But Pete didn’t reply to him. He punched Liam directly in the face and kicked him in the stomach.

Getting kicked to the ground, Liam was furious. “Have you gone crazy? I’m Liam Hayes! How dare you hit me? Do you know how much the business I’m in charge of is worth? Billions! If I want you dead, it’d be as easy as crushing an ant. You f*cking—”

Pete didn’t wait for him to finish talking and kicked him in the mouth.

Liam’s nose and mouth started bleeding instantly, and his words were kicked back into his throat too.

Liam pointed at Pete while muffled cries escaped his mouth. He looked a mess.

Pete then picked up a brick from the floor and pointed it at Liam. “On your knees!” Pete yelled angrily.
