In one column it was written, “What are your minimum salary expectations?”Aman - It means that they wanted to know the lowest salary that you would find acceptable to work as a teacher. It’s a good technique to hire a good teacher on the lowest salary. It’s a way to earn more profit. Vicky - Hmm…Aman - In your case, you negotiated your salary very well and they had to agree with you for twenty five thousand rupees. But other teachers in your school may haven’t negotiated their salary well. Some may have agreed on twelve thousand rupees too! It might not be that they are not intelligent or knowledgeable. But they might failed to negotiate their salary well.Vicky - Hmm…
