Friends, I made a mistake in the last part.  I had given a paragraph earlier by mistake due to which all of you got misunderstanding about the hardik. 😅 Hardik and Vikram's flight was in the afternoon, so both of them were there during breakfast time.

Manish joined his hands and looked at the ceiling with teary eyes and said, “Just make this operation successful, make my Archana well. I can no longer bear to see her like this. You can take anything from me in return.”

“Don’t worry Papa, this operation will be successful and Mummy will be fine too.” Gaurav said, putting his hand on Manish’s shoulder and consoling him.

Omkar was standing a little away from them and listening to them. He said in his mind, “She too had prayed the most for Mummy’s recovery. If she was here today, her happiness would know no bounds. Who knows where she is? In what condition is she? Our hatred, indifference and selfishness have distanced her from us and Mummy forever, so much so that I don’t even know how she is? While saying this, tears appeared in Omkar's eyes which he quickly wiped. Omkar closed his eyes and started remembering that day 2 years ago when he came back home after playing his international match.

Flashback _

A black coloured sports car stopped in the parking of Mittal Villa and Omkar came out of it. He went inside the villa with his bag on his shoulders. While going inside, his eyes were on the gate of the outhouse which was locked. Seeing this, his eyes became narrow. When he came inside the villa, he found his father Manish and elder brother Gaurav in the hall itself.

" Congratulations little brother. You won this match too. ", Gaurav said while hugging Omkar, then Omkar smiled and said, "Thank you bhai. "

Then Omkar met Manish as well. Manish said, “You must be tired from the travel, go and freshen up. Then we will eat together.”

“Okay papa.”, Omkar said and went to his room.

After some time, when he came back after freshening up, he saw that his Bhabhi, Gaurav’s wife Preeti was serving food.

He came to Preeti smiling and hugged her from the side and said, “Wow Bhabhi, you have made everything of my choice. You are really great. I really love you.”

Hearing his words, Preeti smiled a little. Seeing her such a cold reaction, Omkar worriedly asked, “What happened Bhabhi, why are you looking so sad? Has something happened?”

Before Preeti could say anything, Manish and Gaurav came there. Gaurav asked laughingly, “What is the talk going on between brother-in-law and Bhabhi?”

“Nothing brother, I was asking Bhabhi that why is she looking so sad? Has something happened?”, Omkar asked the same question to Gaurav as well.

Hearing his question, Gaurav and Manish started looking at each other, then Gaurav said with a fake smile, “She must be sad, her beloved devar was missing from home for so many days and he did not even call, so your Bhabhi became sad.”

Omkara did not say anything further after listening to Gaurav, but he definitely came to know that this is not the reason for Preeti being sad. Then they started eating.

Everyone was quiet even while eating. Omkar started feeling a strange nervousness. First the lock on the main gate of the outhouse and now Preeti's sad face. He asked everyone, “Why is the outhouse locked?”

Hearing Omkar's question, the hands of all three stopped while eating. Omkar was looking at the faces of all three very carefully. There was no expression on Manish's face. Gaurav was a bit scared and worried and Preeti had sadness on her face and tears in her eyes.

She left her food and went to her room. Seeing this Omkar was shocked. He asked Gaurav, “Bhai Bhabhi, why did you go like this? What happened here? Where is Anokhi?”

Just then a 25 year old girl came there. She was wearing a mini skirt and crop top. Her figure was very good but she had applied a lot of makeup on her face.

She hugged Omkar and said, “Omkar Bhai you have come. Congratulations.”

Omkar pushed her away and shouted angrily, “Mitali, how many times have I told you to stay away from me and don’t call me brother. Neither you are my sister nor I am your brother, do you understand?”

“Omkar, what is this way to talk to your sister?”, Manish said angrily hitting the table, then Omkar said, “Leave this away and tell me where is Anokhi?  ”

On hearing Anokhi's name, Mitali's face turned angry and she said, “That jinxed girl has left this house. Papa has sent her far away from all of us. Now we will all live peacefully.”

“What do you mean she has been sent far away?”, Omkar asked in surprise. His eyes had widened in surprise and his tongue was faltering.

When he looked at Manish, Manish turned his eyes away. Then he looked at Gaurav, he was sitting with his head and eyes down. Then Omkar's eyes fell on Mitali, who had hatred in her eyes and a wicked smile on her lips.

