Larissa did not know what Edmund had gone through to be so weird.

Suddenly, he had a new, additional aura of an evil creepy lucker-or maybe he was always like that, but he hid it well last time.

The creepy per vert killers Larissa had seen on TV gradually merged with Edmund’s face. She held her breath and gritted her teeth, which only barely allowed her to not show her fear.

Feeling how terse Larissa was, Edmund only smiled more. It seemed like the more uneasy she was, the more excited he was.

“You’re scared of me. sweet girl.” Edmund used a tone of certainty.

Larissa locked down and said nothing. Her hands, which were lied behind her back, gripped the bed sheets beneath her tightly.

“I really wanna take a picture of you like that and let Kevan see it.” Edmund’s linger kept stroking her whole face.

“He must feel really bad to see his darling woman in trouble and fear,hmm?”

“Darling woman?” Hearing this, Larissa raised an eyebrow and said mockingly. “Isn’t Kevan’s darling woman still in jail right now?”

“Larissa.” Ed mund’s eyes turned cold as he warned her, “Don’t f ucking play with me. Etile b itch. Don’t think I don’t know that you and Kevan are planning to get remarried!”

Only a few people knew that Larissa and Kevan were going to get remarried. It was not hard to guess that Wendy had leaked this

Information to Edmund by accident. This was probably one of the reasons why Edmund did everything he could to get close to Wendy too.

“Yes. It’s true that I’m getting remarried to Kevan.” Larissa admitted it freely. “But what can marriage prove? Don’t forget that Kevan and I got married last Ume when he was still in love with Ruby Cole.”

“That’s because Ruby Cole was already married!” Edmund snapped back agitatedly at Larissa. He suddenly smiled a bit and became calm again probably because he realized his emotions were too easily affected by her.

“Then tell me, why would he marry you again if he didn’t love you?”

“Didn’t you hear Wendy say that my biological father is Blue Star Shipping’s current president, Gary Logan? Larissa lifted her chin like she was proud as she tossed out Gary’s name. “Kevan and I are only tying ourselves together for mutual benefit.”

“Blue Star Shipping? Edmund’s eyes narrowed sharply. “The same Blue Star Shipping that made my brother go bankrupt?”

Larissa froze. She knew, of course, about the cooperation between Gary and Cody, but she never heard about the cutcome of this thing.

She silently shouted to hersell “F uck!” and had not even thought up an excuse to distance hersell from this when Edmund laughed coldly. “I guess I can’t really spare you any more.”

Suddenly, Edmund’s phone rang. He smiled and waved his phone in front of her.

Kevan’s name was clearly shown on the bright screen.

Larissa did not know what Edmund wanted from her by saying this, so she did not dare lo simply answer.
