25. whats in the basement *

It's been about 2 weeks and I'm back at school now.

My alarm clock went off and Axel was at the gym. I knew for a fact today would be endgame for Taylor though.

Why you ask, I woke up and my phone is blowing up with notifications of screenshots of that bitch saying she's going to beat my ass.

Yeah we will fucking see about that.

I went to the closet and put on a hoodie and leggings. Along with my timberlands. I'm ready to stomp a bitch and I just woke up.

Max looked up at me as he followed me around my huge room.

"Don't look at me like that Max. Axel won't be mad. He's always mad for like 20 minutes. It's fine I'll beat her ass and boom he won't be mad", I said to my puppy.

I know I should ignore it but at this point the girl is just testing her patience with me.

I got tons of text from the girls saying they will back me up. But I never needed their backup. I still appreciate it.

I did all my hygiene things and cleaned around the house before leaving. I know Axel will be mad so I thought I'd make him LESS mad.

Hadley came and picked me up.

"Bitch you better literally MURDER that girl", Hadley said as I got in the car.

"Goodmorning to you too", I laughed eating a bagel.

"Lemme have some", she said holding her hand out.

I smacked my teeth and broke her off a piece.

"I don't wanna piss off Axel but she's just begging for it", I sighed.

"I know I know. I'll vouch for you this time", she smiled at me.

Hadley is almost always disagreeing with my decisions just because they are usually pretty damn stupid. I will admit.

"I won't say anything to her. But if she wants to fight she will say it", I declared and relaxed for the rest of the ride.

Once we got to school I felt lots of eyes on me.

I'm sure her post had been sent around the school by now. Everyone was waiting for my retaliation.

I wasn't that easy.

Two classes went by and I hadn't seen her not once. I was starting to think she didn't come to  school till I finally saw her into the hallway.

Like I said, I am not going to say shit to her first.

I walked right past her and I heard her murder under her breath.

Seeeeeee that's where she lost me.

I swear I saw her jump.

I head "Ohhhh" fill the hallway.

I felt someone walking up to me so I prepared for a lovely interaction.

The bitch pushed me from the behind.

I turned around and it was over.

I punched the bitch and she tried so hardly to get at least one of her punches to connect. Finally she got a hold of my hood and tried to get to my face.

After me fighting back I felt a sharp ass pain on my cheek. That bitch scratched me.

I went to finish her and I was pulled away.

By the one. The only. Tiffany.

"Axel is going to literally kill you... and then me", she said upset.

I lowkey felt bad because we were starting to be cool.

I went into her office and I saw Taylor in the other.

I saw her pick up the phone.

"Tiffany please don't call him", I begged.

"I literally have to. Or I lose this job", she said.

"You literally have a job at 31", I huffed.

"I have to do this job because of my job at 31. Smartass. I'm calling him. Better get the blood off your face before he sees it", she said looking at me disappointed.

"She started I-", I started. I was doin cut off from her starting to call Axel.

"I'll put it on speaker", she said sounding defeated.

"What'd she do", Axel said.

"Fight", Tiffany said.

"Oh my fucking goodness. Tiffany you tell her to count her mother fucking minutes till I get up there. I'm ripping her ass a new one. I swear on my grandfathers grave-", he started till she took him of speaker.

She started answering some of his questions and then she hung up.

"What'd he say", I said on the edge of my seat.

"Well he's not happy. He said he's asked you to behave", she shrugged her shoulders.

"Fuck", I said putting my head in my hands.

Axel sounding pissed. Not mad. Not angry. Not upset. But pissed.

In my defense she didn't get not one punch in.

In about 15 minutes Axel busted into the office.

I gulped. So did the principal.

"Stand up", he said to me. He didn't even look me in the eye.

"Axel I-", I started.

He grabbed me by my throat and pulled me close to him.

"You will refer to me as sir or master or so help me God I will literally beat your ass in front of everyone in the school because you obviously don't know how to act. do i make myself clear", he said in my ear only loud  enough for me to hear.

"Yes sir", I said as the tears came to my eyes.

"Save the waterworks Kailani", he said to me.

"We are not suspending her", my principal said as he walked in.

I let out a sigh of relief. Less trouble at school = less trouble at home.

"Why not", Axel asked.

"She didn't start the fight it was the other girl involved", he said.

"But-", the principal started.

"Do you have a fucking gash on your face", he said grabbing my face and putting my scratched cheek towards him.

He let go and just chuckled. Fuck.

The principal cleared his throat uncomfortably and I prayed to every God there is.

"She is just being sent home today and needs to write an essay about walking away and better ways to resolve conflict", he said.

"I tried to walk away", I argued.

"Kailani", Axel warned.

Why was he so mad the principal even said it was not my fault.

"Unless there are any other questions Kailani I will see you after break", he said.

Oh yeah guys it's Holiday break. We get a month and a half off of classes to celebrate thanksgiving and Christmas. so yippee, lots of days for Axel to be mad at me.

Axel left the office and I just followed behind.

The ride home was silent.

Axel wouldn't look at me.

"You know what I'm doing wrong", Axel said out of the blue.

"I don't know", I said really quietly.

"It wasn't my fault. And I she didn't punch me once", I gained the courage to say.

"It doesn't matter she made you leak", he laughed. But not because it was funny.

"You're overdramatic she just scratched me a little", I said.

We got home and as soon as I got in I was slammed into the wall.

"I'm not weak", I huffed getting off of him.

He just pulled me close again and started to stroke my hair.

"My love. I know. But you are not acting as a leaders future wife now either.. are you", he said.

"I'm gonna be your wife", I smiled and asked.

"Oh hell yeah. That is ... unless you still want me to give you away", he said.

"I'm sorry for saying that. And disobeying you and just not being a good sub", I said kinda sad.
