The elevator opens and i step inside just as it was about to close i guy came in view

He blinked at me his face straight no emotion

And he didn't asked me to stop it but i did

He step inside looking at me for second then his back on me

"What is your name by the way? My name is alexa you can call me lexi" I said shrugging

"Uhh let me guess" i hummed thinking

"Chimpanzee? Orrr horse face  orr hmm yeah! Pink panther?" I asked grinning at him with excitement

I criss cross my fingers praying

He looked at me glaring the hell outta me

I pursued my lips "okayy sorryy uh" i stopped so he could say his name

He lightly shrugged now taking his eyes of my face

"Well okay i'll go with chimpanzee" i smile sweetly at him

"Do you have a fucking switch button?" He asked in his sexxxyyy voice

"Why would i carry a switch button with me?" I ask tilting my head lightly "do i have to?" I bit my lip thinking

He pinched the bridge of his nose closing his eyes

The corner of his lips turn up lightly in annoyance

I saw and the elevator was on 18

I nodded to myself

The elevator shake and my eyes widened while that guy tense

My eyes widened with fear and pizza box fell of my hand

I screamed

"Shutup!" That guy said louder

I stopped and looked at him

"We are gonna die! Chimpanzee!" I said fear in my eyes

He rolled his eyes and leaned back crossing his arm "first of all we are not gonna die shut the fuck up and second of all cut your bullshit by calling me chimpanzee"

Wow he said it all at once?

I bit my lip trying my best not to laugh

And nodded he narrowed his eyes

"Why did the elevator got stucked!!" I said biting my lip

I looked at him and saw him looking down at my lip i blushed a little he looked away

He pressed emergency button and then called someone on his phone

"What the fuck is wrong with your apartment's elevator" he asked someone on the phone while frowning

Gosh he looks so cutee

He shake his head to something the guy said on phone and some strand of his hair falls on his forehead making him look more cuter like a cat, meow

"Fuck off" he said and hung up slipping his phone in the back pocket

"I need to deliver this pizza it will turn cold" i said to him when he looked at the pizza

He looked me in the eye without glaring

"You know i work at this restaurant and it is really nice it is i guess 5 minutes from here and oh! I am not the rider" i chuckled "i am the waitress and you know the guy i work with is so nice i mean he is my great friend and his name is george, he is a nice guy sometimes i even think he has a crush on me! By the way he looks at me but no then there is my manager a really idiot and stupid person i've ever met but i couldn't do anything ya know and i like to eat donuts a lot! It is like my fav thing whenever i am sad or whenever i need a hug i eat my donut and... Oh! have you eaten strawberry donut-" he cuts me off

"Breathe" he said

My eyebrows scrunch together

"You need to breathe" he complete his sentence shoving his hands in his pocket

"Oh do i have to?" I ask him i gasp dramatically "i totally forgot that thankyou!! I would've died good god!" I said

He rolled his eyes glaring at me

I bit my lip giggling "sorry"

"Do you live here?" I asked him

Silence

"Anyways.. will you go eat donut with me after i am done with my shift?" I ask my eyes widening with excitement

"Your donut and you can go fuck yourself" he said bitterly

My low lip tremble as i try my best not to cry

"okay" i mumble and look down

guess i will not talk

I tried my really best and stayed quiet then after some time our elevator was repaired

"It was nice meeting-" he walked away

I shrugged to myself and walked towards the apartment number

I ring the bell and an old lady came to open the door

Suddenly my heart melted

I smiled at her brightly "Hi!"

She smiled at me "hello honey"

"You ordered your pizza, here you go! I am so sorry i am late your apartment's elevator got stuck" i said nodding to myself

She shook her head still smiling her wrinkles look so beautiful on her

She is a beautiful woman "it is okay dear"

"You can come inside" she offers

"That is so sweet of you! I'll come next time! I have to work now sorry" i said feeling sorry

"No it is okay, you can come whenever you want afterall i live by myself" she said

And i felt my heart getting heavy...

My smile dropped

"What is your name dear?" She asked

"A-alexa" i stutter

"Beautiful name" she said and i smiled

"Can i call you grandma? I dont have one" i said

"Ofcourse! I would love that!" She said happily making my heart happy

"Okay grandma! Gotta go now bye enjoy your pizza" i kissed her cheek

"But money-" i cut her

"No no, my treat" i said and she hugged me saying thankyou

She was really sweet

This time i took the stairs and left the building going to the cafe/restaurant whatever

Just as i entered cafe/restaurant whatever i saw angry jack

Shit..

He beat me today also but with his belt this time on my back he hurt 5 times and it hurt

I went to get medical kit but thought of showing it to doctor

She was shocked i told her i fell from stairs

She nodded but her eyes showed it completely that she caught my lie but didn't talked about it. Good. I don't want to

I walk out of the doctor's room and walked towards the elevator just as i saw
