CHAPTER 47: Back to normal but with love

SOOOO I KNOW I KNOW PUBLISHING TIME IS VARYING BUT THEN AGAIN, AS I TOLD THAT I HAVE MY EXAMS GOING ON.. SOO YEAH ITS GETTING DIFFICULT FOR ME AND I AM TRYING VERY HARD TO FINISH THIS BOOK ASAP..!

AND YEAH THIS IS KINDA KINDA END OF AMANAT AND ADVIK ENDED IN THEIR PREVIOUS CHAPTER. BUT I WANT TO CLEAR THAT IT IS NOT THAT TYPICAL END.. LIKE YOU'LL WITNESS THEM BUT VERY VERY RARE CUZ UK OTHERS NEED THEIR HAPPY ENDING TOO. SO YEAH MORE OF ISHAIRA AND THEN MORE OF LYTHYA.

AND OFC THERE'LL BE ONE CHAPTER DEDICATED TO ALL OF THEM UNITED BUT IDK IF IT'LL BE A CHAPTER OR AN EPILOUGE AND RIGHT NOW THINGS AREN'T CRYSTAL CLEAR BUT WE'LL FIGURE IT OUT.

ASIM'S POV:

I woke up due to a slight knock on the door and it took me a few moments to realize that we were not in our regular room at the haveli. It was the hotel room and the memories from last night brought a wide smile on my face. Finally I had done it! I confessed my feelings to my dear wife and she had accepted it!! she also told that she loved me too! I was finally feeling content with all our feelings out. There wasn't any space for any type of doubt in our relationship, we were both clear about our feelings towards each other.

I looked at her face which had a slight pout as she was asleep. She always looked cute while she was in deep sleep. I removed her arm from around my waist as she was hugging me and made sure to do it slowly as I didn't want to wake her up. I walked towards the door to open it and it was the breakfast that was included with the room package that I had booked. I collected the breakfast and thanked the staff for it before closing the door again. I turned around and faced the bed only to find my wife awake and rubbing her eyes, I kept the breakfast on the table with a smile and walked towards her.

ASIM: awake wifey?

AAYAT: yess!

ASIM: get freshened up and have breakfast soon. We'll leave for haveli soon as we have to return to bangalore today.

AAYAT: wait! we're going back already?

ASIM: well noori I know you love it here but its already been 15 days and you're college is starting from day after tomorrow.

AAYAT: yeah true. But I will miss this place so much.

ASIM: we can come back anytime. But why are you soo in love with this place.

AAYAT: I mean isn't this place special?? this is where you spent the happiest time of your childhood. This is where rehmat di and zain bhai fell in love with each other. And this is where our initially small feelings grew deeper and we finally confessed. This place is just magic.

ASIM: Well I agree. this place is close to my heart.

AAYAT: *teasing* well, I also afraid, my husband who became romantic after coming here will return to his cold ass nature again after going back.

ASIM: *smirk* ohh then how about we go on a honeymoon? it was pending anyways.

AAYAT: *squinting eyes* have you forgotten shohar that I have college to attend.

ASIM: aren't you a topper? come on love, you'll manage. And we can enjoy our honeymoon.

AAYAT: mhmm? so then where are you planning to take me for a honeymoon huh?

ASIM: well you remember that meeting of mine? due to which I had to go abroad for 3 months? As you observed I didn't leave for that as it had got postponed, so it is scheduled for the next week. Wanna go?

AAYAT: what the hell!! the meeting because of which I had to get married so early was postponed??!!

ASIM: *nervous* well isn't it good? see we got more time to spend with each other.

AAYAT: more time my ass! I had to leave baba and amma so early!

ASIM: well I know your ass is good begum but ughh I didn't know that it would get postponed. So anyways, wanna go?

AAYAT: well, you see, the destination isn't that romantic.

ASIM: I'll change the destination if you want.

AAYAT: well, dear husband, no matter how tempting you make this offer, I have to attend my college. I was just playing around with you. You can attend your meeting from wherever it was meant to be attended.

ASIM: ok then, I'll do it online. *shrugging shoulders*

AAYAT: you have the option to do it online as well?

ASIM: well you know, you're husband is capable of cracking deals even through online meetings.

AAYAT: you could've told this before marriage also.

ASIM: I am glad that I didn't. Well now don't delay anymore, eat breakfast soon and we'll have to leave.

AAYAT: ohkiee!

TIME SKIP

AT THE HAVELI

AAYAT'S POV:

As soon as I entered the haveli, Aman was stopped by the elders as they had something to discuss with him and I was immediately pulled by aliya.

ALIYA: bhabii!! tell naaaaaa how did it goo?? how did bhai confess?? did he stammer?? did he forget his lines?? did he do something dumb?

AAYAT: calm down calm down. 1) he did it in the most dreamy way possible. 2) nope. he did not stammer. He looked a little nervous tho. 3) Well it didn't look like he had any lines pre-prepared because whatever he spoke was what he genuinely felt and noo he didn't do anything dumb.

ALIYA: eehhhhh!! I am soo happy!

AAYAT: me too!! well you know I need to thank you. Of course I had already guessed who had told him what my dream confession looked like. It was perfect! all thanks to you and rehmat di!

Where is she tho?

ALIYA: ohh they left for their honeymoon.

