Finn Lewis could’ve kept them out if he wanted to, but he didn’t. They had the opportunity to venture near since Finn hadn’t organized any defenses against them. All the while, the reporters from these outlets were screaming, “Holy shit, holy shit!” non-stop.

Not that they were in heat or anything, but they didn’t even know how to describe the shock they were feeling. The scene they were recording was not Finn’s proposal. As breathtaking as it was, it was to be expected. It was something else that had left them astounded right now. After all, wouldn’t it be weird if Finn Lewis’s proposal was anything less than stunning?

What shocked the reporters was the group of people who were serving as witnesses to Finn’s proposal. All the top hundred billionaires of Flame Nation were there! Not one missing! Furthermore, there were several top-tier billionaires from overseas and some local hidden billionaires. The combined wealth of these people took the total to at least 500 billion Federal coins. And this didn’t include Finn Lewis, the richest man in the world, who was standing in the middle of this crowd.

As the richest man in the world, the reporters had no idea how much wealth Finn held. Just the assets they knew of were already worth more than 500 billion Federal coins. These assets were all under Finn’s name. Until now, the Virtual World Corporation hadn’t been listed. Although some companies held by the Virtual World were listed, they couldn’t replace the Virtual World Corporation.

Thus, even without knowing what gem Finn had given, they were sure that it was incredibly precious. It was a gem that had never been seen before on Earth and probably came from outer space.

“Thank you all for being witnesses to my proposal. I hope you’ll grace my wedding with your presence when it comes,” Finn said to everyone with a smile. They might not know each other, but they definitely knew of each other. With a little inquiry, they’d find that every person present was a billionaire. At this level of wealth, the difference between being worth more or less became inconsequential.

Consequently, none of those present felt superior to others. The only exception was likely Finn. The gap between Finn and them was considerable. As for Finn’s invitation to the wedding, they would certainly not decline. In fact, they’d probably come even if they weren’t invited. The technology that had transformed the city’s sky into a screen was unknown, but calling it ultra-high-definition wouldn’t be an exaggeration.

In addition to that, there were the rose petals scattering throughout the sky. A little inquiry revealed that they had covered the entire city- rose petals falling from the sky all over the city! What kind of technique enabled that? How had they done it? Plus, where did all these roses come from? Did Finn buy all the roses in the world?
