chapter 59

Sadhvi's POV:

Geetha consoled me a lot......

"Savi.....don't listen to her words.She is just a witch who sees herself as the queen of the world.Her words should not effect her because you have to know that she said these words to affect you and you can't let her succeed."

Yeah.....what Geetha saying is absolutely true. I shouldn't let her feel happy for affecting  me.

What happened Savi......why are you acting so pitiful.

I was anything but pityful before.....even if I am sad I used to mask it properly but now I think my talents are reducing day by day.

I don't want anyone's pity.

I rubbed my tears harshly.

I quickly went to my room and opened all my bags to search for a right piece of cloth.

At last I saw a red lehenga.......yeah it's looking good.My heart settled somewhat.

I know I should not care other's words ,however I openly deny them deep inside my heart knows that they effect me.

Geetha placed her hand on my shoulder.

I looked at her questioningly......

"Come Savi...let's have lunch."she said calmly.

I nodded and we both went to grab lunch.

After eating we reached to dorm room and settled ourselves in the room

"Where are they?"I asked refering to Akki and Swapna.

"They went out for a double date.They wanted you to join also with jeeju,but I said you won't be able to come. Did I do something wrong?"She asked.

"No no.....I would have said the same.With all the things going on I don't wish to go anywhere."I said gloomily.

"Savi please don't be sad okay.....even I feel sad seeing you like this."She said sadly.

I smiled widely at her concern.....

"Geetha if I was a boy I would have head over heels for you."I said.

She giggled and said

"I would have done the same if I was a boy.......then we could have spent all the life together."

"Stop it Geetha I was just kidding.If I was a boy I would have stayed as far as possible from you.And what ever you have said,it was so cringe worthy."I said making faces.

She took the pillow beside her and launched at me suddenly.

I didn't see it through so it landed right at my face.

I glared at her and then started our pillow fight.

After the fight we both looked like demons......

With hair sprawled all over.....may be it looked  somewhat similar to bird nest.

Don't know what was funny but we started laughing loudly.....

Are we laughing at each other or at ourselves......

I seriously had a doubt on it.

"Ok now see time is already 5.......we have to go college at 7 so we better start readying.

"What....we have more than 2 hours. I think we can still chill out for sometime."I said.

"Forgot....we should get ready properly.....even you.So just go and freshen up."

She literally ordered.

"Ok but I don't want any makeup stuff." I said.

She shook her head as no and said

"No chance.....but don't worry I will apply only some. Ok now cheer up."She said.

I nodded my head and left to washroom.

I washed my face and came to our room.

I was greeted with the joyful faces of Akki and Swapna.

I smiled at them and asked

"HEY...how was your outing?"

"It was so good that I kept on thinking how nice it would be if you also come with jeeju." Akki said with a pout on fee face.

"Why....I think then you have stated at Siddharth and then with no choice I had to inform Ravi sir. So I think it would be a disaster."I said dramatically.

Swapna laughed but Akki glared at me.

"I think I had explained myself......I just felt jeeju is so good.Now he is like my brother alright. And don't worry I am not coveting your husband,I have my love."she said .....

I chuckled and said.

"I know it just you are funny when you are all riled up.

Ok now get ready fast alright?"

They both nodded.....

I quickly send them out and wore my lehenga.

I looked myself at mirror......

This dress shows some part of my stomach.....I am feeling wired about this.

I mean I wore saree at my wedding but my mom made sure my waist is not visible as I am not comfortable in showing skin.

Geetha used to say

'Savi I think you were mistakenly born in this century....may be you originally belong to ancient times.'

I laughed at that....but it was true.

I am not modern but traditional and conservative.

It is rare to find specimens like me.

Geetha came and she stripped and wore a orange crop top and sea green colour lehenga.she is looking so pretty in that.

I say on my bed waiting for her to help me.

She applied her makeup and brushed her hair.

And then came to me after god knows how much time. I know she is trying to finish quickly but it's hard.

She applied some foundation and few items whose names I don't know.

Now comes my favourite Kohl, eyeliner and mascara.

I like them very much.....

She completed the makeup part and brushed my hair and put some pins in my hair and left it open.

I looked myself in mirror I look good.

I smiled at her.

"Now come let's all go."Geetha said to all of us.

Even they nodded.To be honest I didn't even noticed them coming.....

We all reached the venue.....

It was so beautiful.

They decorated the stage with red roses and the hall has red and white curtains......

I feel like sitting in a garden.My friends started clicking their pictures to post it in Instagram.I use Instagram but I am more memes person.I spend my day scrolling memes.

I was looking around the hall I spotted Varun.He was sitting on diagonally to us.Even he saw me and waved .

I waved back at him.

Past few days have been so hectic that I didn't even talked to Varun.I mean friends do talk right?

Few seniors came on the stage and announced that students can come onto the stage one after one and say the name of person to whom they are giving the rose and offer them a rose.

Akki is so excited.

I think she already warned Ravi sir to give her a rose.If he didn't give it....he would have to face her wrath.

I already know I will not get any roses....I mean many don't even know me.
