two brunette figures stand in front of the camera as their camera person handles the filming. the two youtubers stare at each other as they wait for their cue.

"ready in five, four, three, two..." juniper points a finger at them as filming begins.

wednesday puts a smile on their face and holds olivia's closest hand in theirs as they begin speaking, "well. we're finally here... again. the conjuring house."

"on a gorgeous night." olivia compliments as the camera turns toward the pitch black sky behind a old, crumbling house.

"ya know, normally for hollywood they make the house look scarier and all that stuff, but—" wednesday adds as olivia cuts them off.

"i think it actually looks nicer in the film." olivia smiles as wednesday shakes their head, making sure the camera picks up on this.

"in the middle of the woods, no less." the duo begin walking up the hill, with high beam flashlights in hand. "no one will hear us, uh, scream."

olivia looks back, towards the camera and holds the flashlight under her face as she mocks a scared expression.

wednesday looks back and slightly tugs on olivia's hand to lead her to the front door of the house to stay on schedule. the rest of the crew follows with various kinds of filming equipment.

wednesday waits until the camera has a good view of the front door before saying, "shall we?"

"go on in, sòng!" olivia pushes the believer and easily spooked half of the pair into the dark house.

"cut!" juniper says as she turns the camera off for the introduction.

the rest of the crew files in as the knock-off ghostbusters look around the living room. the creepiness factor elevates as no one turns on the lights to keep the suspense high.

"did you really have to push me inside, liv?" wednesday complains as they feel their heart beat pick up rapidly.

"for a little comedic effect — yes." olivia smirks as wednesday checks their fitbit watch.

"okay, so, the owners of the arnold estate have graciously let us be fools again in their home for another video, since our previous footage got ruined. we have about 3 hours to film and hopefully, we can finish by midnight. we just have to be out of here before 1 AM. then, we can go to back to the hotel and leave tomorrow afternoon. sounds good?"

everyone agrees with wednesday's plan for this week's video. some murmurs occur within the small crowd for next week's video in salem, massachusetts.

wednesday turns toward olivia. "we'll film the backstory when we get back to the apartment. for now, let's start a thread for this video and continue to tweet throughout the video. i also have the gopros in juniper's bag for our individual time."

"sounds good, nes. we should both tweet on our own twitters and i have extra battery packs in my fanny pack."

the lost members of mystery incorporated, lay on separate couches away from each other, in the pitch black dark of the house as the crew gathered a few feet from them.

both flashlights in their hands were set on a table as high tech listening equipment was turned on. after the bunch do their usual taunting of the undead to speak to them — they wait in eerie silence.

"what do you hear?" olivia whispers to wednesday. "what do your ears hear?"

as static fills the scaredy-cat's ears, literally as they were still wearing the accessory, wednesday's eyes widen. "i thought i heard a little kid whispering—"

❝ turn the lights off ❞

"do you hear whispering?" olivia looks at a bewildered wednesday.

"shush!"

their eyes grow wider as more whispering is picked up by the ghost equipment.

"yo, listen to this."

olivia listens to the garbled mess of static with a raised eyebrow as wednesday defends their case of hushed whisperings of a little kid.

after a few seconds, olivia takes the headphone off and hands it back to wednesday, "i don't know. i could see how maybe you heard something, but that was a genuine look on your face."

"for a brief second, i thought i heard someone say turn the lights off. that's why i freaked out." wednesday looked towards the direction of the abandoned flashlights, waiting for a spirit to show their self.

"it could be mocking us." olivia started to play into wednesday's skittish nature. "then we should turn the lights off."

"who's opening doors in this house?" wednesday asks into the open air.

as soon as they end their sentence, one of the flashlights turns off.
