I was finally in LA at our home that was in LA currently getting ready for one of the interviews Henry and I were having. My hair was finished

along with natural glam matte make up. I placed some diamond studs into my ears and smaller studs into my second ear piercing. I then started to get dressed as my manager was letting me know there was a chauffeur outside ready to take me to the interview.

I placed on a pair of nude red bottom pumps then fixed my outfit in the mirror for anything out of place.

I then turned to the side and smiled. I grabbed my phone and things before walking out to the car. Chris was texting me as I was telling him I was on my way to my interview. I then took a picture of myself and sent it to him.

Husband🤍: You're doing this interview with Henry?

Me: yeah why?

Husband🤍: I think too much chest is out

He texted as I immediately sighed

Me: Damn do I even look pretty?

I texted as I seen text bubbles on his end then just ignored his text when he finally texted back, so I have no idea what he texted but he just blew my whole mood I sent a picture to him for him because he's my husband and the first thing he could think about is if another guy is going to be there.

I went out to the SUV as he started trying to call my phone but i ignored the call getting situated as my manager was talking to me but I was ignoring her. We finally made it to where we were having the interview at as I went into the set up seeing Henry drinking some water as his manager was talking to him.

I placed my middle finger up in the air with a smile as he finally looked over at me and laughed taking the water bottle  from his lips. I smiled and was handed a water bottle by my manager going to sit in my chair as there was a small round table in the middle of Henry and I.

"The greeting is getting old" he joked as we shared a small laugh. We hugged each other as he sat in the seat next to me. "You nervous?" He asked as I nodded "I just don't know what questions they're about to ask" I admitted. "I'll intervene if they ask anything that you're uncomfortable with just give me the look" he said as I smiled and our interviewer sat down in front of us as a camera crew was behind him beginning to shoot.

"Hi you guys" the interviewer started off as I smiled "hi" I said "hey" Henry said as the interviewer smiled. "So for starters how was it like working with Captain America's wife?" The interviewer asked as I immediately giggled to myself as Henry smiled.

"She's very fun to be around and very fun to work with. Her work ethic is phenomenal one minute she's joking and playing around and then as soon as we're ready to shoot her whole demeanor changes and she's ready to work and that's what I love about her" he explained as I just sat there smiling.

"You two met before prior to this film, how did that go?" The interviewer questioned. "I think we met twice prior to this film" he said uneasy looking over at me. "Yeah the first time I believe that was the year at the oscars and we traded Girl Scout cookies" i brought up as Henry and I started laughing making the interviewer laugh.

"What made you two do that?" The interviewer questioned "she had something I wanted" Henry said with a small little shrug. "That was our first time ever seeing each other, I didn't meet him until he came to me on the red carpet and we took a picture together" I explained.

"The picture that broke the internet for whatever reason" Henry said through a small chuckle.

"Dude that's Captain America's wife. It was going to break the internet" the interviewer expressed. "You're right" Henry Stated and smiled over at me as I smiled back. "The picture went viral just like the picture of us trading Girl Scout cookies but you guys don't even know the back story to the picture" I started off as Henry leaned his head back.

"You're going to tell them?" He asked looking over at me as I laughed and nodded. He then sat back up and looked over at me. "I'm minding my business and he comes out of no where. "Aye let me get a picture with you"" I started off. "No I did not" he said through a laugh.

"So I'm like who is this bulky ass man?" I said as Henry and I looked at each other and shared a laugh. "I was polite and I asked for a picture" he said "but what did you say to me in the process of trying to take a picture?" I asked as he looked at the interviewer "I called her short" he admitted then chuckled as the interviewer let out a small laugh.

"Which I am not short" I cleared up "you're short" Henry said looking at me. "We literally have a scene where you're wearing flats and I couldn't hear you when filming" he said as I hit his arm playfully. "We can test that theory right now. Stand up" the interviewer instructed as Henry stood up. "It's not fair we all know he's taller than me and plus he got his shoes on" I pointed out making Henry laugh. He took off his shoes. "Now take yours off" Henry said looking over at me.

"You have something in your socks" I said as he chuckled "you make everything difficult" he joked as I hit his arm then kicked my heels off. "America this is my true height" I said as I stood side by side with Henry and noticed I didn't even make it to his shoulders. I got on my tippy toes barely making it to his shoulder. He then turned looking down at me "was this a humbling interview?!" I asked the interviewer as both him and Henry chuckled.

I placed my heels back on "he beat me by an inch" I said as Henry laughed and I sat back in my chair. "How was it working with Henry Cavill?" The interviewer asked. "It was fun, he's respectful, he's a fun and an overall nice guy and For this being my first movie he made me very comfortable." I started off as Henry was listening then faintly smiled.

"Unlike him I've never did anything like this before so he'd give me pointers on what to do. And I'm glad he made me feel comfortable because this was Lois lanes love interest and I wanted the characters connection to be as genuine and real as possible and we made it happen." I explained.

"did you two know at the time of you guys meeting know that you two would be acting as love interests in a movie?" The interviewer asked as we both shook our heads. "It was out there for years that I was the new Superman but according to Zack he was looking at Amy Adams first but then he wanted to change it up and have an African American woman as Lois Lane and he had his eye on Y/N he just didn't know the right time to go about the offer" Henry explained.

"This was very controversial on the internet with finding out you were the new Lois Lane, How do you guys feel about an African American woman playing Lois Lane?" The interviewer asked. "About Damn time" i said "honestly" the interviewer said. "No seriously" Henry started off nodding "I was excited that Superman's love interest this time around was going to be African American. It was different and it was something everyone needed to see. Everyone can't keep walking on eggshells around the fact white men do date black women and it needs to be talked more about and instead of frowned upon. And what better way to do it then through Superman?" Henry said as I smiled.

"How do you feel?" The interviewer asked as I smiled

"It's time" I started off "not only would this be made history but it also shows children it's okay to love who you want to love no matter the skin tone or race. And it also shows little girls my skin tone or who looks like me you're beautiful and your Superman will come but until then you focus on you and your dreams." I explained as Henry smiled at me and I smiled back making him look down.

"Some people on Twitter expressed their love for the new Lois Lane while others didn't what do you two have to say?"

"To all of those who love it, thank you" Henry started off "to those who don't she's beautiful, married to Chris Evans and I'm officially her work husband she'll be fine" Henry said as I immediately started to laugh. "But no. How would everyone progress as people if little things like superman dating a black woman affected everyone?" Henry questioned as I agreed.
