Vol. 1 Ch. 108
Shut Up, Malevolent Dragon! I Don’t Want to Have Any More Children With You
After being caught by Leon, the battlefield shifted from the bathroom to his bed.
After a few rounds, Teacher Leon seemed to find the bed too small and unsatisfying, so he carried Rosvitha to her own room.
During halftime, with her cheeks still flushed, Rosvitha asked, âDo you have to wander around everywhere? Stay in the bathroom when youâre in the bathroom, and in your room when youâre in your room. Arenât you afraid of being seen by others?â
Leon shrugged off her concerns. âYouâre the queen, and Iâm the queenâs husband. Isnât everything we do perfectly legitimate?â
Rosvitha narrowed her eyes and gritted her teeth. âYou are truly shameless!â
Leon scratched his head. âRather than calling me shameless, dear Melkvi, when you asked me to stop during your rest, but then said to continue once we started, it seems like youâre the one being more shameless, donât you think?â
Rosvitha was rendered speechless by Leonâs retort. She hugged the pillow to her chest, wrinkling its surface with her grip.
Glaring at Leon, she felt a mix of embarrassment and anger. These past two days could be considered the darkest days of her life as the Silver Dragon Queen.
However, ultimately, it was her own reckless use of Blood Enchantment that planted the seed of this disaster. This seed of calamity had somehow grown to affect her even today.
The more Rosvitha thought about it, the angrier she became. Angry at her own carelessness, and angry at Leonâs triumphant capture. Her full chest heaved with the rising tide of frustration and fury.
She gritted her teeth, forcing herself to calm down and think rationally.
Being angry alone wouldnât help in this situation. It might even embolden Leon to further exploit her vulnerability. In the end, her familyâs status might never recover from this ordeal.
She needed to come up with a plan to turn the tables, even in the direst circumstances.
After some thought, Rosvitha decided to try the method she had used at half past two in the morning before.
She planned to exploit Leonâs tendency to speak the truth after falling asleep at that hour, hoping to extract the location of the backup photos.
Once she found and destroyed those backups, Rosvithaâs troubles would be over!
But the premise of this strategyâs execution was that Leon must fall asleep before half past two in the morning.
Rosvitha glanced at the clock. It was just past eleven at night. Then, she lowered her gaze to Leon, who was beside her.
The man breathed evenly, full of energy. The battle in the first half of the night hadnât seemed to tire him at all. In fact, he looked ready for a few more hours of action.
Seeing this, Rosvitha couldnât help but feel a twinge of regret. This man was truly relentless! She resolved to be more vigilant in the future and not let him gain the upper hand so easily.
However, she wasnât one to be easily preyed upon. Adjusting her attitude, Rosvitha changed her tone.
âAre you tired?â she asked.
Leon glanced at her, not giving a straightforward answer. Instead, he countered, âWhy? Are you tired?â
Rosvitha rubbed her arms, lowered her silver gaze, and shook her head. âIâm just worried about you.â
âWorried about me?â@@novelbin@@
Since when did this dragon mother start worrying about me?
âYeah, humans do have a saying, âGood wine should be savored, not gulped down,'â Rosvitha said. âEven the strongest dragon slayerâs body canât handle being pushed to the limit day and night.â
As she spoke, she even leaned in closer.
Rosvitha raised her hand, the soft and warm palm resting on Leonâs shoulder. Her chest enveloped his upper arm, her warm breath gently tickling his ear.
âIâm fine with it, you can come as many times as you want. After all, my leverage is in your hands, and I canât resist you anyway,â Rosvitha said with a hint of pity.
âBut you also need to take care of your own body. Since I canât escape, you can come anytime you want. As the saying goes, a gentle stream lasts longer. Thereâs no need to do this every night until so late.â
If Leon hadnât caught her going to his room to find those backup photos, he might have actually believed this dragon motherâs nonsense.
There are only two possibilities for Leon to believe Rosvitha:
Either Rosvitha has gone stupid;
Or he has gone stupid by letting Rosvitha fool him.
In any case, assuming neither of them was foolish, Leon wouldnât believe a single word from this dragon, no matter what she said.
After all, how could he, after finally securing dominance over their familyâs status, allow himself to be swayed by her feigned sympathy?
