Hearing Archana's words, Shobha's eyes widened in surprise. She held Archana's hand tightly. Archana, crying, further said, "I don't want anything to happen to this child. I want to bring her into this world. I want a cute daughter and my heart says that a daughter is growing inside me, so how can I kill my daughter. Now I don't understand what I should do?"

Shobha took a deep breath after listening to Archana. The matter was very serious. She didn't know who was wrong and who was not. After listening to her, both seemed right. A husband who didn't want anything to happen to his wife and a mother who didn't want anything to happen to her child.

After thinking for a while, Shobha held Archana's hand in both her hands and said to her, "Look Archana, I know this is a very difficult time. On one side is your husband and on the other side is your child. It is very difficult to take a decision but you will have to take the decision.  It is very difficult for a mother to abort her growing child. If you feel that your husband is right, then listen to him. But if you feel that nothing will happen to you, then let this child come into this world.” Shobha had just said this when she started hearing the sound of bells.

Shobha looked around and there was a temple of Maa Durga at a short distance. Shobha held Archana’s hand and made her stand and said, “It is said that when you don’t see the way, you should take the help of God. Let’s go to the temple, I am sure God will show you the way.”

Both of them came to the temple. Both of them put the pallu of their saree on their heads and stood with folded hands in front of God. Looking at the idol of Mata Rani, Shobha said in her mind, “Mata Rani, I don’t know this woman, but she is in a big dilemma. Please show her the way. Remove the confusion from her mind.  ”

Archana saw the idol of Mata Rani in her mind and said, “ Maa, at what crossroads have you brought me. If it was not written in my fate that this child would come into this world, then why did you give it to me? What should I do now? You tell me Maa. I really don’t want anything to happen to this child. You tell me whether I should keep this child. You are the embodiment of power, please give me courage too.”

Archana had just said this when a flower kept in the hand of the idol of Mata Rani fell and rolled towards Archana.

Archana looked at the idol of Mata Rani in surprise and then quickly picked up that flower.

Archana said smilingly with folded hands, “Thank you, thank you Maa for showing me the way.”

Shobha was also looking at Archana smilingly. Archana said smilingly to Shobha, “Thank you so much. If you were not here today, I don’t know how I would have been able to take this decision. You have really cleared the confusion in my mind.”

“It is not me who has done this, it is Mata Rani’s. So now follow the path shown by Mata Rani, she will make everything right.”, Shobha said and Archana happily nodded her face in yes.

Flashback End_

Shobha was smiling while telling all those things.  Looking at Alok, she smiled in the same way and said, “Who knew that the girl whose birth or not was making us so upset, will come to me as my daughter in the future.”

Alok also smiled looking at Shobha, but did not say anything. He just kept thinking something in his mind.

Next morning_

College_

When Anokhi came to the classroom, she saw Ruhi already sitting there. She sat next to her and said, “Hi Ruhi.”

“Hi Anokhi, you have come. How come you are late today?”, Ruhi asked Anokhi.

“ I got up a little late today, so he was late in coming too.”, Anokhi replied to her while taking out the books. So Ruhi just nodded her head and started looking at Anokhi’s face carefully.

Anokhi’s face was pale and her eyes were also a little red. Maybe she cried the whole night.

Ruhi asked Anokhi, “Anokhi, are you okay?”

“ Yes, I am fine. But why are you asking this?” Anokhi said with a small smile on her lips, then Ruhi said, “ You are lying to me. It is clearly visible on your face that how much you cried last night. Should I ask? Whatever happened in the party yesterday was very strange. I do not know you for long but as far as I know you, I never thought that you are such a good jewelry designer and that girl was earning such name and money on your hard work. But you did the right thing by slapping her. I was so angry that if you had not hit her, I would have beaten her in the party itself. But Anokhi, did you know those people before? Did those people do something to you? Look, I was just worried about you, that's why I asked. If you don't feel right then don't tell, I won't feel bad.”

“ It is not like that, you are my friend. I can tell you but this place is not right and that thing is such that if I start it will take evening to finish, so some other time.  ” , Anokhi said with a light smile.

