Naira's pov

We  got inside when the function was going on

When I was called on the stage for my introduction and as veer being the king he was already present their

I went on the stage and smiled at everyone they introduced me as the consigliere

But veer had other plans he  walked forward with his hand in mine all the media were their

When he took the mic and spoke

"So everyone I want to announce a good news that our consigliere is also our queen meet my wife naira veer singh rajvansh" He spoke in his authorative tone

I could hear everyone gasp and people started talking in themselves I was a little nervous about their view on this but it was really positive and everyone loved me

We got down from the stage

"Veer I'll come" I said and was about to go when he held my hand

"Where to!?" He asked

"Washroom" I replied and  went their the place was a little dark I went inside and getting free I went outside

Their I heard someone shout from the corner

I went their

And saw a guy trying to force himself on a girl

Who looked around my age only

I went their and harshly pushed the guy

"What the fuck" The guy said

"Hey are you ok!?" I asked the girl ignoring the guy totally when he came behind my back I didn't realized but being a trained fighter before he could hold me from behind I held his hand and twisted it in a way that he felt immense pain

And groaned

Kicking him on his guts he fell down on the ground

"Moutherfucker don't ever try again to force yourself on a girl idiot" I said and was about to go towards the girl when he held my hair and pulled me back pinning me on the wall

"Bitch how dare you come in between my work" He said and slapped me hard

On my face I felt burning sensation on my face and  felt tears coming in my eyes but I controlled them and pushed him hard again kicking him on the guts but now exactly on them

Due to which he fell down immediately

"Ek baar hath utha liya agli baar haath bhi lagaya to hath kaat dungi" I said and using my heels I walked on his face

He groaned in pain when i held the girl's hand who was till now quiet and left from their

"Are you ok??" I asked to her when we were in a more crowded place

"Yes" She said

"Hi I'm Naira" I said

"Yea I saw you on stage I am shrija" She said

"Are you alone here?" I asked her

"No I'm with my husband and he must be waiting for me so I should get going but it was very nice meeting you I'm looking forward to meet again" She said

"Same me too" I said and gave her a smile which she returned back

Then I went towards veer

Veer's pov

I was waiting for naira to come when I saw her coming she came towards me and without looking at me she hugged me tightly

"What's wrong bache??" I asked her

She just shook her head and said

"Can we go back?" She asked her voice shaky almost on the verge to cry

I  held her chin and made her look at me

"Rani sa we can surely go back but did something happen?" I asked

She again shook her head and when I looked closely I saw a hand print on her cheek

Naira's pov

I was  trying not to show him my cheek but he saw it and as he saw the hand print which was left their as the slap was very harsh

His jaw clenched

"Who did this?" He asked

I didn't replied I just looked down

"Naira I asked you something who did this to you?" He asked again

"Can we please go back veer then  I will tell you" I asked as I was about to cry

"Hmm" He just hummed holding my hand we left from their

He made me sit inside the car and the whole drive wad quiet we reached and went to our place......