Howeverâ¦
For now, he would agree and see what this dragon mother was plotting.
He pretended to hesitate before speaking, âYou make a valid point. Letâs call it a night for tonight.â
Rosvithaâs eyes lit up, and she secretly breathed a sigh of relief. But she knew the principle of âgive a little, take a little,â so she didnât immediately act as if she had been granted a pardon.
Instead, she suggested, âHmm⦠but if you havenât had enough, maybe we could⦠take a bath together?â
Smooth move, Rosvitha. Playing it coy â she knew when to push and when to retreat.
Too bad it was just a ploy. Donât deceive yourself, mate.
Leon chuckled inwardly, shaking his head as he got off the bed. âRest well. See you tomorrow.â
He dressed and left Rosvithaâs bedroom.
Clickâ
The sound of the door closing echoed, and Rosvitha breathed a sigh of relief.
Good, the first step of the plan went smoothly. Now, all she had to do was wait quietly for half past two to arrive.
Covering her face with her hands, Rosvitha took a moment to rest before getting up from the bed and heading to the bathroom.
Turning on the faucet, hot water cascaded down her body.
Standing in front of the mirror, she looked at her reflection.
Her skin from her waist upward was covered in hickeysâ
Of course, Leon was the same.
Fortunately, the weather had cooled down recently, so there was no need to wear those thin clothes. Otherwise, if Anna and the others saw them, they would undoubtedly gossip endlessly.
âDamn dog⦠you could have been gentler,â she complained softly, raising her hand to place it on her abdomen. After a moment, a faint glow shimmered.
This was her necessary precaution after absorbing Leonâs foreign cultural essence; otherwise, those essences might turn into âloveâs crystallizationâ in ten months.
After taking care of everything, Rosvitha stepped out of the bathroom, dried herself off, and then lay on the bed, quietly awaiting half past two to arrive.
â¦
Several hours passed, and Rosvitha tiptoed into Leonâs bedroom.
He lay stretched out on the bed, breathing evenly, as if already fast asleep.
Rosvitha quietly approached the bed, illuminated by the moonlight streaming in through the window, and looked at his resolute face.
âHmph, even the mightiest dragon slayer is defenseless when sound asleep.â
Rosvitha glanced at the clock on the wall.
Two twenty-nine.
She took a slow breath in and then exhaled slowly.
Tick⦠tock⦠tick⦠tockâ¦
The second hand moved steadily, and Rosvitha nervously squeezed her fingers, eagerly awaiting the moment to come.
Finally!
Half past two!
âLeon Casmode, where did you hide the backup copies of my bunny girl photos?â Rosvitha asked.
No response.
She waited quietly.
Last time, it took Leon a few seconds to respond after she asked a question.
However, after a dozen seconds passed, Leon still didnât respond.
Rosvitha frowned slightly. âLeon, where did you hide the photos?â
Still, no response.
The flame of hope that had just ignited in Rosvithaâs heart was instantly extinguished.
Her master had said that asking him questions at half past two in the morning had a chance of eliciting his truthful answers.
However⦠it was a chance, not a guarantee.
It seemed that Rosvitha had been lucky a few days ago, catching him off guard.
But today, on this more crucial occasion, luck was not on her side.
Feeling disappointed, Rosvitha turned to leave.
But just as she turned around, it seemed like she suddenly realized something.
She quickly looked back at Leon, pursed her lips, and said, âLeon, take me to where you hid the photos.â
Her master had also mentioned that besides truthful answers, âDareâ occasionally worked too.
With a mentality of trying anything, Rosvitha had no choice but to give this tactic a shot.
After giving the command, she nervously waited.
Hurry up, Leon, move, Leon, come on, Leon, move!
âUghâ¦â
Leon mumbled in his sleep, and then, surprisingly, he slowly sat up.
Rosvitha felt a surge of hopeâthere was a chance!
After sitting up, Leon slowly got out of bed, dragging his feet with slow steps, swaying as he walked towards the bedroom door.
Rosvitha followed closely behind him.
âHmph, dog, youâve been arrogant for two days, and you still donât know whose captive you are, do you? When you wake up tomorrow morning, youâll find everything back to square one!â
