Study room_

Rishabh, Praveen, Hardik, Vikram, Rohit, Shivaay and Shivika were all sitting in the study room. Rishabh looked at Hardik and Vikram and asked, “Did you do what I told you to do?”

Hardik and Vikram looked at each other and then looked at Rishabh. Hardik connected his mobile to the projector and pictures of Manish Mittal, Archana Mittal, Gaurav Mittal, Omkar Mittal, Mitali and Preeti appeared on the projector.

Hardik started telling everyone about the Mittal family one by one. He said, “Alok uncle”

He had just said this much when Rishabh started staring at him and Hardik also realized what he said, so he corrected himself and said, “Alok Mittal had come to meet Archana Mittal in Dehradun Hospital and luckily I was also a part of Archana Mittal's surgery team.  When I inquired, I came to know that Archana is the mother of Anokhi and as everyone knows what happened at the time of her birth, after that Archana Mittal went into coma and the Mittal family put all the blame on Little Angel. ”

"Who is this Mithali?", Shivaika asked and Vikram said, "Mithali is the daughter of the servant of that house. That servant died after falling from the stairs of the house and after that the Mittal family kept Mithali in their house as their daughter. People think that Mithali is really Manish's daughter."

Shivaay was looking at Mithali's photo very carefully. Rohit said to him, "Why are you looking at it so carefully? Kya tujhe ye makeup ko dukaan itni padand aai ?"

Everyone started smiling after listening to Rohit. Really, Mithali had done a lot of makeup in that photo too.  Shivaay said, “No, I am not looking at her ugliness, rather I am thinking of something else.”

“What?”, Vikram asked and Shivaay looked at Shivika and said, “By the way, Shivi, the jewellery designer of our company who has been didn't design any jewellery for us for the past few years, her name is also Mitali, right?”

“ Don't take her name brother. She has made my mind go crazy. Because of her so many of our works are pending. When she had just come, I was happy to see her designs and hired her without any experience, but for the last two years she has not sent a single good design. All her projects are incomplete and whatever she is sending, she is sending , they all are worse and if you ask, she says that her health is not good."

Shivika said making a face and then angrily hitting the table said, "If she does not send any good design in a month, I will fire her. She gave good designs, that's why I stayed till now, but now I will not."

Hardik was looking at Shivika's face which had turned red due to anger. Shivika may have been a bubbly and cheerful girl but she used to get angry very quickly, that too very fast.

"Calm down, calm down Jhansi ki Rani, Shivaay had just asked and you got angry.  ” , Rohit said to calm Shivaika.

“ She has not given any design for the last 2 years .” , Praveen asked and Shivaika nodded her head in yes. Hearing his question suddenly, everyone started looking at her and started repeating the question in their mind.

When everyone understood, everyone's eyes widened with surprise and they all looked at each other. Vikram hit his head and said, “ Oh my god, why didn't this thing come to my mind. This makeup ko dukaan has not given any design for 2 years and Little Angel was also away from the Mittal family for 2 years. This clearly means that all the designs that this makeup ko dukaan kept giving in her name were all made by Little Angel. ”

“ And remember, on Riya's birthday, she made such amazing jewellery of flowers for Riya. I should have understood her talent then itself. ” , Shivaay said reminding everyone of the day of Riya's birthday.

“What kind of a family is this? They have ruined Little Angel's life and even snatched away her hard work and talent. How low people they are.”, Shivika said angrily. She was very angry at the Mittal family and felt very bad for Anokhi.

“ I will go and tell Little Angel how these people were using her talent. I will not spare these people.” Saying this, Shivika got up and started to leave angrily, but Hardik held her hand and made her sit back in her place and said, “You stay calm. We do not have to tell Little Angel anything about this right now. Whatever needs to be done, Rishabh will do it.”

Everyone looked at Rishabh, he was sitting quietly till now. He had not said a single word. His eyes were just fixed on the projector screen. The shadow of Manish, Archana, Gaurav, Omkar and Mithali’s picture was visible in his eyes.

“Rishabh, what are you thinking? What do you want to do with these people?”, Vikram asked Rishabh.

Rishabh remained silent for a few moments and then said without any emotion, “Nothing needs to be done.”

Everyone started looking at Rishabh in surprise.  Rishabh got up from his chair and put his hands in his pockets and went out of the study room and said, “Keep an eye on everyone but don't do anything right now. Whatever we have to do , we will do only after Cupcake's surgery and her recovery.” Saying this, he left the study room.

Everyone was watching him go. Hardik said, “I can't believe that this is really our Rishabh. There is really something unique about anokhi that has changed even this devil.”

“ really yaar , earlier Rishabh Bhai used to tear apart the enemy as soon as he saw him and now he care about the Little Angel first and then thinking of enemy. She is amazing. Looks like I will have to take training from her to impress people.”, Shivika said and started looking at Hardik from the corner of her eyes.

Hardik glared at her and he too left the study room, then Shivika's face fell.

After two-three days, Alka told everyone that according to Anokhi's reports, surgery would be the best option, so it would be better if her surgery is done within a week.

Anokhi's surgery was to be done after three days. Anokhi got nervous on hearing about the surgery and was very worried for these three days, but after the family members convinced her and Rishabh took care of her, her worries reduced a bit.

