I will win. Ai Jin continued eating the fruits in her bowl.

Dong Fang thoughtfully looked at Yu Zeng who was eating the noodles with gusto and said, "I will cook stir-fried noodles for you every day."

"No n-need." Yu Zeng tried to speak with his mouth full and the side of his face was bulging.

"No need to be shy." Dong Fang used his chopsticks to pick up some noodles from Yu Zeng's bowl and ate them.

Yu Zeng's eyes widened and saw that there were still a lot of noodles in the large bowl at the center of the table.

Just use your bowl Mr. Villain, ah. Yu Zeng thought. He reached for Dong Fang's bowl and filled it with noodles.

Dong Fang raised his eyebrow and took the bowl heaping with noodles. Then his lips suddenly curled up.

Dong Fang smugly glanced at Heng Guiying who was glaring daggers at them.

Yu Zeng could feel the heated gaze coming from the protagonist and didn't dare to lift his head. Maybe he is jealous of the villain. After all, the villain is sitting right next to the heroine. Yu Zeng finally calmed down and continued eating.

After eating, Yu Zeng noticed Heng Guiying who was looking at him, so he decided to approach him.

Mei Shu saw Yu Zeng approached Heng Guiying; she just rolled her eyes. She decided to walk towards Dong Fang but before she could take a step, Dong Fang followed Yu Zeng and walked towards Heng Guiying. She smiled at him but was ignored.

This Yu Zeng, really wants the attention of both men. Mei Shu raised an eyebrow and went out of the room.

"How are you?" Yu Zeng suddenly asked the protagonist.

Heng Guiying just nodded at him and was about to leave the room when Yu Zeng grabbed his arm.

Heng Guiying blankly stared at Yu Zeng but was happy inside.

"Let's go to the hot spring." Yu Zeng suddenly said. Maybe he just needs some relaxation. I should also invite Doing Fang and Wei Shun.

Heng Guiying noticed the shyness of Yu Zeng and couldn't help but smile. Heng Guiying's sadness immediately vanished when he heard Yu Zeng's invitation.

Yu Zeng was about to say Dong Fang when the other man just walked past him. He felt something in his chest when he saw the villain walking away and ignoring him.

"Let's go!" Heng Guiying happily dragged Yu Zeng and Wei Shun away from the place and headed towards the hot spring.

"It's been a while since we had this time together." Heng Guiying happily said and looked at Yu Zeng. The steam in the place put some rosy glow on Yu Zeng's face.

Seems like the protagonist is not angry at me. It's really good that I invited him here. Yu Zeng breathed a sigh of relief. But why do I feel sad?

"What should we cook for dinner?" Yu Zeng asked Heng Guiying.

"What do you like to eat? I will cook it for you." The protagonist smiled at Yu Zeng.

Will you cook it for me? Is it really okay? Yu Zeng was taken aback by what Heng Guiying said and control himself from grinning. I'm so lucky ah. This opportunity doesn't always come. "Dumplings." Yu Zeng said while looking at the protagonist and suddenly remembered the same question asked by the villain when they were cooking and he answered the same. Yu Zeng slightly bowed his head and scooped some water.

"Okay. After this, we should go directly to the kitchen. You also come with us Wei Shun." Let's not tell Dong Fang about this.

"But what about Dong Fang." Yu Zeng was worried that the villain might get mad at them for deciding on their own on what to cook for dinner and he was not feeling okay after Dong Fang ignored him.

"Let's not disturb him. He still has a match tomorrow." Heng Guiying went closer to Yu Zeng and touched his bare shoulder. So soft. Heng Guiying's eyes darkened.

"Ah... right." Yu Zeng felt uncomfortable by the close distance. He smiled and tried to distance himself away from the protagonist but Heng Guiying didn't remove his hand away from Yu Zeng's shoulder. Mr. Protagonist, you should remove your hand from my shoulder ah.

Big brother Guiying seems a little sticky today. Wei Shun looked at the hand of Heng Guiying on Yu Zeng's shoulder.

The sky already turned orange and red when they left the hot spring. Yu Zeng, Heng Guiying, and Wei Shun decided to go to the kitchen to prepare dinner.

We should make this dinner more delicious to give the villain more strength for his match tomorrow. Yu Zeng thought while looking at the ingredients on the table. But why do I always think of him?

Heng Guiying, Yu Zeng, and Wei Shun were busy making dumplings.

When they were about to carry the dumplings into the dining room, the villain arrived in the kitchen area, and coldly looked at them.

"Dong Fa---" Yu Zeng wasn't able to finish what he said when Dong Fang walked away from the place. What was that?

Yu Zeng and Wei Shun were both surprised by Dong Fang's behavior. They didn't notice the faint smile on Heng Guiying's lips.

When they arrived in the dining room, Yu Zeng saw the villain sitting next to Mei Shu and he felt a pang in his chest. I wanted him to be with her but why do I feel uncomfortable?

Dong Fang is mine. Mei Shu coldly looked at Yu Zeng.

