High School

Mitch and Kirstie leaned up against a locker, chatting about school classes and catching up with high school gossip. "Yeah, and then he-", Mitch was rudely interrupted by Kirstie nudging his elbow into his side. "Look, there's Scott", Kirstie hissed into Mitch's ear. Mitch looked up and sure enough the tall, gangly teen was racing through the halls, narrowly avoiding crashing into the other students milling about in the hallways. "Hey Kirstie. Hiya Mitch!." Scott greeted his two best friends. Mitch blushed and felt his heart flutter as Scott's blue gaze rested on him. Kirstie gave him a knowing glance and in response Mitch knocked his shoulder into hers.

The three friends stood and talked for a while before Mitch remembered, "Oh, I have to go talk with Mr. Sallee about that assignment I missed last week. Bye guys." He turned to walk away, but Scott grabbed his arm and pulled him into his chest, nuzzling his face into Mitch's neck. "Don't leave me!!" Scott dramatically wailed. Mitch flushed, hoping that Scott couldn't hear how dangerously fast his heart was racing. Kirstie, noticing the two boys were focused on each other walked away, calling over her shoulder "USE PROTECTION!!". The two boys blushed and stuttered. "I-uh I s-should g-go", Mitch stuttered, mentally formulating a plan of revenge for Kirstie.

Scott's grip tightened around Mitch for a brief second before releasing him. He watched as Mitch blended into the crowd, waving at him when he turned around. God I'm so in love with him. Scott thought, with a sweet yet goofy grin on his face. Mitch turned around to see Scott waving at him with a smile on his face. God I'm so in love with him. Mitch thought as he hurried to his class.

I adore the thought of high school Scomiche. Honestly just think of how #fcute they were. Also I'm sorry to say that this book is almost over. A few more chapters and then it's finished.
