Dragon Tattoo 🌶🌶🌶

The Twin Dragons Series: Requiem City

HARRY

As the table smoldered beneath us, Onyx kissed me with the passion of our fateful realization.

~We’re mates.~

Our bodies ground against each other, skin against sweating skin. We were like timber—every movement brought us closer to making a fire.

“Let me look at the mark I gave you,” he whispered as he kissed my neck. “Now everyone will know you’re mine.”

In response, I bit his shoulder—so perfectly tanned and salty with sweat. I wished I could devour his whole body.

I turned over onto my stomach and felt his eyes on me as he let out a short breath. He traced my back in swirling patterns.

“What does it look like?” I asked.

“It’s my dragon,” he replied. “And it’s hot as fuck. I’ll show you later, but there’s something I need to do first.”

He was reading my mind. I turned around again as we reached for each other’s straining erections at the exact same moment.

I sighed as he squeezed me, feeling my full length before working me from the top to the bottom.

Pre-cum was already dripping down my cock with anticipation of the final release. Onyx growled as he worked his way down my abdomen and wrapped his lips around my swollen tip.

The overwhelming sensation brought me that much closer to my limit, and I pulled away from him, turning over and getting on all fours.

“I want to feel you,” I gasped.

Onyx slapped my ass with his rod as he reached beneath me and continued to massage my rock-hard erection.

I arched my back as he pushed inside me, the mixture of overwhelming sensations driving me out of my head.

I couldn’t wait to cum…but I wanted to cum with Onyx. My mate.

He moved slowly, so I could feel every delicious inch of him push inside me. His hand on my member worked at the same slow pace.

In the moments that followed, it was like Onyx could read my mind—because he actually could.

He knew what my body wanted before I did, and he delivered.

Harry

Harder

Onyx

Yes… I could do this all night…and forever

Harry

Do anything you want with me

In response, an athletic grunt escaped Onyx’s lips. He thrust harder and faster. I knew he was getting lost in his own pleasure, but it was exactly what my body wanted too.

I loved to think that he was losing control. Onyx, who was so put together, who came off so professional.

I couldn’t believe ~I~ made him so turned on.

But when he slapped my ass and then held on to my hip for more leverage, I knew it was true.

He slammed into me over and over until I couldn’t think.

It was just our bodies moving together, careening toward the edge of a cliff of lust.

“I can’t last much longer,” I warned him.

“Me either. Let yourself go,” he whispered.

As he continued to stimulate me, I knew at last there was no going back.

“I’m going to—”

“Cum,” he ordered.

I felt my own warm, sweet release all over his hand as he pulled out and came on my back.

With all of my strength used up, I collapsed onto the table, which was now nothing more than a pile of ashes.

Onyx lay on his back beside me and I stared into his mysterious auburn eyes as we caught our breath.

I was feeling so many things at once, but most of all, I was ~happy~. I felt, for the first time in my life, like I was exactly where I was meant to be.

And I could stay here, beside Onyx, for the rest of my life.

Summer

Hey Z

Summer

I don’t want to bug you. I know u have a lot on ur plate.

Summer

But u didn’t respond to my texts yesterday…

Summer

And I want to know if ur OK

SUMMER

I stared at my phone screen from a huge red hammock high up in the trees.

Delivered, but not read.

Just like the ones I sent yesterday, after Adara was stable enough to go back to the penthouse.

It gave me a bad feeling, but I kept talking myself down.

~She’s caring for someone else. She’s pregnant.~

Of course, it was the very things that were keeping her busy that made me so worried for my friend.

I knew part of the reason I was so anxious was because of what had happened to Adara. A real tragedy had occurred right before me.

When I was with my mates, the people I trusted more than anyone to protect me and those around me.

But even the dragons couldn’t stop the slayers…

For awhile there, I wasn’t sure if I ~could~ save Adara. Pulling the poisonous dragonsbane from her body had taken nearly all the strength I had.

And that made me scared…

~What if I can’t help Zayda when the time comes?~

~When she needs me the most?~

I took a deep breath, staring up into the sun-dappled treetops.

~It doesn’t help anyone to get stressed.~

I wished I had someone to make me feel better, but I knew the only person who could really do that for me was Zayda.

Which gave me another idea…

I slid open my phone again and started typing.

