Dillon's Pov

After Bryson was done with his dinner; the three of us went up to his room. Brian had help him with his schoolwork. I looked at his small baby bump. I couldn't believe; that Brian and I have gotten Bryson Maxwell to be our boyfriend. An month and half of joy the we three had so far,but in five months we'll be parents to two little ones. "Bry?" "Yes,Dill?" "I was wondering if you had came up with names for our little ones yet?" I asked. "Yes, Bry I was wondering the same thing too,"Brian said. "Will...I don't know yet,but I know that their middle names are going to be...our daughter will be Brianna and our son will be Billy," Bryson said.

"Well...I was thinking names for our daughter, I have two names for her. First name is Maggie. Think about her name will be: Maggie Brianna Maxwell-Miller. Second name is Eva. Think about her name will be:Eva Brianna Maxwell-Miller," Brian said. Bryson looked at me, "Dill, do you have any names for our son?" I smile at him, "Oh...yes I have, but only one name; Ethan, Ethan Billy Maxwell-Miller. That is the name for our son," I said.

"I like the names, but I still have to have to think about it more, but I want to ask, why you want your surname too?" "Because, we want to adopt them, and to have our surname too; as we are now a family," I said.

Bryson had tears in his eyes, "You...two...want...to...adopted...them?" "Yes we do Bryson. We love them, as much we love you," Brian said. Bryson kissed Brian, then came to me and kiss the breath out of me. "I love you too, the both of you," Bryson said. "I'm sorry to interrupt you three, but it's is gotten late and Bryson needs his sleep. You could see his tomorrow," Bryson's mother said. Brian and I had kissed Bryson one more time as me told him goodbye.

Bryson's Pov

I woke up with the smell of breakfast and coffee cooking. I sat up slowly and look at my phone to see that it's 9:30 am. Then I saw I have two text messages. The first text message was from the twins at 7:44 am.

Dill: Hey babe, Brian has to go to his afternoon classes today, and I have to work this afternoon. So we see at 7:00 tonight. Love you. The second message was from Nate at 8:30 am. It said we need to talk Bry. "BRY! BREAKFAST!" Mom yelled. I went to bathroom and then got dress, then my cell buzzed and I see that Nate had text me again.

Nate: Bry? Please talk to me?

Me: Sorry Nate, I can't talk now. This afternoon we can talk then. Is that ok?

Nate: Yes!!!

I came downstairs and went into the kitchen to see my grandparents, but mom was the only one in the kitchen. "Where is the grandparents?" I asked. "Uncle Joe had a heart attack at four this morning. They went to the hospital in Morris town," Mom said. "Oh...my...good. Did Uncle Devin took them to St.Marks then?" I asked. "Yes, he did. Devin is on his way back here," Mom said. Mom made me a plate of blueberries pancakes and some scrambled eggs and bacon, with a glass of milk. I hate that I'm hungry all the time; being four months pregnant is a nightmare, as I have to pee every ten minutes too. Grandma would made snacks for me before she going to bed.

I was on my second plate when Uncle Devin walked into the kitchen, "Yes, coffee." "How's Uncle Joe?" "He's fine,but he has to stay the night at the hospital." After Uncle Devin had his third cup of coffee we got into Uncle Devin's truck. It was five miles to get to the Adamson & Associates Law Firm. Uncle Devin parked in the visitor's lot then we three walked into the building, we see a security desk with a guard at it.

"Good Morning, and welcome to Adamson & Associates Law Firm," the man said. "Umm....Morning sir. I'm her for an appointment with Mrs. Hilson. I'm Bryson Maxwell." "Yes, you are on my list. I'm Brad by the way. I'm going to buzz you in the main floor," Brad said. The door open and we walked into the main floor. We saw a two women at another desk. "Yes, may I help you?" the younger woman asked. "Yes. I'm Bryson Maxwell." "Yes, you are here to see Mrs.Hilson. Her office is on the second floor; office 3, and it's open so you could go in and wait for her.

We went to the second floor and find office 3; that said Keri Hilson Assistant Attorney. We walked into the office and Mom and a me sat down in the two chairs in front of a dark oak desk, and Uncle Devin sat down on a chair that was by the door.

