Today is a great day. I don't really know why but I just feel good. I look over at my phone and see messages from my friends, we are going to go swimming today. We had found this secluded spring where we liked to go and swim. it was in a small clearing by my house. I live in the woods and there are no neighbors for miles in any direction. The perfect place for me. My friends are the same way, we all prefer to be secluded from other humans. We have all been home schooled and are smarter than most people. Which makes us targets for bullies. Needless to say our parents home school all of us. And in return we get more free time. I start walking to the spring and my friends join me as I walk.

"What a nice day. For some reason I woke up and felt like today would be perfect." says Morgan.

We all said the same. How weird? we got to the spring and quickly jumped in. It was not even a minute later that we noticed we weren't alone. Five guys around our age were in the water staring at us in shock. We just laughed at them and introduced ourselves. Morgan was a little hesitant but since she was next to me she said her name while looking down at the water. Maddie was next, then Lina, and Mattea. The guys were still a little dumbfounded but the one with ginger colored hair spoke up first.

"Hi. My name's Enway. I'm from Australia. These are my friends. We didn't think anyone else knew about this place."

Enway was built slim but he still had defined muscles, he also seemed to be the most energetic one out of the group. He has red eyes which is weird. But maybe they were colored contacts. Enway nudged the guy next to him. This guy had blond hair with blood red highlights.

"My name is Finax. I'm from Germany."

He seemed to be reserved but still friendly. He was as muscular as Enway but taller. He had orange eyes. Maybe he had colored contacts as well.

"You're next." says Enway.

The next boy has white hair.

"My name is Jupei. I'm from Egypt."

He has a very deep voice that was smooth. He was built stronger than Enway and Finax. If I had to define their body types Enway was built like a swimmer. Finax was built like a soccer player. And Jupei had a rugby type body. The next boy had black hair with bright purple highlights. His eyes were the most interesting though because the right eye was purple and the left was black.

"My name is Amkey. I'm from Ireland."

He seemed disinterested in what we were doing but his eyes frequently landed on Morgan who still hadn't looked up. He had the same build as Jupei but was definitely taller.

"My name is Zicko. I'm from Japan."

The last boy to go was the tallest and had a swimmers body but was clearly stronger than the others. He has blond hair with blue highlights. He had bright blue eyes with what looked like lime green flakes in them. He was the cutest one because he was shy and tried not to look at anyone but his friends. He looked at me briefly and suddenly his eyes brightened. But I think I just imagined it.

"Nice to meet you all. Do you live close or are you guys here on vacation?" Maddie asked.

Enway spoke up while walking closer, closing the gap that was between us.

"We just moved here two weeks ago. All of us have been friends for five years."

They were all walking closer. Why?

"Why are you guys walking closer?" I asked

It was like a magic spell. They stopped moving closer and seemed to wonder why they had gotten closer. They looked at each other and huddled together. They whispered about something that we couldn't hear.

Boy's Discussion:

"What happened. It was like I had no control over my walking?" says Enway.

Amkay knows what was going on but was afraid to say what they all knew to be true.

"We found our hearts. Those girl's are our heart. I don't know about you but my dragon is driving me crazy, he wants me to claim my heart."Jupei says.

"Which girl is yours Jupei?" asks Finax.

"The one named Mattea."

Each one wanted to know who had which girl. Amkay has Morgan, Finax is with Lina, Enway felt the strongest emotions with Maddie, and Zicko didn't want to say who he had because he was really shy.

"So by process of elimination Zicko's heart is Kalli. Why don't you go talk to her?" says Enway.

"That's easy for you to say since you don't have problems talking with people. You forget I am shy." responds Zicko.

"Well then we will have to bring her over here. I just have one question. What do we tell them about our dragon half?"
