Despite starting on the wrong foot, they start on a journey to chase after their dreams and support each other. During school days, the timid and cowardly Caleb Courtois-Knightley had to endure Rebecca Docherty's constant bullying. When they meet again now, Caleb has become not only England's but also the world's most sought football player, while Rebecca's future and relationship with her supermodel boyfriend, Kayden remain hazy. Caleb is now much more vocal and hell-bent on revenge for all the trauma Rebecca's put him through in their childhood and vows to make her life miserable. The more they spend time together, the more both of them notice each other's good qualities. He realises that his courage and love for football are inspired by Rebecca herself. Problems arise when misunderstandings from the past catch up to them. As they face roadblocks from disapproving parents and fierce competitors, they land at the crossroad that will decide their sports career and their future.