"I know; I'm late and I'm sorry for that. Court went longer than I thought. Oh...yea I'm Keri Hilson." A beautiful black woman walked into the office and sat down in front of us. "Umm....when I called a lady told me you don't have a client, but then you told me you have to go to court?" I asked. "Oh...you mean Lisa, yes she's right I don't have a client, but you did see what my door say; I'm a assistant attorney. As I do pobo cases. Now you're my client now Bryson." Then Mrs. Hilson look over to mom, "you are his mother?" "Yes, I am, Bryson's mother. Why I'm here, Ms.Hilson?"

"I can't have a minor for a client without a parent's permission,and I need your signature on this forms to give me permission to have your son my client. Mom looked over the papers, "Mrs.Maxwell after you sign them you....this sir here could left so I could disgusted the case with my client," Ms.Hilson said. "I'm Devin Maxwell. Brianna's brother in law and Bryson's uncle," Uncle Devin said. "Well...it's nice to meet you Mr.Maxwell," Ms.Hilson said. "Yes...nice to me you too, Ms.Hilson," Uncle Devin said. "Call me Keir, all of you can call me Keir," Ms.Hilson said. "Well...then you may call me Brianna," Mom said.

"Kim and Sara will show you two the waiting room. They will get you two anything you want until we are done," Ms.Hilson said. "How long with you two have this meeting will last?" Mom asked. "Not long an hour...no more than a hour and half," Ms.Hilson said.

After Mom and Uncle Devin left the office, "Bryson how long have you known Kyle Parker?" Ms.Hilson asked. "Umm...about nine years. I met Kyle sixth grade, but we wasn't friends until two years later. Why you asking?" "I'm your lawyer I have to ask you personal questions; as I'm your lawyer. Bryson Kyle knows all your secrets and do you know his? Kyle is telling all your secrets to his lawyer," Ms.Hilson said. "Well...one time Kyle told me that he had stolen some boy's bicycle when he was eight. He still have that bicycle, but I don't know if it's still there, it been a years since Ky show me."

"So...it was two years later that he was arrested; he has 4 misdemeanors at the age 10 to 15; two shoplifting chargers. He also he was arrested for vehicle theft. Kyle was senescent: 8 months in Juvenile Hall, but the judge reduce his sensed to 3 months in Juvenile Hall, and 5 months of probation. He was also arrested for public intoxication. Kyle was senescent to do 3 months of community service. The age between 16 and 17 he has three DUI's. The last DUI he got was two days before he was arrested for damaged the Jones's property and his fourth DUI too. His license was taken away from him," Ms.Hilson said.

"How I didn't know about this? Kyle had told me some stories why he didn't call me, or couldn't go on vacation with us; that I've believe. I've never question him; why he drank all the time." I cried.

"Don't beat yourself up; he was your best friend,if you had known you wouldn't trust him; like you did. "I just don't trust him; I love him. Kyle was my brother and now he may be the father to my babies. What would happen to him now?" I cried.

"Since Kyle had broken a court order; he automatically senescence to 1 to 3 years in jail without a trial. Kyle Parker has an upcoming trial in three weeks against Nathan Washington. Is worse than before;assault with a deadly weapon is a felony level offense. His punishment could be two to thirty years in prison. Depending on the age for the victim or the extent of the injure, can result in an even higher level of punishment. As life in prison with or without possibility of parole; this is up to the Jude. I don't know who's Nathan's attorney is, but I do know Kyle's attorney and she's a dirty attorney."

"We have to tell Nate," I said. "No, we can't get involved in his trial. We have to wait for a month before he could call another trial on Kyle. Now for Owen he'll have to go to jail; before get arraignment,and then he'll get a trial," Ms.Hilson said. "How long will that be?" "I don't know it could take days to weeks, depending how backup the courts are. I'm going to the city to ask for a court order for your DNA test; from Kyle Parker."

We had sign some papers and then we left Ms.Hilson office. I have an appointment with her on Tuesday at 12:00 pm by myself.

The ride home was silent; no one was taking, but I couldn't stand it anymore so I broken it. "Dillon and Brian wants to adopt my twins." "One could adopted them;not both of them," Mom said. "Brian wants to name our daughter Maggie or Eva. What name you like?" I asked. Bry, I love the name Eva it's could be short for Evangeline. We still could call her Eva. What about my grandson's name?" "Dillon wants Ethan." "I love that name too," Mom said. "No, it's going to be Eva Brianna Maxwell, not Evangeline," I said.

Mom had tears in her eyes, "you are naming your daughter after me?" "Yes, your her grandma, I also naming my son Ethan Billy Maxwell," I said. "Your Daddy would love that too," Mom said.
