My favorite place in the world,

Is next to you!

Eira never visited this place, although she wanted to but her father never allowed her. But one time on requesting she came with them, and that's the only thing she remembered.

She would just listen whenever her family would dicuss or rehan would share some stuff to her.

Whereas Mustafa, he visits this place every once in a month with his family , but never knew that his wife is his long distance cousin.

On reaching the gate opened and the car entered showing a huge historic haveli, with a group of people with garlands and huge smiles waiting for them to get down.

"Look, behave yourself and hoor please be my side and both of you dare to speak a word with that stupid. Got it?" Mustafa instructed to both of them

"Who stupid?" Eira asked with a frown.

"You just be with ammi, ok? " He warned her.

They nodded and eira saw her brother looking towards her with loads of care in his eyes.

Eira than took a look at all the people but her eyes caught something or someone coming towards her.

A man in his mid age was taking steps towards them and eira's were getting bigger and bigger as the man was coming towards them.

When the man was almost in front of them eira was looking at the thing in his hands with pure horror.

For the man was carrying a white goat. And when the man was standing in front of them eira pulled Mustafa harshly in front of her.

"Hoor?" Mustafa asked with a concern in his voice.

"Please don't move!" She pleased

"Why eira dear? " Ammi aksed confused.

"That creature is gonna eat me up ammi." Eira said with such a look that ammi couldn't say anything.

"Seriously!!" Abdul said amused at her words

She closed her eyes and gripped mustafa's sleeve harder.

"Hoor, come front." Mustafa said pulling her front.

"No I won't"

"Hoor" He called her in warning tone.

"It will-"

"It won't, come. " Mustafa cut her off.

She groaned and first peeked from behind than came besides Mustafa holding his sleeve in a hard grip.

The man bought the animal front and eira took a step back.

"Eira calm down" Ammi said seeing eira's stiff body

She nodded and the man move the animal seven times in anti-clock wise.

"They are casting the evil eye eira look nothing harmed you." Abdul teased her.

"I know" She eyed Abdul and said.

Than everyone came towards the newly married couples and put the Garland on their neck.

"Let's get inside,and meet dadajaan." A woman suggest everyone.

They all nodded and made a way towards the house.

As they were walking inside eira noticed much changes in the haveli and could say that it was decorated like a bride. All lights were hanging outside and flowers were also hanging inside as if there is something grand happening.

When they all were standing in front of the door

"We can meet alone you all can go." Mustafa said in cold voice.

They all were out of sight in a moment.

"I will meet on dinning table you go ahead. "Abdul said on getting a look from his big brother.

Eira was about to knock when Mustafa pushed the door handle

"Walk in" he said in cold voice sending a shivers down the spine of his hoor.

She took one step and felt a warm hand grasping hers.

She smiled and walked inside to see an old man lying on the bed deep in thoughts. And old woman sitting beside him.

"Aslamualaikum dadajaan"

"Walaikumsalam young man,walk in"

Mustafa walked and bowed down and dadajaan kept his two hand on his head with affection.

Eira was standing there thinking to say something or not. As the both man were in lost in their bubble.

"Dadajaan,Meet my hoor." He said with a proud smile and singled eira to come. And she did

"Aslamualaikum dadajaan"she bowed and dadajaan kept his hands on her head

"May God save you both from evil eye. May you both be together and have happy life."

Both said ameen under their breath. Then they both sat on the sofa beside the bed.

"You really look like your dadijaan, you know?" Dadjaan said moving his eyes between eira and his wife .

Eira nodded seeing an old woman beside dadajaan.

"Mustafa keep her with lots of love and cherish her till your lat breath. You really got a gem and don't repeat what I did." Dadajaan said with guilt in his eyes.

"Ji dadajaan." Mustafa agreed looking towards his hoor with a smile.

"Dear, you too got a man of his words, understand him and remember him in good not bad. " Dadijaan gave her advice.

"Ji daadi jaan. "Eira said in a meek voice.

" in my wedding veil suits you eira." Dadijaan said with a smile

Eira looked up in utter shock.

"It-its your dadijaan? "The three of them nodded with smile.

Than they talked for sometimes when they heard a knock on the door and than a small girl appeared peeking inside.

"Dinner is ready dadajaan come." Saying this she ran on seeing Mustafa and eira who saw noticed this frowned.

Nevertheless the four of them walked out towards the dinning table

The huge table first six seats on the either sides were for elder people, than reat of the seats were for youngsters.

When they took seats rehan and Abdul were sitting facing eira and and Mustafa.

Soon the meal was served and eira filled her plate and was almost emptied her plate in fifteen minutes.

"Eira try that you love it "Abdul suggested pointing towards a bowl.

"Don't, it's meat "rehan said looking towards eira.

"Eira doesn't eat meat"rehan further added.

Eira smiled and nodded and Mustafa who witnessed this gave a glare to his idiot brother and Abdul replied with apologetic smile.

"I am done and not that hungry." Eira said and sat there waiting for every one.

She looked on the chairs and concluded that this haveli is good for this huge family.

She looked towards rehan through her lashes than raised her head and looked beside her and saw Mustafa talking to one the man.

"Rehan bhai "she whisper called moving forward

Rehan raised his eyebrows at her.

"How's everyone?" She asked with puppy eyes knowing the effects it has on her brother.

He just blinked his eyes and resumed eating his meal

"Have you gone mute or something?"she asked.

He shooked his head with a frown.

"Than use your tongue. " She said irritated.

He again shooked his head and kept his finger on his lips saying her to shut up.

She said a curse word and sat back on her seat shoreing up.

She could feel someone'seyes on her but didn't have courage to look who is it. _____________________________________