Wei Shun directly sat in his seat and Heng Guiying dragged Yu Zeng towards the two empty seats next to Ai Jin.

Yu Zeng was about to get dumplings when Heng Guiying put a dumpling on his plate.

"Thank you." Yu Zeng smiled at the protagonist and hurriedly ate the dumpling.

"I also want one Guiying." Ai Jin said in a low voice to Heng Guiying.

"I know that you can get it by yourself. Enjoy." Heng Guiying smiled and immediately turned to Yu Zeng to put another dumpling on his plate.

"..." Ai Jin held the chopsticks in her hand tightly and controlled herself from summoning a huge fire phoenix to Heng Guiying for ignoring her.

The next day, Yu Zeng was awakened by the footsteps of the villain walking towards the door and going out. He looked around and saw Wei Shun still sleeping on the bed. He immediately stood up and quickly walked towards the villain.

"What are we going to have for breakfast?" Yu Zeng hurriedly took hold of the villain's sleeve.

"You can let go now."

"..." Yu Zeng was shocked by the icy tone of the villain's voice. It was colder than the cold wind that hit his face during winter.

"Come. Let's go to the kitchen." Dong Fang looked at the hand of Yu Zeng which was still holding his sleeve and decided to hold it with his hand and dragged him to the kitchen.

Yu Zeng felt warmth while looking at their hands held together.

The sky's dark hue slowly lightened up as the sun slowly shed its light to welcome a new day. Yu Zeng kept on looking at the door in the next room and he wanted to call Heng Guiying but he couldn't open his mouth.

"Just let him be." Dong Fang coldly looked at the door of Heng Guiying's room.

"Let's cook vegetable-filled steamed buns." Dong Fang handed the vegetables to Yu Zeng for him to wash.

Yu Zeng started washing the vegetables. He looked at the villain who was swiftly making the dough and couldn't help but admire his smooth actions.

They were almost done when the door suddenly opened revealing a serious-looking protagonist.

Are you looking for a fight? Heng Guiying glanced at the villain. Then he walked away from the place.

Why do they keep on walking away? Yu Zeng thought and looked at the raging fire in the stove.

When they arrived in the dining room, Yu Zeng saw the protagonist who was happily talking with the heroine, and an empty seat next to him.

Yu Zeng was about to sit next to the protagonist when Dong Fang hurriedly sat next to Heng Guiying.

"..." They really want to sit next to the heroine but I want to sit next to him.

He decided to sit next to Mei Shu and silently eat his breakfast.

Sorry, Yu Zeng, Dong Fang took the seat first. Better luck next time. Ai Jin smiled sweetly at Dong Fang but was ignored. I'm sure they would fight on whoever will put food on my plate.

Ai Jin got a steamed bun and slowly ate it. She waited for either of the two to put food on her plate but all the steamed buns were almost eaten, both Heng Guiying and Dong Fang didn't pay any attention to her.

Are you ignoring my beauty? Ai Jin tightly held the chopsticks in her hands.

Yu Zeng couldn't swallow his food properly because he felt the cold aura surrounding Mei Shu.

After they ate, they went to the tournament grounds and saw many disciples; he also saw Heng Guiying sitting next to Wei Shun waving at him and he caught a glimpse of Dong Fang standing under the shade of a tree close to the stadium.

"The remaining two disciples will fight in the final stage. Dong Fang from the South Sect against Ai Jin from East Sect." Zhou Zhihao said with a nonchalant expression on his face.

I'm sure you won't harm me. "Let's do our best, Dong Fang." Ai Jin sweetly smiled at him.

Yu Zeng who was sitting in between Wei Shun and Heng Guiying felt something would happen. Though he already knew that Ai Jin would win something was telling him. Dong Fang would. He also hoped that he would.

When they heard the gong both Ai Jin and Dong Fang stood and didn't do anything. Suddenly Dong Fang was about to summon a huge fire dragon and sent it to Ai Jin, but nothing came out of his hand.

He tried to summon it again but felt something suppressing his powers.

Every disciple looked at him in confusion.

Something seems off. Yu Zeng thought. Don't tell me It's his way to let Ai Jin win? He really likes her. Yu Zeng bowed his head and felt conflicted. He wanted to see Doing Fang with a woman and lived happily with her but why did it change now.

Dong Fang tried to summon a fire dragon again and forced his body. As a result, he wasn't able to control his power and a huge blue flame enveloped his body and he fell out of the stadium.

Yu Zeng was suddenly awoken from his thoughts by the sudden noise. He looked at Doing Fang outside the stadium and saw the pain on Dong Fang's face. Every disciple including Ai Jin was shocked and frightened of what happened.

"The winner of this competition is Ai Jin from South Sect. She will be given 10 rare plants." Zhou Zhihao immediately went to the stadium and loudly announced. He motioned for the two disciples to help Dong Fang but before the two disciples could lift their foot, Yu Zeng went to Dong Fang's side and used his element to put out the fire but no matter how hard he tried to do it. The fire kept on igniting.
