Vicky - Hmm… you are absolutely correct. I agree. Aman - By the way, what was your salary in the school? He said, widening his chest, “My salary was twenty five thousand.”I said smilingly, “Pretty good salary.”He smiled, showing all his teeth and said, “Yes. Despite being the fresher and my salary was the highest in the school.”I asked him suspiciously, “How do you know that your salary was the highest?”He answered, “I myself talked to my colleagues and enquired about their salaries.”Aman - Oh. He said, widening his eyes and raising his eyebrows, “You know what, I was shocked when I asked  a fifty six year old employee his salary.”Aman - Why? Vicky - Because that old employee said that his salary was mere twenty thousand! He had been working in the school for more than fifteen years but still his salary was less than mine! Despite being a fresher, I successfully negotiated my salary well during my interview. And you know what, he was shocked to know my salary. I said, placing the fingers of my right hand on my chin, “You really negotiated your salary well in your interview. I can understand the principal must have agreed to pay you a higher salary because of your strong knowledge.”
