Chapter 200.2. I’ll Beat Them!

Guillotine Stag Beetle’s legs are blown off. Mighty Lance Beetle’s horn was broken, while Fang Mantis had a huge diamond piercing its head. An armored Centipede has half of its body blown away.

“It’s just a scratch! With that level of damage, we can still fight against the monsters, so let’s not let our guard down and defeat them!”

Shouting with determination, for some reason, old man Martini interjects with a retort, but they can still fight.

With a glint in their pale blue fiery eyes, they clatter their teeth and flip their robe, declaring with an imposing demeanor.

“I’m Nidhogg Aegir, the Elder Lich with eternal life and profound wisdom.”

As soon as the declaration is made, a sinister aura erupts from their body, turning into a gust of wind.

Holding down her fluttering hair due to the wind, Mii-chan looks at Aegir, who is clattering its teeth in amusement, as they raise a small lead-colored box in front of them as if showing it off.

“Let me test the power of Crowley’s Box. You should be grateful and cry in gratitude. You will become my experimental subjects!”

Seeing the box held by Aegir, Mii-chan clicks her tongue.

It’s one of the 6 Sacred Artifacts that seal the Demon God, Crowley’s Box.

For some reason, Aegir had stolen it before the original story started. Damn it, someone must have revealed the location of the Sacred Artifacts. Probably a reincarnator.

Well, whatever. I have to defeat Aegir here and retrieve Crowley’s Box. In a sense, it’s lucky!
