Chapter 200 Chapter 200 Hearing what Logan said, Emma felt annoyed. She looked at him, seething in her heart, ‘I am his family. And Elysia? She is just some girl with no blood connection to him. Does he really think Elysia would come back here? Dumbass!‘

Emma spoke in a cold voice, “Logan, I’m your sister, remember? Elysia’s just an outsider. Don’t you think keeping her room is a waste?”

“You don’t have a say. Let me tell you, this is my house, and I decide who gets what room. It’s none of your business.”

Emma’s eyes turned red. She was getting more and more resentful of the Jackson family. She used to be an outsider, and she could accept their coldness then.

But now she was part of the family. And they were still treating her like she didn’t matter.

Elysia was just an outsider but they protected her so much.

“Emma, stop complaining. You can stay in any room in the house except this one.”

Just then, Logan’s parents and Bella came over. When Emma saw them, she quickly ran over to complain. “Uncle, Aunt, Logan is being mean to me.”

Logan frowned a little. He didn’t like Emma before, and now he liked her even less.

“Logan, what’s going on?” Berenger frowned at him, sounding unhappy.

“Dad, it’s not my fault. She wants to stay in Elysia’s room!” Logan defended.

When Odalyn heard this, she looked at the white wooden door and felt a bit annoyed.

Bella’s face turned serious. Even though Emma had been causing problems these past few days, Emma was still the daughter she loved. She couldn’t just watch her get bullied.

Also, Elysia wasn’t even Bella’s daughter and had no relation to the Jackson family, but Odalyn still kept Elysia’s room. It felt like they were disrespecting Bella.

Even though that was what she thought, Bella changed her tone and said, “Emma, how can you be so thoughtless?

“We’re guests here. We have to follow what the hosts say. Wherever they tell you to stay, that’s where you should stay.”

When Berenger heard this, he frowned even more, “Bella, what do you mean by that? Hosts and guests? This is your home.”

After he said that, he looked at Logan with a bit of authority in his voice. “Logan, let Emma have this room.”

Logan retorted, “Dad, that won’t work. If Emma stays in this room, where will Elysia stay when she comes back?”

When Logan said that, a flash of anger crossed Emma’s eyes. Emma cursed inwardly, ‘Elysia again! It is always about Elysia.

‘Why does everyone always focus on her? Why does her name keep showing up in my life? She is just an outsider. Why is Logan protecting her so much?‘

Berenger softened his tone a bit. “Logan, Elysia won’t be coming back. The room is for Emma now.”

“She is not my sister,” Logan said and then walked away.

Berenger felt helpless about Logan’s stubbornness. A father knows his child best. Logan and Elysia were close, so he couldn’t accept this new situation so quickly. It was normal for him to be angry.

Odalyn watched Logan leave, feeling worried. She was sure her dislike for Bella and Emma wasn’t for no reason. As soon as they came, they started causing trouble.

Bella’s words earlier were something else. On the surface, she was saying Emma was being rude, but really, she was pointing a finger at them. What a sneaky thing to do!

As for the room, Odalyn really didn’t want to let Emma have it. It was prepared for Elysia to come back. Just thinking about it made her uncomfortable, so she gave Berenger a hard pinch.

Noticing Odalyn’s unhappiness, Berenger leaned in and whispered, “Calm down. After all, she is my sister.”

Berenger gave him a sideways look but didn’t say anything.

At that moment, Emma had already opened the door to the room. She was immediately shocked by what she saw. The whole room was decorated in her favorite pink. It was big, had lots of furniture, and had great light.

A pang of jealousy got Emma. She was always put in a guest room. Odalyn had never done something like this for her.

When she went to the walk–in closet and saw it full of clothes, she got more jealous. Most of the clothes were brand new, still with tags on.

Odalyn was really showing favoritism. She treated Elysia so well, but there was always a distance between her and Emma.

Odalyn said, “If you like it, you can stay in this room from now on.”

When Emma heard this, her face lit up with a smile. “Really?”

“Really,” Odalyn answered calmly. She didn’t plan to let Emma stay in this room at first, but as an adult, she didn’t want to argue too much with the younger ones.

Besides, Elysia probably wouldn’t come back, so the room was just sitting there, making her feel sad.

After taking care of Bella and Emma, Odalyn went to the garden pavilion to relax. There, she saw Logan lying on the bench, looking down. “Logan, still upset about what happened earlier?”

When Logan heard a familiar voice, he quickly sat up on the bench. “Mom, why are you here?”

“Just like you, feeling a bit down,” Odalyn said as she sat on the bench.

Logan looked at her. After thinking for a long time, he finally asked, “Mom, are you sure Elysia isn’t really my sister?”

“I know it’s hard for you, but that’s the truth. Elysia has nothing to do with us, and you shouldn’t talk about it anymore.”

“I get it, but I’m a bit worried about her. Do you think she can handle everything? I wonder how she’s doing now.”

Odalyn was a bit worried too. From what Bella said, Elysia might be having a tough time with the Rosewood family.

“Of course, as long as you want, I’ll always be your sister.”

“Of course, I want to!” Logan said happily. “Elysia, are you alright?”
