in vain, he did few hard work which he never did before. That brought a severe health issue on him.All these issues pressured them to take more loans. I too had a elder sister, my parents were worried about our future. But they never failed to educate us both.I got good grades in my schooling. So I got seat in this college very easily. I came here for my addmission and when I return home, I found them three dead.I felt like I lost everything in my life. My relatives said that they died because of the loans they took from some crucial people. They tried to misbehave with my sister and that completely broken my family.So they took that crucial decision. I have no one in my life. So I thought to end my life too but my dad's letter stopped me from doing that.He mentioned that, I should break all those humiliation they faced in their life. I too decided to do that and left that place.Here I started doing my part time job and continued my studies. I want to throw the money which my parents borrowed from those monsters" she said with determination but my eyes were wet.I never thought that she will be having such a sorrowful past. I thought she is a moody person but now I understood that she is a strong woman and I felt proud of her. I owed in heart to safeguard her for the rest of my life and I'll not let her cry in our life.And I strongly decided to make her bold. So I hidden my true identity. I don't want her to know about my family background. I just said that my father is a businessman, mom is a homemaker and I have a elder sister who is doing her master. These were the only information I shared about my family to her. She too didn't questioned anything further."I know Harini! You will definitely win in your affirmation. We shouldn't just repay their debts, we should also punish them for their sin. No other family should face this disaster in their life" I said making her more confident.After that conversation, I felt like our friendship grown to the next level. Sometimes I felt like she too likes me. So one fine day I decided to propose her, I know I'm rushing the things but I don't want to give any chance to be away from her.There was a cultural event in my college. My eyes were searching my darling everywhere but sadly I couldn't find her. So I was waiting for her in our favourite spot.I know, she will definitely visit that spot, if she misses me. As I thought she was there in a fifteen minutes."Karthik!" I smiled hearing her. I turned and was stunned looking her. She stood there like a doll, her clothes were not very costly but that simple pink saree suited her perfectly.She doesn't had any extra makeup to highlight her face but it was more beautiful in the way it is. I lost myself in her twinkling black eyes and her strawberry pink lips."Karthik! Am I looking good?" She asked looking into my eyes. "You know what I want to kiss your sweet pink lips hard to show you how beautiful really you're!" I thought that in my mind but something stopped me from saying that directly to her."Hello! I asked you something?" She flipped her fingers, this time I smiled and replied, "not just beautiful. You're gorgeous" I said making her cheeks turn pink,How sweet her face looks!!"Ok come let's go. Function will start in few minutes" she said holding my hand."Before that, I wanna say you something Harini" I said and she looked me like what."I love you" I said and her eyes widen hearing my words, "What did you say?" She muttered slowly releasing her hold from my hand."I said, I love you. It means, I started loving you from the moment I saw you. I love you more than anything else and I will love you forever with this same intensity" I said what I truly felt. I'm not a poet to narrate a love letter and romantic poems for her, I'm just an ordinary man, so I did whatever I felt.I saw tears forming in her eyes. She didn't uttered a word and left the place. I don't know how should I react or what should I take it up as her decision.She avoided my calls for the entire day. Next day, to my surprise, I got a call from her."Karthik! Give me some time. I don't know what I'm feeling exactly but at the same time I don't want to loose you in my life. Whatever maybe my decision but our friendship will continue like this forever" she said which really surprised me.Usually people will think to end their friendship after a love confession but what she said made me more happy.Next two days were weekend and those two days were the most horrific days of my life. I lied in my room staring the wall clock praying to pass the time as quick as possible.Next day, I met her at the same spot and my heart beats increased gradually. I don't know what would be her decision, but I had a strong feeling that she will accept my proposal.With that hope, I walked near her. She turned towards me hearing my footsteps. She raised her face and her eyes locked with mine. Her eyes revealed her heart."Karthik! I don't know when I started falling for you but I never realised my love until we stopped talking. These two days I faced hell without talking with you and I realised your part in my life.I realised that I already started loving you!! I don't know how it happened but I am sure, I couldn't find happiness in anything without having you in my side.I love you too! I love you so much!" She said making my world freeze. Several times I have noticed her love for me in her eyes but I wished to hear that from her and finally it happened.She hugged me tightly, making me stunned. She was so close to my heart making me alive than I have been in so very long. "I missed you!" She uttered making me feel more  contented.In her embrace, the world stopped still on its axis. I felt the heaven. I hope she will be safe and all her worries will disappear from her life.That was the most happiest moment of my life and I hope every moment from that day would turn into a beautiful one.My college life also seemed so beautiful after that. We both were in the beautiful relationship for three years and that was my last day in my college.I truly doesn't want to leave her. Her sad face hurts me the most. "Don't be sad! I'll be back soon. Just think that I'm going for a vacation. I'll return back soon" I assured her before leaving the place. She send me off with a smiling face.I too couldn't stay in my home leaving her alone there. So I decided to work in my friend's company with my dad's permission. Thank God, with my sister's help I got his permission.I reached Chennai and she waited for me in the railway station. I hugged her tightly once I saw her. The world around me melted away as I held her more tight, not wanting the moment to end.I couldn't even imagine a life without her. Cause I couldn't handle this seperation anymore.So I asked her to stay with me forever. She is my sweet girl who never said no for my wishes. She accepted to stay with me without any hesitation which showed me her trust on me.Every time I admired her nature which never failed to stun me.
