Chapter 18

Political Philosophy

Unification of the Mind

Justice is liberation

Freedom is our consecration

The unification of the mind is dependent upon the unification of the beliefs (the citizens) of ourselves into one source of integrity. A country must seek the same peace. Integrity is important for a country because systems are delicate, and so are people. Any system is dependent upon how it fits into the greater whole. Any system affects other systems through the shared nature of resources physical and mental.

Order must be treated and acknowledged as order. We are part of an eternal order of the truth, which governs us through its shared virtues. When we fail to live up to those virtues, there is a lack of that order, and therefore destruction and chaos: a lack of anything. Something is not beneficial if it only benefits you, or if it only benefits in the short-term. Something only is beneficial if it fits into the order of what is beneficial to the whole long-term.

There is no sustainable future that includes cruelty, and human beings will not give cruelty up unless they have better options. Corruption is a process, not an event. Corruption cannot be stopped unless there is real control, real power. We must all embody a divine order. Order is the only way. However, true order is freedom.
