Naira's pov

o after breakfast I was looking at everyone to see if they liked the food or not when dada sa spoke

"Naira beta come here" I thought I messed up something so fidgeting with my hand I was going there when I saw veer rushing towards our room without even saying if he liked my food or not I got sad but again walked towards dada sa

"Ji dada sa" I said

"Naira here take this it's your gift for your pehli rasoi" He said forwarding a box towards me

I opened it and inside was a beautiful gold necklace with matching earingss

But I reluctantly said

"Dada sa iski kya zarurat thi?"

Saying this is forwarded that back to him

When he smiled at me and slowly pushed it back towards me

"Naira it's a ritual so you have to keep it no it's and but's" He said and in the end I had to keep it

Then baba sa came towards me and said

"Naira here take it it's your mom's she wanted to give this to veer's wife"

And I looked at the beautiful gold bangel

"Wow baba sa its so pretty" I said looking at it with

love eyes as it was maa sa's

When baba sa kept his hand on my head patting it

"I know her choice is always the best" He said

And I looked at him he had tears in his eyes and when he saw me looking at him he wiped his eyes and smiled at me one last time before going towards his room

Then kaka sa came forward and gave me a payal

"Here naira beta this is for you" He said

"Wow kaka sa its so beautiful" I said

He patted my head and said

"Just like you my child" I smiled at him and then the kidss came forward

And Jay spoke

"So naira as we didn't knew about the ritual so didn't brought anything but we promise to keep you safe alwayss"

I smiled at him and teasingly said

"So abhi you will also protect me"

He just  looked at me and hummed

I gave him a teasing smile when Jay came to my side and spoke

"You know bhabhi ma this protect wala idea was of abhiveer  bhai only"

I looked at abhi surprised

"Really abhiii???"

He just glared at Jay and said

"Yea I did so what?"

"Arre abhi manlo you also care for me" I said

He scoffed and said

"you wish"

I just smiled at them  and then we parted our ways to our room

I was sad that he didn't said anything about the food

I opened the door and just then was pinned to the wall by veer

"V-veer wh-what are you do-ing??" I asked

"What do you think biwi"

He said in his deep husky voice which spent shivers down my spine

He then left me and went inside the wadrobe I was catching my breath when he returned back

"Here" He said forwarding a box  I opened it and it had a  pendant in it...it was  not so chunky but very subtle

I gasped looking at it

"Wow veer it's so nice" I said

"You liked it?" He asked

"Obviously rana sa it's so pretty" I replied

"Not more than you biwi" He said and I blushed hearing him

"Veer you didn't tell me if you liked the food and sweet or not?" I asked looking down

He kept his finger under my chin and lift my face

"You know I have never eaten this delicious food in years now you have to cook for me daily biwi it's the best food I have ever eaten" He said

"Really" I asked with a big smile

And he nodded

I just hugged him and said

"Thankyou soo much veer" He hugged me back

Then I asked him to make me wear the Neckpiece which he gladly did

Just then someone knocked on the door

I went there and opened it

"Ohh jay you here what happened?" I asked

"Uhh bhabhi maa dada sa is calling you and veer bhai sa" He said

And i nodded when veer said

"We'll be there you go" And hearing this he left

I then went towards the bed where he was sitting wearing his tie

Which he was wearing wrong

"Get up veer" I said

He stood up he is very tall if I'm being honest he is 6'0 whereas I'm 5'5

He stood up and I corrected his tie he was just looking at me continuously

"Veer stop staring" I said

"Biwi there is a difference between staring and admiring" He said  and kissed my cheek I felt my cheeks heating up and by that time I was done with the tie

So I tried to controll my blush and said

"Enough now let's go  dada sa was calling us"

He just chuckled and followed me out...