Day of surgery_

Hospital_

Shobha, Rishabh, Vikram, Praveen, Hardik, Rohit, Shivaay, Shivika and Riya were all present in the hospital at this time. Ajay and Surekha were with Dadaji due to his ill health and could not come here.

After some time, Alka and Shanaya came to them wearing surgical suits. Two nurses were also with them. Alka asked the nurse, “All the preparations for the surgery are done.”

“Yes doctor.”, said a nurse. Praveen asked Shanaya, “Shanaya, it will be okay for you to go to the operation room, right?”

“Don’t worry Praveen, there will be no harm to me or the baby, this is normal.”, Shanaya said while explaining to him.

Just then Alka said to Praveen while looking at the file, “And don’t forget that his mother is with him and she is also a doctor, so don’t worry about it.” Saying this, she went inside the operation room.

Praveen's face became sad after hearing their words and the rest of them started laughing quietly, but Rishabh's eyes were only on the door of the room in which Anokhi was and the nurse was changing her clothes.

Just then the door opened and the nurse came out with Anokhi lying on the structure. The nurse stopped in front of everyone after taking her. Shobha kissed Anokhi's forehead and said, "Don't worry at all, it's okay. Everything will be fine after this."

"Yes, Choti Si Bhabhi, after this we will dance together.", both Rohit and Riya said.

On the other hand, Praveen, Hardik, Vikram, Shivaay and Shivika said together, "All the best angel."

On seeing them, Anokhi smiled slightly. Her eyes were on Rishabh. He was just looking at Anokhi without any expression and without saying anything.

When the nurse started taking Anokhi to the OT room, Anokhi quickly caught the sleeve of Rishabh's shirt and started looking at him with nervous eyes.  Rishabh freed his shirt from her hand and came near her holding her palm. He bent near her face and asked, “What happened?”

“ I am scared.”, Anokhi said nervously. Trouble was clearly visible on her face.

Rishabh stroked her hair and said, “Why are you scared?”

“What if I go into a coma like my mother?”, Anokhi had this fear in her mind. Her mother had also undergone an operation and her mother went into a coma.

Everyone got worried after hearing her say this but Rishabh got very angry. He was also worried, but after hearing this from her mouth, his anger overshadowed her worry.

Rishabh shouted angrily and said, “Stop your nonsense Cupcake. You are saying whatever comes to your mind.”

His loud voice echoed on the entire floor and also in Anokhi’s ears. She shivered with fear for a moment.

“What is Rishabh doing, talk to her calmly.”, Shobha said to him.

“Sir please anokhi is scared.  ” , Shanaya also said.

Listening to both of them, Rishabh closed his eyes and calmed his anger by taking a deep breath and looked at Anokhi who was looking at him with fear.

“ I want to talk to her for 2 minutes. ” , he said to Shanaya while looking into Anokhi's eyes, then Shanaya slowly nodded her head yes.

The very next moment, Rishabh picked up Anokhi in his arms and took her inside the same room. Rishabh sat on a chair kept inside the room and made Anokhi sit on his lap.

Tears had started falling from Anokhi's eyes. Rishabh wiped her tears and holding her face said, “ Cupcake, why do you do this? Why do you make me angry? ”

“ I was just scared, so I said it. ” , Anokhi said sobbing.  Rishabh hugged her and said while caressing her head, "But you heard what you said. Leave aside saying this, don't even think about it. Cupcake, I am explaining to you that nothing like this, nothing is going to happen with this surgery, rather your leg will be fine. Don't you trust me?"

“ yes I trust you. ” , Anokhi said softly. Rishabh then separated her from himself and brought her face close to his face and looking into her eyes said, “ Then why did you say it when you have faith in me?”

“ Sorry”, Anokhi said lowering her eyes. Rishabh kissed her forehead again and said, “ Now still feeling scared.”

Looking at him, Anokhi said softly, “ A little bit.”

Rishabh then kissed both her eyelids and asked, “ Still feeling scared.” Anokhi shook her head with closed eyes.

Rishabh joined her forehead with his and said, “ Sorry, I got angry at you outside. But what could I do? I got very angry after hearing what you said.”

“ But still you scolded me so hard.”, Anokhi said looking into his eyes with her eyes open. Her tone had become a little complaining.  Hearing that complaint, Rishabh smiled and said looking into her eyes, “Okay, I am sorry.”

Anokhi started looking at him. Rishabh further said, “Now you will go for surgery without any worry and without any fear.”

“But you will also stay here.”, said Anokhi, then Rishabh held her hands tightly and said, “I will stay here. Even if you close your eyes, it will be my face and even if you open your eyes, the first thing you will see is my face.”

“Promise”, said Anokhi, then Rishabh kissed her cheek and said, “ Pakka promise.”

Then Anokhi hugged Rishabh. Now there was no fear in her heart.

For some time they both sat like that. Then Rishabh picked her up in his arms and came out and laid her on the stretcher. Anokhi was looking at Rishabh and she closed her eyes as she looked at his face.

Dehradun_

Preeti was coming out of the court. She was wearing a white coloured saree and a black coloured lawyer coat. After coming out of the court, she talked to her client. Her client was smiling while talking to her which showed that he had won the case.

After talking to them, Preeti booked a cab for herself and stood there waiting for her cab to arrive.

Just then someone called her name from behind, “Preeti”

Hearing that voice, Preeti was neither surprised nor did she look back, rather anger appeared on her face and she closed her eyes tightly.