“ No problem. ” , Ruhi said and then after thinking for a while she quickly said, “ Let's bunk the lecture. ”

“ What! But why? ” , Anokhi asked wide-eyed, then Ruhi said while getting up, “ Are baba, is there any reason to stop the lecture? You can bunk whenever you feel like it. ”

“ And what about studies? ” , Anokhi asked again, then Ruhi said hitting her hand on her head, “ Yes, ask all the questions here. teacher will come because of your questions. Let's go quickly. ” Saying this, Ruhi quickly caught Anokhi's hand and took her out of the classroom.

Both of them were going towards the gate through the corridor when Abhinav came in front of them. Seeing him, both of them froze at their place and their eyes widened.

Abhinav first looked at the time on his watch and then stared at both of them with narrowed eyes and said in his harsh voice, “It is time for the lecture and where are you both going?”

“That that brother”, Ruhi had just said this much when Abhinav glared at her, then Ruhi corrected her words and said, “I mean sir, she is having a lot of headache. Look, her eyes have also turned red due to the pain, that is why I am taking her to the medical room.”

After listening to Ruhi, Abhinav started looking at Anokhi and Anokhi started looking at Ruhi with widened eyes.

“My, my head is hurting. But when did it start hurting and why am I not feeling the pain?”, Anokhi said in her mind. Ruhi was telling her to say yes with her eyes, so Anokhi nodded and said, “Yes sir I am feeling a lot of pain and I myself asked Ruhi to take me.” Saying this, Anokhi put her hand on her head and started pretending to have a headache.

After looking at Anokhi for a few moments, Abhinav said, “Okay, come to the classroom as soon as you feel better. My next lecture is in your class.”

“Yes sir”, both of them said together and Abhinav left from there. As soon as he left, both of them breathed a sigh of relief, but Anokhi hit Ruhi lightly on the shoulder and said, “You lied. Where is my head hurting?”

“Hey, if i had not made an excuse, then brother would have made my Kachumber. What do you want, that my Kachumber should be made, you would have liked it.  ”

“ No ”, saying this Anokhi shook her head in no and then said, “ But what should we do now? He has already told us, now what if we don't go. The next lecture is his, if we don't go then what will happen? ”

In response to Anokhi's question Ruhi held her hand and said while walking comfortably, “ Why should I worry about the tension of that time now? We have got one lecture for free, so let's enjoy that happiness. ”

Hearing her, Anokhi also smiled and while walking with her said, “ By the way, why does Abhinav sir remain so serious? ”

“ By the way brother serious means you are grumpy. ”, said Ruhi, then Anokhi first shook her head in no and then shook it in yes, then Ruhi laughed.

Anokhi said again, “ Tell me, is sir like this from before? ”

This time Ruhi said sadly, “ No brother, he was not like this from before. Brother was very good earlier, he was cheerful. He fell in love with a girl, but he could not get that girl.  His love remained incomplete, that is why he has become like this. I just pray to God that a good girl comes in his life who fulfils the lack of love in him. ”

Seeing Ruhi sad, Anokhi said to brighten her mood, “ Well, we have bunked the lecture, so let's go and eat something good, I am very hungry. ”

“ Yes, let's go to the canteen. ” Ruhi said, then Anokhi said, “ No no, not the canteen. Let's do one thing, let's go out to eat Pani Puri. I really feel like eating Pani Puri. ”

Anokhi's eyes were shining while speaking. Ruhi teased her and said, "Rishabh Shergill's wife will eat Pani Puri from a street cart. What if people see it." Ruhi could not complete her sentence because Anokhi quickly put her hand on her mouth and stopped her from saying anything and staring at her said softly, "What are you doing? You are saying Rishabh ji's name so loudly. What if someone hears it and yes I will eat Pani Puri from a street cart. If you want to eat then come or else I am leaving."

Anokhi started to leave and Ruhi started to follow her laughing. After some time the next lecturer's bell rang. When Abhinav came to the class, he looked around the class. He could not see Anokhi and Ruhi anywhere. Seeing this, his eyes narrowed and a slight anger came on his face.

He adjusted his glasses and kept the books on the table and started writing something on the blackboard.  All the girls in the class were staring at him with their faces resting on their hands.