Summer

Yesterday was hard for me TBH

Summer

So much shit went down…

Summer

I could really use a friend

I stared at the little screen, as if I could will Zayda’s response into existence. I knew if there was any way to get to her, it was this.

That girl was a good friend, through and through. If I needed her, I trusted her to show up for me.

I clicked my phone off.

~Give her an hour.~

Maybe she didn’t have her phone. If I didn’t hear from her by later today, I would ~know~ that something was up.

“Hey!” I practically jumped when Aneurin popped his head over the side of the hammock.

He flashed me his kind, easy smile.

“Room for one more?” he asked.

“Room for ~two~ more,” I replied.

He climbed the ladder on the tree trunk and flopped onto the giant fabric, making me bounce up and down with his weight. A moment later, Dane came up behind him and joined us.

My mates crawled toward me and settled down on either side.

I cuddled into their hard, warm chests, breathing in their cedar scent.

~I don’t have my friend right now…but I have my mates.~

And honestly, Dane and Aneurin ~were~ my best friends. Ever since we met, I knew I could tell them anything and they would listen. And I knew they could ~always~ make me laugh.

“What are you thinking, Princess?” Dane asked.

“Why do you call me that?” I asked.

The nickname made me smile every time—mostly because of how much it wasn’t true.

“Because you’re a princess,” Aneurin replied, “even if you’re not, you know, technically.”

I smiled as I looked up at the leaves, and my mates did the same. I listened to their steady breathing and let it calm me.

“So what’s up?” Dane asked again.

“I’m thinking about Zayda,” I answered softly. “I’m worried about her, and after yesterday…I’m worried about how much I can help her.”

Dane and Aneurin nuzzled me from either side. They knew that what I needed in this moment was simply to be held. And heard.

“But you saved her, Princess,” Dane said simply.

“I know, but…for a minute, I didn’t think I could.”

Aneurin wrapped his arm around my waist.

“Keep the faith, Summer,” he encouraged me. “We know that you can do it.”

I felt my heart swell at my mate’s words. I knew he meant what he said, and I was starting to believe it too.

“You can do anything you want,” Dane growled, nibbling on my earlobe and sending a shiver down my spine.

Their arms continued to wrap around me, holding me tighter and tighter.

Before I met Dane and Aneurin, the strong arms of ~one~ man were enough to drive me crazy. But now, I had two—two men who were literally perfect for me.

“Anything I want?” I whispered as I kissed Dane deeply, reaching slowly down his abs and resting my hand over his dick, which immediately started to grow.

“Dane, Aneurin!” a horde member’s voice sliced through the humid, intimate air of the treetops. “Some people are here to see you.”

Dane stuck his head over the side of the hammock to look at the person on the ground.

“Who?” he asked.

“Storm and Silver.”

He turned back to Aneurin and me, raising his eyebrows. We all knew what that meant.

Storm never paid a special visit for good news…

STORM

I observed Dane and Aneurin as they shimmied down the tree trunk.

~Oh, to be young again…~

Of course, I didn’t age like any old human. But growing in years made me favor convenience over adventure.

I would have taken the ladder down to the ground, like Summer.

I smiled at the trio as they assembled before me, sort of dirty and smelling like the woods.

They greeted me with uneasy smiles. Though I knew I had this effect on others, it was rather discouraging.

They knew I wouldn’t stop by if I didn’t have urgent or unfortunate news.

In this instance, they were correct.

“Welcome to Dusk,” Dane said to me.

“Welcome ~back~,” Aneurin added.

“Thank you, comrades.”

I rubbed my hands, and my heavy chenille robe fell down my wrists.

“Do you have news about the slayers?” Summer asked.

Though I normally might find the assertion rude, the healer had earned my respect five times over in the past few days.

I turned to Silver, who mirrored my smile. Summer reminded us of another spunky young woman, also mated to two dragons…

“You could say that…,” I said mysteriously. “Though there are no conclusive developments in the search for Nautica and the other offenders.”

The three young people—two warriors and a healer—looked at me with sincere concern.

“We are here with a charge for battle…,” Silver went on.

“We need to get ahead of the slayers. To do so, we need to smoke them out of hiding.”

I imagined the smoke of dragonfire filling the cursed streets of the Skeleton Quarter, where the awful gang was lurking in the filthy darkness.

“We’ll smoke them out…or burn them alive.”
