We pulled up into the driveway a beautiful house in behind it. Fountains and bushes with flowers and lots of cars.

"Woah", I said my mouth open in awe.

"You like it", he asked smirking at me. I nodded and muttered a yeah.

"You stay here I'm just going in to get something real quick. Then we can go to your moms and get your things", he said.

Oh yeah ... I almost forgot. I'll barely see my mom anymore. Tears welled up in my eyes. I became upset again.

Axel came back outside.

"What's the problem shorty", he said. His voice sent tingles through my spine.

I just shook my head.

He grabbed my chin and forced my face to face him.

"I already told you to use your words didn't I Lani", he said with colder eyes.

"Yes sir", I said almost crying.

"Tuck your lip in and suck them tears up. You got nothing to cry about", he said.

He put my address in and started humming some rap song.

Once we got there I hopped out immediately.

"Babygirl", my mom said hugging me tightly. Sadness in her eyes. She knew what had occurred. You get a call almost immediately.

"I've got your stuff", she said hanging me my things it was all in one box. When I say lots of subs are poor from the jump. We are poor.

My little brother Ty gave me a hug as well after that I had to go.

"Call me when you can, keep your grades up, be the strong beautiful woman you are, and don't make my mistakes", she said kissing my head and letting me go.

I took a deep breath and waved goodbye.

Back in the car is not where I wanted to be.

"Wanna talk", he asked.

"Not really", I said to him twirling one strand of hair.

"Well tomorrow we're gonna go shopping for school lunch and shit for you to wear", he said.

"Okay", I said annoyed because he kept talking.

He hit the breaks. My head slammed to the back of the seat.

"What the hell", I said to him

"I'm seconds away from beating your ass, you're pushing my buttons and you don't fucking want to"

"What are you gonna do spank me", I pushed and mocked.

"Wanna find out", he said yanking my hair really hard grabbing it with his fist and not letting go.

"OW LET GO", I yelled. The more I yelled the harder he yanked. I started to cry.

"Wipe your tears", he said letting go. I just did what he said. I didn't want to get in trouble on the first day.

A couple minutes later I managed to force some words out. Scared he didn't want to hear me talk.

"How old are you", I asked.

"21", he said bitterly keeping his eyes in the road.

I asked other questions but he ignored me.

Once we got in the house. I roamed around. It was huge, it was almost like a resort but smaller.

Two mansions attached together by a hallway that's outside. Our side was bigger. I wasn't sure who the other side belonged to.

"Go upstairs to our room, I'm getting pizza tonight", he said.

"Our room", I asked.

"Yeah, you think I'm sleeping alone", he said coming closer to me. Butterflies all in my stomach. I couldn't let him know he was cute and that I found him attractive. He's an asshole.

"Okay", I said running upstairs.

I guess I wasn't looking because I bumped into a rock human. I looked up to see the guy who got Hadley.

"I'm sorry sir", I said. Trying to get a good word back to Axel from him.

Then I saw Hadley.

"HADLEYYY", I said attacking her in a hug.

"LANI", she said hugging me back. We tackled each other to the floor.

We heard someone clear their throat. We looked up to see Hadley's dom . I think his name was Xander. It was on his gang 31 shirt. I kinda wanted a shirt.

"Sorry", Hadley said looking down.

"Up and in our room", he said. She then looked up and walked away.

What the hell. Why can't she look up without permission. This dude is nuts, Axel better not try that shit. He's got another storm coming.

"Can I see her later", I asked him.

"I don't know ask Axel", he said with an attitude.

"We live in the same house ", I said to him. Looking at him like he had three heads.

"Yo axel get your bitch and control her", Xander yelled. Oh no he didn't.

"Axel your friend is a controlling asshole", I yelled back. Next thing I knew I heard him stomping up the stairs. He's a buff guy and scary.

"Why the fuck are both of you yelling like kids. Huh?", he yelled. It made me jump.

"Come with me", he said yanking me by the arm.

"You're hurting me", I said.

"That's the point", he spat.

We got in the bedroom. It was huge. Now is not the time to admire it though. He threw me on the delux king bed. I mean it was huge.

"You can't even act right the first day. You kept giving me attitude and cussing at me really and calling me Axel, actually YELLED! Then embarrass me in front of my best friend and Co Leader of 31", he said starting to take his belt of.

"No no no please I won't do it anymore", I started to cry. I got up from the bed instantly.

"Come here now Lani", he said. His hands turning white and his veins popping out his arms. That's a ass beating I really don't want.

"You're gonna hurt me", I said. He laughed.

"That's the fucking point dumbass you can't behave", he yelled.

"Please I promise I'll do everything I'm supposed to", I pleaded. He dropped the belt. I was shocked.

"You have school tomorrow, take a shower, get in the bed go to fucking sleep", he said looking at the door and not a me.

"I haven't ate y-", I started.

"Stop talking", he said interrupting me.

I got in the shower and just washed and cried. I fucked everything up on the first day. He's gonna give me back to the dealers.

I got out the shower and kept crying.

I got on the bed and went to turn on the tv. Then Axel walked in.

"Did I say you could watch tv", he said.

"No sir", I said putting the remote down trying to stop the tears from coming out.

He joined me on the bed. He had pepperoni pizza in his hand and a root beer. How fucking rude. I was starving.

I kept patting my eyes to try and stop the tears from coming out.

"What's wrong Lani", he asked facing my back.

"Nothing", I sniffled.

"Nothing", he mocked making a fake sniffle.

"Seriously princess what's up", he said. It made me feel good inside. But at the same thing I felt he wanted to send me back.

"You're gonna send me back because I'm not good", I said crying.

"You're fine Lani, you're learning, and I'm gonna teach you, are you gonna like me all the time... nope. But I'm not gonna send you back yet or ever. Only way I will is if I really can't deal with you. And I think once I crack down. Which I will if you keep acting out. Then you'll behave", he said stroking my back till I fell asleep.
