Aiman POV
It had been one week of our honeymoon and after two day days it was Bilal birthday. I was planning a surprise for him. I already bought a dress that I was going to wear on his birthday.
We were now again roaming around in this city. Bilal decided to go to beach. We were now walking on the sand.
After 5 mins was Bilal's birthday. Thank God Bilal was not in the room right now. He had some work so he would be back soon. I was ready and I also decorated the room with scent candles and few balloons.
I knew he always said he loved me but I never said him back because I didn't know my feelings about him. But now I knew that I loved him back. And I would admit it to him today.
The door opened and Bilal came in the room and now it was exact 12 o clock. He looked surprisingly at me.
I wished him, "Happy Birthday!!"
He looked in my eyes and said hugging me, "Thank you."
I just peak on his lips and finally said, "You are always the one who says 'I love you'. I never knew my feelings towards to but now I know. I love you Bilal with all my heart."
His eyes were wide with surprised. He said me back, "I love you too angel." and kissed me slowly and passionate showing all his love.
He carried me in his arms bridal style to the bed and hovered over me showering me with kisses. This was the best night I ever had in my life. In other words you could say we became one soul completely.
Today we were going back to Pakistan. I was really going missed Istanbul. We spent one month there. We both enjoyed our honeymoon and specially that night. I smiled at that thought.
"Why are you smiling? Oh I get it remembering that night." said Bilal teasingly.
I blushed ignoring his eye contact. He stood in front of me and lifted my chin up with his thumb and forefinger peak my lips and said, "You know that was the best birthday surprise I got ever." He then kissed my lips.
We were now unpacking as we reached our home in Pakistan. I was feeling very tired so I decided to take a bath and then slept. When I was sleeping I felt an arm around my waist pulling me towards a body. I turned around and rest my head on my husband chest. He kissed my forehead I sigh in contact.
I heard him saying, "I love you."
I mumbled in my sleep and snuggled into him, "I love you too."
It had been one and half month since our honeymoon. We were now all back to our daily routine. Maham was now my sister in law. Me, mani and mom spent our times together. I resigned from my work because I didn't want to do more work as I just wanted to spend my time with my husband and family.
I was also not feeling well from last two weeks. I always felt tired and dizziness. Maham had the same situation. I was using my mobile when it hit me I was late. I also didn't have periods last month.
How could I be irresponsible. I thought I should have a pregnancy test. I went to pharmacy story and bought 4 sticks. I talked to Maham about her periods and she said she had last month but this month she was late. So I bought two for Maham.
We both were sitting in my bedroom waiting for result after test. We both were talking about babies that what happened if we were and what would be genders and so on. It was 5 mins now. I looked at my and Maham test sticks they are....

Bilal POV
I was currently sitting in my office thinking about my angel. My angel was not looking well from past two weeks and also got tired now easily. I thought I should take her to the doctor. I made two appointments tomorrow from the doctor for my angel and Maham.
I hoped they were okay. It was lunchtime and I was heading home with Hamza. He told me about Maham condition that she was also not feeling well. I thought it was some virus. I hoped everything was fine.
We reached home and started looking for our wives. I asked a maid and she told me that mom went out to her friend house and my angel and Maham was in my room. We both went in my room.
When I opened the door of the room I saw my angel had tears in her eyes and Maham too. Me and hamza looked each other face. wye both have same look on our face.
I asked, "What happened?"
They didn't reply me. I noticed they have something in their hand when me and Hamza made our way towards them and saw that it was pregnancy test.
I looked up at my angel in shocked and asked, "What is result?"
She replied, "Positive. We both are pregnant."
I could feel my eyes wet from happiness and my face broke in a big grin. I congratulated my angel and also Maham and Hamza. They congratulated me and angel back. Hamza took Maham outside our room. I crouched down in front of my angel and took her hands in mine and kissed them. I wiped her tears.
She is smiling looking at me and said, "I'm going to be a mother and you father. I'm very happy right now."
I said her, "I'm also very happy. Thanks angel thank you so much."
I told her about doctor appointment that we had tomorrow and also ordered her to take rest and sleep.
I gathered everyone at our home. Everyone was here. I cleared my throat to gain everyone attention.
"Well I have a good news for you guys. Not just me Hamza also have." I said.
"If you guys are going to tell us good news I think I also have to tell you guys a good news too. But you start first." said Hameed.
"Ok. Well.... Aiman is pregnant. And-"
"Maham is pregnant too." added Hamza cutting me off in excitement.
Everyone cheered and congratulated us.
"I can't believe I'm going to be dadoo (grandmother) of both of your childs. When did you guys know?" asked my mom.
"At lunchtime when we both come to home and saw Maham and Aiman holding test."
"Congrats to you guys. You know I can't believe that three of us are going to be mothers." said Afreen excitedly.
"WHAT?" asked everyone.
"That was the news Hameed want to tell you guys. We come to know yesterday when I received my reports. I'm two and half months almost." said Afreen.
We all congratulated her too. I couldn't wait for my baby.
Angel was laying in my arms beside me. We both were lost in our thoughts.
"What do you think? What is boy or girl?" asked Aiman facing me.
"I don't know but whatever the gender I know one thing we both are going to love our baby." I said peaking her lips her.
She snuggled close to me and sleep mumbling, 'I love you.' "I love you too." I said kissing her head and sleep resting my hand on her stomach.
We were on our way to home after my angel check up. We would receive reports tomorrow. After some tests I took her on lunch outside and ordered for her healthy food. She pouted at me when I ordered but didn't objection.
Mom made her and Maham took milk in breakfast. Mom was also making list for them about their diet.

I saw her today but with some man. I came to know few days before that she was married. And he was her husband. My blood was boiling when I saw them together. I had to make her mine soon.