He ran straight to Gaurav's room. Preeti was standing near the window and crying. Omkar came straight to her and holding her by the shoulder, turned her towards him and said, “Bhabhi, Bhabhi, what has happened here? Where is Anokhi and what is Mitali saying downstairs? Where has Papa sent Anokhi?”

“ I don't know where Anokhi is, Omi. I don't know." Preeti said crying, then Om said angrily, "What do you mean I don't know? You were here, what happened, where has she gone, tell me Bhabhi, I am scared."

Omkar's patience was breaking. Preeti said crying, "Two days after you left from here, my father's health deteriorated a lot. I went to the hospital to meet him and was there for three days. When I came back, I came to know from the house servants that a man had come to the house. He promised to get your brother his dream project and promised father that he would bring a doctor for mother who would cure her by doing surgery. But in return he wanted Anokhi."

As soon as Preeti finished speaking, Omkar's hands became lifeless and fell down from her shoulders. He took two steps back and shook his hand in a non-stop manner and said, "No, no, this cannot happen.  Papa and brother hate her, dislike her but they cannot do such a bad thing to her.

“They have done, they have done such a thing to Anokhi. They gave her to that man and Papa showed his hatred even while doing such a bad thing to her. He made her break all relations with this house, this family. He made her sign on paper that she is not the daughter of Mittal family. I have started hating your brother, your father, this house who did such a bad thing to that girl. If it was not for my sick father, I would have left this house long ago. But what to do, I am helpless, I cannot go. I tried a lot to find Anokhi but I could not find her anywhere. I just know that the man who took her away is Alok Shergill.”

But without heard Preeti's last words omkar ran out of the room. Gaurav and Manish were standing in trouble in the hall and Mitali was sitting on the sofa and was using her phone.

Then Gaurav saw Omkar running and called him but Omkar ignored them and went straight to the outhouse.

He tried to open the gate of the outhouse but it was not opened because it was locked. He picked up a big stone and broke the lock and went inside the outhouse.

There were three rooms in the outhouse. He checked all the three rooms one by one but the outhouse was completely empty. He shouted, “Anokhi Anokhi where are you? Look, I have come, your brother Omkar. You always used to call me, you always looked at me, on the day of Rakshabandhan, look I have come today. Where are you Anokhi?”

Manish Gaurav Preeti and Mitali also followed him. When Gaurav saw Omkar shouting like a madman, his eyes also became a little moist.

Preeti said to Omkar, “Omi shut up, she is not here.”

“No Bhabhi, she always used to wait for us to call her.  See, she will definitely come after hearing my voice.”, Omkar said to Preeti.

Then Preeti slapped Omkar and said while crying, “Omkar come to your senses. She is not here, she will not come.”

Her slap brought Omkar to his senses. He sat down on his knees and said with a choked voice, “What have we done Bhabhi, what have we done?”

Tears were falling from his eyes. Gaurav could not see him in such a state. He came to him and said keeping his hand on his shoulder, “Omi listen to me.”

“ Get away from me.”, shouting Omkar pushed Gaurav. Gaurav fell on the ground due to his push.

Omkar shouted, “Don’t touch me. How low have you stooped bhai and Papa, how did you stoop so low that you sold her?”

“I haven’t sold her.”, Manish said and Omkar came in front of him and said, “So what have you done? Tell me if she hasn’t been sold then what have you done? You sent her from one place to another like a piece of luggage, right? Put a price on it. Her brother gave her a project and you gave Anokhi to him like a bundle of money for the doctor for her mother.”

“My Archana was in such a condition because of that girl, so now if that girl had to pay the price for curing my Archana, then she paid it. I had told the doctor to save the mother instead of the child, save my Archana, but in saving that girl, my Archana’s life was in danger and when she was out of danger, she went into coma.  So how could I forgive that girl and yes that girl is not my daughter. I did not consider her my daughter. She is just a jinxed person who took my Archana away from me, took your mother away from you. "

"Your disbelief will never change the truth that Anokhi is your daughter, my sister. She is Mummy's shadow, Mummy's part, and trust me papa the day when Mummy comes to know about this she will die alive and you will be the only one responsible for her condition and yes one more thing you have not only lost your daughter but also your son.
