Meanwhile, Nicole kept chatting. “Elysia, are you listening?”

“Yes.”

“Elysia, do you think Jack will hit him or happily welcome him?”

Elysia rolled her eyes, thinking the conversation was becoming ridiculous. “Enough!”

“Elysia, do you have feelings for Zane? Maybe you both love each other? I never thought you’d be interested in someone like him...”
