Mengyao didnât have a big appetite. Even though she was trying hard to finish the food, it was six dishes with soup, after all. How could she possibly finish them? "Oh, but arenât you going to finish the food?" Yushu pointed at the food on the table.
"Nope, Iâm at my limit already. You wouldnât want to see me becoming you last time, right?" Mengyao could barely move.
"Oh, nevermind then. Although you always try to kill me, I donât want to make you die...." Yushu said.
"....." Mengyao was speechless. "When did I try to kill you?"
Both of them left the canteen with holding hands. The Miss raised her head high when they passed Tang Yinâs table. She didnât even care to look at Tang Yin.
Liu Xinwen, on the other hand, curled her lips, "Why are you acting like you finished all of it? See, I told you, such a waste!"
Mengyao was displeased by the comment, but she ignored her. This wasnât something that could be resolved within half an hour. Besides, there were a lot of students in the canteen now. Mengyao didnât want to become a laughing stock for them.
Back to the classroom, Mengyao and Yushu both took our their MP4 and started watching cartoons. Every afternoon, when they were free, both of them would entertain themselves with it.
"Yaoyao sis, did Zhong Pinliang come and disturb you recently?" Yushu wasnât used to it. She could always get some benefits out of Pinliang when he was still Mengyaoâs admirer.
"Huh, you miss him already?" without Pinliang around, Mengyao couldnât be happier.
"Oh, since heâs not disturbing you anymore, does that mean that Shield bro is no longer needed? Heâs going to leave his post as a Shield now?" Yushu said reluctantly.
Yushuâs words made Mengyao pause. She had never thought of that before and she never considered thinking in this direction! Indeed, the point of having Lin Yi around, in the beginning, was to shield off Pinliang!
Now that Lin Yi had completed his mission and Pinliang had fallen out with Mengyao, didnât that mean Lin Yiâs role as a shield had finally come to an end? The Miss couldnât help but grieve over it. She didnât spend too much time with Lin Yi, but it wasnât a short amount of time either. It seemed like she had gotten used to living with Lin Yi.
Mengyao was annoyed at Yushu for mentioning that. If Yushu hadnât mentioned it, Mengyao could have acted like nothing happened, and she wouldnât wreck her brain thinking over it. Then Lin Yi would still be the Lin Yi she used to think of, her follower! But now that Yushu had mentioned it, she had to take action against Lin Yi, hadnât she?
He was a jerk, flirting around. She should fire him.... But, wouldnât it be pitiful if he was fired? Living in a foreign city, coming here alone for work. If she were to fire him right now, what could he do after?
En, out of sympathy, Iâll stop myself from firing him first. I canât be this heartless, can I? Thatâs not what a good girl will do! So, Mengyao found herself an excuse! Besides, it seems like Iâm still in danger?
"Shu, Zhong Pinliang was brave enough to do such a reckless thing. We canât guarantee that he wonât do that in the future! We are still in danger. A bodyguard is necessary!" Mengyao continued. "In my opinion, I think that Lin Yi gets a passing grade for a bodyguard. Letâs just use him for now. What do you think? Besides, he looks kinda pitiful, being an orphan and homeless, to begin with!"
"Oh, but he can stay at Tang Yinâs house!" Yushu interrupted.
Mengyao was enraged and stared daggers at Yushu. Was she doing that on purpose?
"Yaoyao sis, why are you glaring me? Did I say something wrong? Oh, I know it. You want to hit on Shield bro, so you canât allow him to stay at Tang Yinâs house!" Yushu grinned: "Iâve finally spied on Yaoyaoâs sisâ secret. Iâm Shu, the spy 007!"
Mengyao was so pissed off. Who was trying to hit on Lin Yi? Iâm the Miss here, how could I hit on him? It should be the other way round!
But, remembering the cold shoulder from Lin Yi made Mengyaoâs blood pressure boil up. She didnât know why, but her brain lost consciousness for a second and she fainted on the table...
Yushu saw the Mengyao lying on the table, ignoring her, "Yaoyao sis?"
But Mengyao wasnât responding at all. This frightened Yushu, "Iâm not talking about that anymore. I was just joking. Donât ignore me, please?"
"Yaoyao sis, what are you doing? You canât just ignore Shu. Iâm your soulmate, yâknow?" Yushu thought that Mengyao was really angry at her, so she pulled on her arm coquettishly.
However, Mengyao still didnât move. Even when Yushu pulled on her, her body just casually moved around a little!
Yushu thought that something was wrong this time, "Yaoyao sis, donât scare me. Are you really that pissed off? I was just talking about Shield bro. How could you faint because of that?
Mengyao was still lying on the table, motionless.

They couldnât hear them clearly, and they were all greatly astonished when Yushu ran out of the classroom with Mengyao on her back! Where did her strength come from? How did she move her?