AAYAT: and she didn't tell me??!!!

ALIYA: it was a sudden plan, badi dadi asked them to go at the last moment. She was planning to send you and bhai as well but ammi told you had college so you couldn't go.

AAYAT: ohh okayy.

ALIYA: well hurry up, we need to visit our ancestral fields before leaving. It's been too long since we've been there. We'll leave for bangalore directly from there.

ASIM: aliya, noori, hurry up we're getting late.

ALIYA: yess bhai!! let's go bhabi!

I slightly nodded and went with her. We reached the cars and noticed that annoying chipkali still standing there. Doesn't she get tired?? It's clearly visible that she's not needed here.

ZOYA: asim you're here! let's goo!

ASIM: where do you think you're going?

ZOYA: to the fields. Aren't we visiting?

ASIM: we are but me, my sister and my wife. Who invited you?

ZOYA: then what will I do here? I want to go with you guys too.

ASIM: NO-

AAYAT: ok sit at the back.

I didn't even wait for her reply and occupied the passenger seat. From the corner of my eyes, I could see a smile forming on his face and I wasn't able to hide the smile forming on my face as well. The fields weren't really far away, it was just a journey of 30 mins and we reached there soon. But what made me feel good was, He didn't let go of my hand through out the journey.

I could see chipkali burning from the rear view mirror. Take it bish!

Right now, we were walking in the fields while he was telling me what all was grown here and how much of it comes under their territory and that shameless girl again came hopping towards us.

ZOYA: asim!! come let's go to the swing! remember how you used to give me a push while I sat on the swing?? come on let's do it again.

ASIM: I am sorry zoya but no I won't be accompanying you.

ZOYA: but why?

ASIM: because I am spending time with my wife.

ZOYA: come on asim don't act like you actually spending time with her. *irritated*

HOW. DARE. SHE?! That's it! I am not taking it anymore. She was mine and she needed to know it!

AAYAT: and what made you think that he doesn't actually like spending time with me.

ZOYA: he was forced to marry you. He was never meant to be yours.

AAYAT: well I do not see who gave you the authority to decide to whom he belonged to.

ZOYA: he was meant to be mine! we were going to get married! I have always seen him as my husband ever since I was a kid. We both were close and both the families saw it too...! If it wasn't for that promise then he wouldn't be with you-

AAYAT: well you see, zoya, no matter a promise or not, we were destined to be together and we are together. And no, none of us was forced, we agreed with all our will. There's no requirement for me to give you an explanation but I am doing this to make it clear to you that HE IS MINE! HE IS MY HUSBAND and I won't tolerate any random girl roaming around him shamelessly.

I could see tears building up in her eyes. I felt bad for her but she needed to move on. He was married to me and we were more than happy with each other.

ZOYA: *sniffing* Asim, what is she telling. Tell her the truth.

ASIM: this is the truth, zoya. What she told is the truth. I agree we were close back in time but we were just kids. I saw you as my cousin and a good friend that's it. I never had any sorts of feelings for you. It's better if you move on.

ZOYA: move on?! how can I move on??! All my life I've always considered myself belonging to you and All of a sudden you are asking me to move on?!

I felt bad for her. I felt genuinely bad. Though I never felt it, I knew losing someone whom you loved is something you can't bear.

AAYAT: zoya, see I understand your pain. But you need to move on. Please understand that things aren't like before. He isn't just your cousin, He's my husband as well. And we both love each other. You're a beautiful girl and I know you're good at heart as well. You'll find someone who's meant for only you and you'll be happy with him. I hope you understand.

I slightly patted her shoulder and tried to console her. But she just stood there crying for sometime and didn't respond to any of us.

ZOYA: O-Ok, I-I understand. I-I shouldn't h-have c-come between y-you both. B-But a-asim, c-can I ask for one f-favor?

He gulped and nodded slightly.

ZOYA: don't e-ever c-come i-in f-front of m-me i-in future. P-Please. O-Or else I-I won't b-be able t-to m-move on.

Saying that she just ran away from there as we just stared at her disappearing figure.

AAYAT: *sigh* poor girl. Love hurts sometimes.

ASIM: it does hurt. Anyways, I see how you claimed me just a little while ago. So I am yours huh? *teasing*

AAYAT: isn't it obvious shohar? And I had warned you previously, That I wouldn't even hesitate before pulling you by your collar and claiming you in front of everyone.

ASIM: well, the trailer was clearly visible.

We both just started laughing while aliya approached us.

ALIYA: bhaii!! bhabi!! it's latee! we should leave!

ASIM: yeah! you go wait near the car, we're coming.

As soon as he asked her to leave she obeyed him and left towards the car while he turned to my side again and forwarded his hand towards me.

ASIM: ready to go back, begum jaan?

I held onto his forwarded hand and smiled a little at him.

AAYAT: more than ready, shohar.

We were going back. Back to our nomal life. But this time, we had loved filled with us and I couldn't wait to get back to our regular life with his hand held in mine. Because I knew that even our regular life was going to be thrilling and filled with excitement with our new discovered love blooming inside of us.

I CAN'T WAIT TO START MY REGULAR LIFE WITH AMAN. BECAUSE REGULAR WITH YOU IS ALL I COULD ASK FOR.
