Charles immediately looked up as he heard the bullet sound. One of his bodyguards fired a man who tried to aim a bullet at him.  The lucky rogue escaped the shot to his heart but his leg fell injured. He ran to a white Skoda parked just two feet away which sped in a record speed as soon as he sat in it. But justice always wins in the end, one of Charles's security already recorded the vehicle number.Looking at the corpse of Aliza, Charles turned out like a lifeless soul. He felt numb gazing down at her with zero emotions but tears ran out of his eyes like a never ending rain. He simply got up from beside her and stared around blank at the people who were gazing at him with concern. The head security understood that his boss was unmanageable and tried to help him to the car to drop him at his parents house but Charles stopped him."Where are you taking me? My Aliza is laying there injured. She needs to be taken care. I cannot just leave her and go to attend work." Charles pointed to the bloodied dead body stationed at the middle of the road like a little school boy. The security head Anime looked at him like he had grown two heads. Few moments later with the progress in Charles speech, he perceived the matter was more serious than he imagined. His boss had become a psychiatric patient and instantly required medical aid.Like a father of a three year old, Anime told Charles stories while driving and dropped him at his parents place. He felt sorry for his boss. Everything happened in a matter of just an hour. Aliza meeting with the accident, his call to Charles and his boss going to a state of shock after seeing the dead body of his fiance. Anime felt it like a dreadful dream where he experienced everything right in front of his eye.Dropping Charles at his parent's place Anime handed the number plate recorded of the vehicle to Allen if the family wished to investigate the case. "Mom Anime is very bad. I objected to him that I cannot leave Aliza bleeding in the middle of the road but he doesn't listen." Charles pointed to the retiring form of Anime laying his head in the lap of his mother.Arianna became speechless comprehending the paralyzed state of her son. She analyzed he went to a state of trauma and immediately required psychiatrist's help. Tears ripped out of her eyes ceaseless as she caressed the hairs of her twenty nine year old son who now behaves like a three year toddler. That day she realized she had not only lost her daughter-in-law but her son too. *****An year passed since Charles had been receiving medical help.The doctor diagnosed suicidal tendencies in him and hinted Allen and Ari to put Charles under 24/7 supervision. Arianna had gone through that phase in her past and she could very well understand the stage of her son. She was much worried about him was small sentence to convey her grief. Subsequently the couple decided to have their twenty nine year old son   with them in their house who is mentally not older than a two year old toddler.Under the expert care of doctors, lot of love and affection from his parents and close family supervision Charles became healthy once again but the wound in his heart doesn't aim to heal. He couldn't neither forgive nor forget Aliza. It was the situation of both love and hurt. Every day he would go to her grave and cry there without bounds after placing a bouquet of Lillies - her favorite flowers.Charles felt helpless and desperate about himself. Everyday he went to bar, drank to the oblivion trying to find answers for his aching heart to which his brain did not have replies and often reached home in a state of unconsciousness. The man who respected woman, treated them next to God abused sex today. It is rightly said there is a woman behind every man's success but Charles wanted to write another quote learning from his life.There is a woman behind every man's failure too.There were many questions he wanted to ask Aliza, he wanted yell on her face on why she hurt him so much? Why did she cheat on him when he loved her so much. Where did the money she stole from him go?  But unfortunately she wasn't available on earth to answer his questions or give him a chance to avenge his anger on her.As far as he knew, Aliza was the silent and innocent orphaned girl who suffered an immense abuse from her aunt and her brother. Charles felt pity on her for her baseless state. But all his assumptions about the girl turned out to be entirely wrong. Aliza was actually a very revolutionary woman who could go to any extant to gain what she wanted.A barking dog never bites. But he was too late to realize the truth.Was she on some kind of mission? As a mafia leader Charles had many enemies. Was she the daughter or sister of  one of his opponents? After releasing from the prison Aliza did not go to see her family like he expected but went straight to the hospital. Did she have some life challenging illness that he did not know?With one by one questions ringing in his mind, Charles understood how stupid he was in analyzing the girl.Allen decided to guide Charles back to work so that he could deviate his thoughts from Aliza. After eighteen months of hard struggle Charles reopened his disloyal fiancee's file. He noted the number from the vehicle plate and ordered his investigation agency to pursue the case. Aliza may not be present in the world to furnish him the answers on why she cheated on him but there are other sources through which he can extract the information and he decided he was going to leave no one who ruined his life.The next day morning he received information from Jack, the head of his company's investigation team that the vehicle belonged to a person called Larry Simson - the right hand man and the Chief operations officer of Abraham Raymond, the CEO of Raymond group of Industries.Larry Simson - the name felt familiar to Charles. Something struck his mind and he ordered his company's HR department to give him the employee's personal details file. Within minutes every thing became a clean and clear in front of his eyes. Larry Simson was the son of Charla Simson a very respectable and sincere employee of his firm since more than two decades.Being Charla's son Larry was granted an easy entry to his firm. He pulled out the inside information about the company very quickly through his mother and tricked Aliza in committing the crime. Probably Charla came to know about her son's black deeds. Two months later after the death of Aliza there was Charla's resignation letter still laying on his desk in one of the bottom drawers.Though Charles was physically absent when the situation happened, he could connect the dots easily now.To confirm his doubt Charles went to the hospital where Aliza last went and CCTV footage confirmed it was same car which killed Aliza. Larry Simson deluded Aliza to steal the quotation of dock supplies from Richmond Industries which she efficiently did. To remove the evidence of pilferage permanently they had to kill her.What a pathetic joke life has played with him!Charles immediately ordered his security team to hand him Larry Simson the culprit behind his doomed fate. On the next day exactly twenty hours later he received Larry Simson in one of his godowns used for torturing people. He was laying there on a chair unconscious with his head dipped, brutally battered and blood coming out from various parts of his body.A filthy smell came out of him as Charles neared. With a disgusted look Charles splashed water on his face to get him to consciousness. Larry opened his eyes weakly. "Why did you trick my innocent fiancee into this?" He hauled upon him and gave him a blow on his face. "Your enemity was with me not her. Didn't you feel morally answerable to the Almighty after you leave this place?" He landed another blow on his stomach. This time Larry vomited blood as soon as he received the blow."You destroyed my life because of your devilish plan." Charles ordered the doctor sitting beside to connect the wires and Larry shivered turning to blue with the first round of shock given to him. "You killed my wife to gain money from Abraham Raymond." Charles pulled his hair and punched on his face. "How much did he pay you to complete this vicious crime?"Larry mumbled something about which Charles was least interested. "You killed my fiancee and vanquished two lives because of your ferocity." Charles signalled to the doctor once again. After another wave of current passed in him Larry was no more in the world.But Charles wasn't satisfied with the result he received. There was more into Aliza's mystical death. Why would Aliza get deceived so easily by Larry or CEO of Raymond industries? She was soon going to be his wife. In a way she would soon be the owner of Richmond Industries. Then why would she try to harm her own company? Charles couldn't sleep the night. He ordered Jack to investigate further and the next picture he received in his mail box got him flabbergasted.
