“Aren’t you curious about the special gift I prepared for you, Mr. Rosewood?” Elysia asked.

“It’s nothing, just a little gift for you. Why are you in such a hurry?” Elysia said, extending her hand. Yuna quickly took another report out of the bag and handed it to her.

Elysia looked at the DNA test results in her hand, unable to hide her smile. “I can’t promise Mr. Rosewood will like this gift, but I can guarantee your expression will be interesting to see.” With that, she handed the report to Scott.

Scott hesitated for a moment before reaching out to take it. He thought, ‘Paternity test results? Whose are these?‘

With a suspicious look, Scott opened the report and saw the names Bella and Emma. His heart skipped a beat as he quickly glanced at the end.

The report stated that Bella’s genes matched the genetic conditions to be Emma’s biological mother.

Scott kept reading this line over and over, his grip tightening on the paper. It was just a piece of paper, yet it felt like his sworn enemy, and he wanted to tear it to pieces.

Emma, who Scott thought was his adopted daughter, was the illegitimate child of Bella and another man. He’d been cheated on all these years, raising someone else’s child. Scott thought, ‘Bella, how calculating you are.
