Chapter 238 - Being Arrested for Prostitution

Fang Xiaonuan knew that her husband would not turn back unless he hit the wall. She had no choice. This was her husband. She could only tell him Liu Siyu’s father’s name.

Ji Lingchen lifted the blanket. Seeing that he was about to leave, Fang Xiaonuan quickly asked, “Where are you going?” She was a little angry. Why did he want to leave her the moment he heard the name ‘Xiaoyu’?

Ji Lingchen looked at his lower body. “I’m going to take a cold shower. Why don’t you help me?”

Fang Xiaonuan’s face instantly flushed red. She lowered her head, not daring to look up at her husband. She could not see anything when he was lying under the blanket just now, and now she was embarrassed.

On the way, Mr. Liu called to ask when they would be arriving.

“What happened?” Mr. Liu asked with concern. “Did you two quarrel again?”

After Liu Siyan got out of the car, he found a fruit stall by the road. As he picked some fruit, he asked the owner for directions.

Liu Siyan’s lips curved into a smile. He closed the car door and glanced at the little girl beside him. “You’ve learned how to guess what I’m thinking.”

Liu Siyu raised her head proudly. There were a lot of tonics in the car for their grandparents, so he had not needed to buy fruits. Her brother was a police officer who served the people and could not bear to see the people suffer.
