Razors M.C. Zero to 100 mph #2

âAhhh! Secretsâ, Beetle said, pretending to act dumb. His big smile giving him away.
âFrost just sat back and put his hands behind his head.
âBob. Bob, you wanna watch the cuffs getting locked?â Frost asked in a lowered voice, Beetle nodding his head eagerly at Kam.
âYep!â he said without opening his eyes nor moving a muscle, he was near dozing off.
âWhyâd you run Ryn? You know it made you look guiltyâ, Beetle said leaning forward so he was near eye level with Kam.
Holey manoley! He's so yummy!
âHad a big guy trying to chase me down, left him eating my dustâ, Kam said putting her hands on her hips, hiding her discomfort.
âYou did! He was impressed when you fishtailed it outta there, GBNFâ, said Frost sounding impressed.
âThatâs why weâre here Ryn. Gone but not forgottenâ, Beetle clarified.
The penny dropped and Kamryn took a step back. âYou mean you didnât come to thank my father? Youâre here to hold me accountable for last nightâ, she screeched in a lower voice so her father wouldnât hear.
âNope! Kill two birds with one stone. Your old man slayed his work, thatâs a mighty high praise cominâ from me and Gabe, Frost, ah fuck it! Me and Frostâ, said Beetle lifting one arm and scratching his unkempt beard.
âYour old man kept telling us about his kid who did all the work he was hanginâ around Razors, we didnât expect to have her come visit and then some ...", said Frost lifting his shoulders when Beetle gave him an absolutely filthy fucking look.
âSo you do like my work?â
âAnd then some ...", Frost said again, intentionally knowing it was fucking Beetle off.
âMeaning? What does, and then some mean?â Kam asked crossing her arms.
âYouâre feisty Ryn, had to meet the sheila that downed two guys in under thirty seconds tbhâ, Beetle said lifting both his wrists again. âCâmon, lock me upâ.
âYou sure? Something could go wrongâ, Kam asked sheepishly.
âEven wrong is alrightâ, said Beetle staring intently at Kamryn.
âStop saying shiela, and donât call me Rynâ, she said going to retrieve a set of keys. Looking at her father who was now snoring softly with his head titled to the side at an awkward angle.
âThen you can help me take my dad back inside and we'll call it a dayâ.
âOnly if you come down and see for yourself, what your work looks like without running off afterwards?â
âIf I choose to leave I shall. Running off was never part of the plan, itâs just those guys were so vile. Beside youâd never have caught me on blackguardâ.
Nodding his head in understanding Frost smiled at Kamryn.
âGotta say you arenât like your old manâ.
âThank God for thatâ, added Beetle trying to hold his shit together, Frost was starting to piss him off, on purpose. âHere, lock!â
Kam laughed and picked up the hand cuffs and stood in front of Beetle. âIF! If they donât unlock donât blame me, Iâve only just finished making themâ, she said unlocking the centre panel, so the two round clips sprung open.
âThey donât lock on their own like traditional ones, I need to relock themâ, Kamryn said concentrating on what she was doing.
âDo I get to knock you on your arse once theyâre on?â asked Frost snickering.
âRyn can protect me while Iâm in custody. Missed her in action last nightâ, Beetle said smiling.
Kamryn didnât feel like smiling as well, if anything she felt a little weird standing so close to Beetle if she was being honest.
Bob did a loud snore and then remained silent, while Kam locked the spring-loaded bracelets in place, pulling harder than necessary to make sure they were secure, that didn't bother Beetle in the slightest. Little minx!
She looked up when he looked down and smiled at her again.
He is absolutely yummy!
âWhat had you makin' somethinâ like this Ryn?â
âNone of your business. Now come over hereâ, she said which had Frost turning on the cushion so he could see what she was going to do.
âThis is an idea I had. I know it will work. I just want to know if you can get freeâ.
Frost wiggled his eyebrows at Beetle who turned back and looked down at the girl he'd named Ryn.
âIf I can?â
âIâll need to make adjustmentsâ.
âAnd if I canât?â he asked as Kam flicked a switch somewhere beneath her bench, emitting a low humming noise from a scrappy looking wall.
Pushing him forward with her hands on the centre of his broad back, Beetle shuffled forward. Kamryn came around and lifted the shackles then let go.
Beetle was stuck to the wall. With a loud clunk the centre panel was magnetically attached to the wall, a low hum the only give away that Beetle was in fact, stuck.
"Can you move?" Kamryn asked excitedly.
As much as Beetle tried, he couldn't pry his hands nor dislodge the thick lock between his wrists, the low hum starting to piss him off!
"Fucken hell! No!" he said trying again, this time putting his boot against the wall and yanking as hard as he could.
âA good kidney punch should lie him low for a whileâ, Kamryn said looking at Frost.
"Pisser!" Frost laughed loudly, waking up Bob.
âCome on dad, time for bedâ Kamryn said in a soothing voice, helping her father to stand. Leaving Beetle attached to the wall. âHere are the keys ...â Kamryn said throwing them to Frost â... the switch is under the benchâ.
Then she left with a sleepy Bob.
âWell fuck meâ, muttered Beetle who was trying to hide the semi that was swelling in the front of his jeans.
âShe gotchya again yaâ big lugâ.
âThat she did!â he grimaced.
