Chp-11(not edited)It was late night, but sleep was miles away from me. Suraj was sitting beside me, without uttering a word. Though, I wanted to ask, I couldn't bring myself to the level to ask. The reason was, I was afraid of answer. The guilt filled look of, Yash and Shivam, told me that there were the things that I didn't knew. According to them, I do not belong to the earth. I am an Angel and has to be where my kind belongs. Shivam told me he is an Alpha, of his community or what he prefers to call 'pack' . An Alpha is a sought of king. My Father was one and now it was passed down to him. There are more like him, who could turn into a wolf. Yash, being the hybrid wasn't accepted by Angel's as their king, but pack and realm consider him as their own. Yash couldn't shift in wolf, nor does he have his wings. But he has special power that makes him feared. Yash, can in a glance make you bend down to your knees, submitting to him. Shivam has his own power that helps in managing his pack, and to keep them seprate from humans.Humans, that word got me struck. Till few days back I was human too. I didn't even realised when, I became different from them. I became an Angel that has wings, has a mate that the descended of Sun. A mate is someone that is your other half, your soulmate. I became an  Angel that have to leave her life that she believed was true behind and enter an realm that she wondered only existed in fairy tales. Will I be able to reach that point."Dhwani, you don't have to worry about anything. I will always be there,right beside you." Suraj spoke making me turn towards him. "They were waiting for you long. Don't make them wait more.""Is it necessary to leave. I wasn't there from my birth till today, Haven't they managed well? They can manage without me." I replied looking straight in his eyes. His eyes gave me look of understanding as he could see my insecurities about this. "You were born for them. To help them with securing the realm from your powers. Your mom was the queen of the realm, and after her it was you who was chosen by them as their queen. But, you were too young to rule, and your mom and dad already had hidden you from all. They knew you will be taken soon, but before that they wanted you to live your life. The demons have already attacked the palace, twice. Siya have fought with them to protect the palace, but she is getting weak day by day now. The demon are sucking the energy from the realm." Suraj narrated the nutshell of all the things I needed to know."Is Siya also a Angel?" I wanted to know. I sat straight in the bed with my headboard supporting my back. Suraj took my hands in his, showering me with the sparks his touch gives. "No, she isn't. She is someone that took your place till you are ready to face your world. Your mom chose her before she had to leave." Suraj answered carefully not to deal with the touchy subject."How am I going to help them, when I don't even know who I am, what I am?!" "Once, you enter your palace, you will understand all. Every part of the realm will help you. It's your natural instinct to rule." Suraj pulled me towards him pressing his lips to my forehead. "Your wings knows what to do."Talking about my wings, they disappeared after we made home. But I could still feel them attached to me. Suraj told, that now I could control them. I wasn't sure though."I'm scared Suraj. I don't want to leave Suraj and yash here. They are the one who kept me alive. How could I leave them?" I reasoned him clutching his shoulder thight so that I could control my emotion."They will always be there for you. They already knew you have to leave them one day." He Consoled me. Being in his arms brings me the comfort I carved for so many ears. I'm happy that my wings too are fond of him. May be Cause he our my mate. He accepted me knowing me all. He accepted me knowing that I'm different. He accepted me with all my disability and extra ability. I smiled at the thought of him attached with me and my wings shielding him from world, like they would never let him go."Now, now, my Mute Girl, your thinking is not at all helping me. Holding you in my arms and not being to kiss you is already killing me." I blushed at that statement. I snuggled close to him hiding my face in his chest while he nuzzled his nose in crook of my neck inhaling a long breath."You will always be by my side, right?" I asked still not pulling back."Always, my Angel." He mumbled."Just sleep, you have a long day tomorrow. Siya and Maya are coming tomorrow." He informed but I was hanging between the stage of sleep and awareness. The day was tiring and being in his arm was making my brain is clam. I didn't even realise that I was pulled and laid down to the bed. The comforter was tugged covering me till my neck. A small kiss was placed on my forehead followed by a good night. But before I could completely zone out, I remember holding Suraj's hand so that he couldn't leave. I didn't wanted to be left alone.May be this was the last night, in this room. A different world, a different land and a different sky was waiting for me."I will guide you, we will get through this. Believe in Suraj, he will help us." Some one spoke. Someone too close to me. It was a faminine voice. Voice I have never heard before. And trust me, I never forget the voice once I hear it.
